We were there to exchange some Jodan shoes that we paid over 200.00 for a bigger size that was bought for Valentines DAY for her father. The black sales person in the store stated we dont have anymore of those before even looking or asking the other sales person that we originally bought them with. Which they had gotten another shipment of them but he didnt bother to check. Then he made an assumption that the shoes had a grass stain on them and the shoes were never worn let alone outside. Needless to say they will never get my business anymore and I was going to buy a saints tee shirt I liked there but after that I will do without if I have to buy it from them. Everyone I come in contact will know about this and if they shop there then this is what they will get so maybe they should find another store. I have 3 adult boys that always go to Hibbett Sports but I will let them know not to go to that store in mall St. Vincent in Shreveport.
