Cheri in the office is super sweet and friendly! Facility is clean. Quick and easy! She got me all taken care of and made sure I understood everything! And was able to get a larger storage room inside with climate control. Highly recommend for storage 10/10!

I went in today and got a storage unit from this facility, Cheri helped me with everything, she was super sweet and personable. I loved that she took her time with me to go over all of the details, i think she is definitely a fantastic employee and really seems to care about her position up there, very professional. I’m happy with the choice I made for sure.

UPDATE: She just left a voicemail on my phone saying my mom told her I was through with my unit so could I turn in my key. I was shocked because my mom passed away in 2000. That was heartless! Check your info before leaving messages like that on peoples voicemail. You could push a person over the edge! And besides that, she knows I lost my key because I told her and Im not sure what shes trying to do because Im disabled and on limited income. So yeah, I definitely dont recommend this place.I stored my stuff here for over a year and one thing they dont tell you is that humidity will ruin your stuff and they dont do anything about humidity - and climate control is NOT the same as humidity control. Metal items like washers and dryers rust. Wooden items warp. Electronics suffer damage due to moisture. Quilts and paintings and old photos grow mold and mildew in high humidity, and you cant repair that. All you can do is throw it away. You dont have to store damp items for it to happen either. I didnt store anything damp in my unit. I took pains to keep everything up off the floor and wrapped. I may as well have just tossed it in there. If you rent here be prepared. Dont store anything important.

The staff of securcare self storage has taken very good care of me have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable about where my belongings are and to get me in the right size space that was available for what I needed I greatly appreciate everything theyve done for me and Im looking forward to being a long-term tenant

I was in a hurry and needed to unload into my new 5 x 10as soon as possible with so much to do. But, when I got to the SecureCare location no one was on duty---help! Well I called the help line andgot a welcomed voice that was able to complete my application and assign a unit all over the phone in just a few minutes! Now, that is customer service that I recommend to anyone thinking about a storage unit rental.

Spoke with Cheri the store manager. Very pleasant person. Took her time to help me figure out exactly what I needed. Definitely will be renting there in the future.

A very clean, secure place to store things. Very attractive rates. Ask about military veteran discount. Megan is very polite appealing young lady who does not waste your time. As I was filling out the application, two clients came in to pay their rent. She had them out the door in under five minutes.

Great location, no problems with facility - but rent has increased 3 times in two years. Then I look at the website and if I am a new renter, I can rent the same unit for $35 less than I currently pay. Good for short term, but be prepared for steady increases if you stay for more than a few months.

I have been a renter for almost one month now and Im satisfied with the facility and the service. The reason why I give only 3 stars is: ONLINE PAYMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE. Im using a Mac computer and tried firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. I was told that I could pay online and I got the instructions in writing how to pay online. I really tried hard and invested about 2 h of my time, tried the corporate website etc. This is really an issue, because they charge you almost $5 extra if you pay over the phone. Now I have to stop by with a check each month, and this facility is about 30 min to drive from where I live. Please fix this problem and I will update my review.

Clean facility, excellent customer service.

I have been a renter for over 20 years sometimes renting more than one unit at a time. Over the last few years I have watched my rent increase to $136 for a 10 x 20 while they advertise the same unit for $76 online. Seems to me that they would take care of their regular (particularly longtime) customers first. I was told to get that rate I wouild have to move to another unit. HMM it may be worth it - btu it also may be worth moving to another storage company. Watch the comeon specials.
