Awesome experience in the store, Ive never been in a journeys before but I saw the kind of shoe I liked right in the front window. I dont know if Im allowed to say names or not but Drewseilla (the manager) was very kind and helped order me some vans for school because they didnt have my size (big feet lol) and said if they dont fit I could return them and swap them out for store credit or swap for a shoe that does fit. And while me and my mom were here picked out another pair of shoes(for my brother) and she went in the back and like magic had the size. Also got a neat backpack. Thanks!

We had the best experience at this store today and just had to complement the two young women who were working this afternoon. My wife and I had our 2 year old, 6 year old and his friend with us, and our 2 year old daughter saw the store and ran in. The women running the store were so polite and so helpful that even though we didn’t really need anything we ended up buying several things. That type of service will get out repeat business! Great job and we’ll be back- and our daughter loves her new shoes.

This is one strange place! I loved their humor in the T-shirts. I stood there laughing for at least a half hour 😂😜💀! Youve got to check it out 😁😁😁😉!!!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR COINS AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDESo I purchased all white high top converse from the store 04/29/2018 and I tried to return them 04/30/2018 ( the next day) because they looked funny on my feet after I tried them on at home laced up, now when I tried them on in the store they weren’t laced up but that was my mistake, but anyways I tried to return the converse That I have never worn out since I literally purchased the shoes yesterday and the really rude manager tells me that the shoes have been worn and that she can’t take accept the return. I’m like are you serious? I’ve never worn these shoes anywhere and they’re still white and smell like new shoes, then the manager rudely goes back to working on boxing shoes. Then I ask her what’s her name because I was going to file a complaint because honestly I felt like she just was too lazy to complete he return. She gave me her name but I forgot it after calling another journey’s store to see if they could take he shoes I’ve never worn back so when I got off the phone with the bossier city location I called journey’s customer service and explained the situation to them and they accepted my return without any hesitation. As I was on the phone with the customer service rep. She needed to k ow the manager’s name so I had to walk back in the store to ask the manger her name. When I walked back in the store I asked her what was her name again and she says WHY ? And I say I’m reporting you and then she tells me to have a good day repeatly and then I put the phone on speaker phone so that the customer service rep. can hear her as well but the rep was likenits okay we’ll find out what her name is and then that was done. Moral of the story is don’t spend your money at this hood Journey’s store because the manager will always be too lazy to issue a return.
