Everyone was great, from booking the appointment to the service call. Jason and Colton were professional and helpful! We had them take down 3 large mirrors and hang 2 new ones. Very pleased with how prompt and swift the whole process was.

The first trip somebody had ordered the wrong windshield. I returned 1 wk later and was told it be 6 hrs, however they had it done in 3 hrs. A very pleasant woman drove us to the Boardwalk and picked us up. And because it took 2 trips they paid half my deductable.

I called the day befor to get an appt. time. I got a noon appt., a quote, and an estimate of 2 1/2 to 3 hours for work to be done . I brought my car in for windshield replacement at noon. I was not expecting the work to be done as quoted, but in 2 1/2 hours it was done! Emily was polite and professional, and I was very pleased to be on my way.The staff is very helpful, the quality of work was outstanding. I certainly am going to recommend them to anyone. THANKS for a job well done!!!!

I was in from out of town, needed a windshield for my jeep. Charlie was very helpful and got me fixed up same day.

Jimmy glass service is absolutely amazing..we had a windshield installed a few weeks and thought we had a leak...Jimmy and his staff were great....turns out I didnt have a leak, the drain was stopped up causing drain back inside the car. We had the drain cleaned...problem solved.

I was happy with the work he did on my car. His work was very impressive The only thing I did not care for and It may not even been his fault so i say to whom it may concern. ... They reschedule my appointment and I understand it happens I work in retail. But. When I was told about the reschedule it wasnt someone calling me letting me know that way I could have built a schedule around my day off because I took off for that day to get it done. I was emailed that it was reschedule for the next day. So I took off the Next Day also. When the gentlemen came (Great Guy)the job he did was Great. It hasnt rained so Im still waiting on that test. My Biggest thing was the communication on rescheduling.I would have liked a phone call so we could have came to a better resolution on the date instead of putting me in a small bind at work. Thanks Guys

Fantastic service with a great attitude replacing a car windshield. I received a quote in July, they stuck to it in August when I requested service through Facebook. The weather complicated my plans and they offered numerous solutions to make it work. After the rain cleared up the same day, a repair tech came out to my work place and completed the job where my car was parked. He was courteous and respectful. I didnt time his work exactly but I would guess 30 minutes. 45 tops. Their prices beat my insurance and the aftermarket glass is top quality. Matches if not exceeds OEM in quieting road noise, it looks identical, and save for a small amount of old molding crumbles on my dash they did a great job on the install. Thanks guys.

I liked the quote they gave me, but my work schedule makes it hard to drop off my car for 3-4 hours. I wished they were openon weekends.

My 2013 Dodge Ram,s cab has been leaking for years. I was hesitant to get it fixed due to the unknown of what would be involved. But I took it to Glass Services where a guy took one look at it and said that it was my light cover on the back of my cab that was allowing water in and that dodge, for what ever reason, used cheap foam to seal the cover instead of rubber. Sure enough, I checked when I got home and the cheap foam had rotted away.He couldve easily sold me a service that wasnt needed but he was honest and informative. Thanks Glass Services. I will definitely use you in the future if needed.
