Great place for shoe shopping. The sales associates are very helpful and pointed out the latest markdowns and clearance footwear. The bogo 1/2 off sales are really good deals.

My Wife and I stopped by yesterday, Wife wanted to look at shoes and we both ended up buying a pair of boots each and st a fair and I must say reasonably priced. The Sales People were very Friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Really great selection for anyones budget. The employees really make the shopping experience the best part. They make sure you get your discount and credit to your account. I had to make an exchange for sizing and they could not have made it any easier. I will make sure to come back for more shoes!

First off I have never written a negative review and I am a google review advocate. All my previous experiences with Rack shoes over the years have been great. However yesterday afternoon I came to this store to purchase some shoes in which my size was not available. So I put in an order to get a size 11 which was stated a couple of times by my wife. Done so because the cashier was busy talking to the other cashier and we wanted to make sure our order was good. The following day I happened To check my email and I noticed there was an order put in for a size 10. So now the frustration begins so I call store about situation then Im told to call customer service. Customer service was very helpful and mentioned my purchase had already been shipped. They informed me to call store and tell them to order correct size so when the ordered ones come in there can be an exchange. I call store again the they said we can not do that and if this is to happen you will have to purchase another pair and get the other order refunded. At this point Im beyond unsatisfied and my wife calls customer service and drives to store to receive the same outcome. We fill as though we have made a mistake which was clearly not our fault. The cashier put in for the wrong size to start with. So Im suppose to wait a couple of days to receive my shoes then bring them back to the store. Only then for the store to order the correct size which will take more days. This is absurd and I was definitely not going to purchase the shoe again! I expected better service from you Rack Room shoes and the way this has all been handled Im probably just going to get my money back once the shoes (wrong size) arrive. I encourage you guys the do better in situations like this. I have been a long time fan of this business but things have really been compromised.

It was a pleasant experience. My husband purchased a pair of boots and a pair of sneakers for $ 120.00. I love the variety that they have. Ill be back for sure.

The prices were nice. The staff was a little pushy though. I understand trying to be helpful but one of the workers was a little overbearing. I felt like I was being watched instead of actually being helped

There was only one salesperson in the store and she was busy at the cash register. After we had waited for someone to help us I asked her if she was the only one working today. She said the was another but she was busy in the back. We left and well never go back.
