Customer service is great the moment you walk through the door.

Went school shoe shopping the young women in the store was very helpful and nice gt us what was needed, in a timely manner

In-store experience was average. Manager did greet us and was incredibly friendly, but his female employee had the worst attitude when we asked for another shoe size. She never brought it. Of course, we walked out at that point. I called the manager to express my concerns in regard to customer service and he apologized profusely and handled the situation very professionally. If it wasnt for him, this would be a 1 star rating. Thank you, Tim, for helping us.
