I had reservations at another storage unit that fell through because no one was there when I got there 30 mins before they closed. So I had to Google Search for another storage nearby that was still opened. I found Public Storage and they closed at 6pm, I got there at 5:45, 5:50pm and was praying they had some climate controlled storage units available and they did. Ms. Kathy worked with me and got me in there before they closed. I really appreciated her taking the time to get me signed in and into a unit when it was so close to closing. I just lost my mother and was clearing out her room and needed to store her stuff ASAP. I was so stressed and Ms. Kathy made my day by saving it. Thank you for all your help. 🙂

Highlights of my 4 years at this facility include 2 water leaks in my first unit causing damage to the contents both times an a/c leak in the replacement unit I was given after the second water leak.When I vacated, the attendant told me I would be getting a partial refund on the last month’s rent due to being out before the 15th. Today, I called the billing department for an update on the status and to get more information. I was told that the company does not do prorated rent.I was not even expecting a refund before the attendant said something about it. Absolute incompetence on the part of the local management at this facility.
