I come here every year for boots for my little girl. They have a great selection of kids boots and I cant say enough good things about the staff. They take their time with my little girl to make sure she is happy with her boots. They help me stay within my budget and all around make my shopping experience exceptional. They also make sure I know how to take care of her boots and make sure the warranty on them is explained so I know what to do if something happens.

Store was clean and everything looked nice but there was not enough staff to help out when you had questions.

Aside from not being able to leave with a pair of boots for my son who wears 7 1/2 D in mens, it was very nice. The sales lady was very helpful and kind.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Helped shape a felt hat for my wedding and gave my boots a great shine!! Had purchased the boots from them a couple years ago and didnt even have to pay for the clean up! Great selection of jeans and shirts as well.

My family and I really love this store they have a great selection of boots and their prices are really good. They have a very good selection of FRC clothing.I also enjoy the fact that they have a Boot Barn credit card. they also have a rewards system that has actually saved me a lot of money on my purchases. The reason why its a four-star instead of a five-star is because they have stopped carrying their kids line of clothing in the store. while you can still order kids clothing through their online I really enjoyed taking my girls in and letting them try on clothes.

I looked all over Shreveport bossier and couldnt find the boots I needed. I called Boot Barn and they had them in stock and in the correct size. To top it all off, when I went to check out, they said I had a one year warranty on my boots!!!!

Customer service is garbage!!!😡not one person came to ask if I need help 😡 never going back there again

They are always an amazing staff. They are always there to help you with anything. They are always smiling and all around down to earth great people. Have a good selection but can order just about anything they dont have on the show room floor and ship it to you without an extra charge.

Kind staff, but not helpful at all.

Spent $300 on work boots for my son. Less than 90 days later the boots fell apart. We were not allowed an exchange or even a partial credit. Boot barn has lost several custoners.

A bit pricey but, for the most part its very clean, neat and well stocked.

Bought a gift card, turns out Boot Barn doesnt have the boots I need and cant get them sized correctly. I was told by a boot barn employee that they sold the brand when I purchased the card. Boot Barn Will not refund the money even with the receipt. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Shoppers beware, if you buy a gift card and decide they dont have anything you want, you might as well just burn the money.Far less headache. Im 3 trips and two phone calls in at this point.
