My car experienced a major mechanical failure with hardly any advanced warning. The professionals at Wagner Kia evaluated the problem quickly and reassured me that the repair was covered under warranty. The customer service reps in the service department are friendly, courteous and they kept me informed throughout the repair. In a time of parts shortages and labor shortages there is no shortage of professionalism at Wagner Kia!
Chris greeted me at my car. Asked me what I was there for. Said I see you have another appointment this afternoon. We will get you in and out as quickly as possible, and did just that.He brought me to the waiting room, asked if he could get me anything. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Excellent service I was very pleased
They were very professional! They were flexible, I was bringing the car in for new front rotors and I asked if they could do the oil at the same time and they were more then helpful and happy to do it. The car was brought back to me with the floor be vacuumed and the car washed. Well it takes time to do all these things and it always seems like your waiting forever so that’s the only thing I can say!! It took a while but, they were doing two things! That’s the only reason it is a 4 star rating it would be a 5 without that.

My first time leasing a car and first time dealing with Wagner Kia. A very positive experience. Yvonne spent a good chunk of time answering my many questions about lease options for the Niro EV. After a test drive, Edwin helped us to arrive at a lease deal that satisfied my expectations. David helped us with tips on EV chargers and steered us through all the lease paperwork. All were professional, informative, and detailed about the cars and finance options.
Yvonne Pham the sales & Leasing Consultant was very helpful and nice. She treated me like family and was very transparent throughout the entire process. She stayed in touch and kept the communication going the entire time. If you want exceptional service make sure to ask for Yvonne pham. I am giving this place 4 stars only because of Yvonne Phan. This dealership is very lucky to have her. Now when I got to the sales department that is when things changed. The transparency went out the window. This had nothing to do with Yvonne, as the finance department is separate and I was assisted by someone else, a male, named Mackenzie Derival (Finance Manager). This person did not give me my monthly payment amount until everything was all set and done. That is when I found out that my monthly payments would be way higher than I wanted them to be. Even after I put more money down than I was going to initially put down. The payment instead went up. After going through my paperwork I realized that I was also signed up for an optional gap insurance that I was never given an option to select. In fact, I asked him if I had to take the insurance and he said yes, it is part of the program. Please make sure you completely go through your paperwork and know what your payments will be and what you are getting in to before dealing with this finance department.

Service is great. Very welcoming the minute you walk through the door. Mike was diligent explaining the services they would provide, escorted me to the waiting area and came out to jeep posted as to where they were and how much longer it would be. Wagner’s service department has gotten better and better pune the last few years. Very happy in dealing with customer interface folks for service. They do an excellent job as well. They are in need of more mechanics to speed up throughput, but that is more of an issue across the board everywhere with employment right now.

Great courteous and friendly customer service from the minute you drive in the service bay. Ron does an excellent job vacuuming your car while the service desk people go over what your having done. Whatever you’re having done it is taken care of quickly. When your vehicle is finished the service desk rep will go over everything that they did and give you a completed service check list. Once at check out you’re given an itemized bill for your review and asked if you have any question. When you walk to your vehicle it will have been washed and dried. What more could you ask for? Very satisfied.
I went to Wagner Kia first because I had read such good reviews on here, only to find the reality was different from what I had read. I was considering a few cars and was looking to test drive all of them to get the full picture. The salesman I was working with was a nice guy, but unfortunately wasn’t able to answer many of my questions and referred to the window sticker for answers. After driving the cars I had narrowed it down to two I liked, and wanted to see the numbers on both so I could make a decision.$5,000 - $6,000 markups on them ($10k+ on the top line Telluride). I tried to get some flex and received none. The finance manager came over, he was a nice guy, but tried to tell me he had to mark them up, and that the markups were going to increase in the future. He encouraged me to look elsewhere insisting these markups were standard.So I did! Literally the very next Kia dealership I went to was selling cars at MSRP, and actually offered rebates. Plus the salesman I worked with at the other dealership knew everything about the cars, and a lot about the auto industry as a whole. Even better, they had exactly what I wanted in stock.Giving two stars instead of one because they seemed like nice people, and I’m sure it’s not totally up to the people working on the sales floor, but management’s decision to do crazy markups is very unethical.

Most stress-free car buying process I have been through. From the first inquiry call to the paperwork- these guys were class act and very laid back. I was looking for a specific used luxury car and the staff never even asked if I wanted to test out anything else during my appointment (this was a first and SO APPRECIATED!). UPDATE: The manager did reach out and was very considerate and receptive to feedback. He has been more than helpful!My husband and I went to try and test drive a car here. Got there Sunday mid-day. Walked in, saw a few people, nothing crazy busy. Seemed like only 2 sales people were working although there were two employees sitting at a desk playing on their phones. After about 40 minutes, no one offered to help us. A women walked right in and someone went right up to her to see if she needed help. We left. Shouldn’t be this complicated to test drive a car.

Not your average dealership. These folks like their jobs and it shows. They want to work with you and see you succeed. From sales to service, even finance! They all pull together and make sure your happy no matter what. Not the typical “ not my job”, or “ I’m afraid because of COVID-19 we can’t”, these are the excuses I get everywhere, for everything.At Shrewsbury Massachusetts Kia on route 9, I was helped in one department, personally walked to the next and all my information passed on, warmly welcomed by my original Sales Lady/manager and shocked she remembered all my details we had been discussing 7 months ago, and the gentlemen in service, very sharp/ smart and able to explain things to me at my basic level of understanding.I really had a welcomed feeling from the whole group, I laughed to myself, it was like visiting my own relatives.This Family team stands out in the highest level in my eyes, and at 63 I’ve been to a lot of dealerships.Thanks for the royal treatment..........RickI forgot to mention how well my Kia is. Horrible experience! I went yesterday to this dealership because I received an offer via the mail in which they claimed they would offer me $5000 over the price of my car. I was curious to see if I could exchange my car for a newer model and thought the offer was real since I service my car in this location. The sales team was horrible. They tried to pressure me into buying a car I had not even seen. When I pointed this to them, they said they were short in inventory. I really dont understand why they invite you to buy a car if you have none to sell. Also the offer was fake advertisement. 3 hours of my life I am not getting back!
Great experience from beginning to end! After a terrible experience at the Framingham Kia, I spoke with Mary the manager of Shrewsbury Kia and she was beyond helpful. My son couldnt find the Sportage he wanted because of the low inventory. Within a couple of days, Mary called me back and had the vehicle that my son wanted. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It felt like family working with them. No stress, no hassle no pushy sales people. They want you to be happy. I had a door jam issue on my Kia Sedona. Wagner Kia looked up my vehicle and informed me that the issue was automatically covered by my vehicle extended warranty. Dropping of my vehicle was a breeze and I was asked for my preference on when I want my vehicle back. I left my vehicle in the morning and had it back by the evening and the pickup was a breeze as well. The dealership did not suggest any unnecessary fixes & I loved the experience👍

Wagner Kia did a great job helping me put a new engine in my car. My service advisor Chris was a fantastic conduit between me and an extended warranty company to get a new engine. He was also timely in communicating with me and always kept me in the loop - even when the warranty company and then auto parts company was struggling. He was then able to pull some strings to quickly install the engine given the difficulty of the situation. I would suggest utilizing this service center with your Kia.

Wagner kias service department appointment went as smooth and quick especially with having my 2 toddlers with me! They even supplied coloring books and crayons to help entertain my 2 boys while we waited for our 1st oil change on my 2021 sorento! An update from 2 years ago. Today I went to pick up my car after trying to contact the Service department for 2 days. I had been unable to get them on the phone or leave a voicemail, very busy or technical problems I guess. I finally got through to leave a voicemail and left a message that I didnt want to repair my car due to the cost / amount of work required and that I would like to pick it up. I arrived just after 5:20 and the Service door was locked even though the sign said they closed at 5:30. To make a long story shortish the sales manager ended up calling in one of the Service advisors (Chris) back to work as he was already on his way home.Chris came back, wrote up the paperwork and cashed me out. I really appreciate him coming back even though he wasnt the advisor who I had been working with. Given the my overall experience (some info left of for brevity) I have to say that Chris was professional and really saved the day keeping my review at 5 stars. They are lucky they have him working there. I would also like to thank the sales manager and sales person who helped.I know Covid is wreaking havoc but you cant have a system where customers are unable to get in touch with the Service advisors to get their cars back. Update the hours on the Service door sign and fix the Service departments phone system/process please. I hope Im only one experiencing these problems but I doubt it.
Everyone over at Wagner Kia is like family. Every time I go there for service it’s like seeing old friends. I know that sounds corny but it’s true! I even know all their names and they know mine as well! I recently had a brake job done and I was there for less than 50 minutes!! Insane. Highly recommend this crew to anyone.
Was a fan of Kia before this. Car engine that had been serviced at this dealership it’s entire life dies at 80,000 miles, cost 9k to replace. Kia won’t do anything about it and even admits to us that’s been a huge problem happening for certain models. Says they’ll follow up with us and never even calls back. Not buying a Kia again, sub par quality and no assurance they’ll work with you if you happen to get one of their models “that has lots of problems”. Lesson learned. One extra star because some of the lower level people we talked to were good.

Despite the delays with the paperwork, I was satisfied with the car I selected. However, the lack of timely responses once the initial documents were signed really did make me feel like I was just another sale to them.I wish them the best but if given the option I would prefer to do all of this online and save myself the haggling and the in-person experience.

Sales people all friendly and helpful. Car was priced online at $26,935. Called and made sure it was available and made appointment. After test drive, the salesman stated price was over $33,000. When I asked if it was the correct car, he said it was and Well you know about the car shortage right now so prices are up. Do with that information what you will, but I wont be back.Update: Spoke with GM after the old bait n switch as owner asked to attempt making it right. He was helpful and seemed to genuinely want to help. He said he had same vehicle there and he would hold for me. On arrival it was a lower level car and fwd not awd as the original (living here awd was really my only requirement. Made it seem like a legitimate mistake no big deal. I was then told they had another awd vehicle coming in and they would call me tomorrow with the details. Here we are a week later and still no call. Again, do with this info what you will, just sharing my experience. I would highly suggest waiting until this shortage is over. PS: the same bait and switch vehicle is still listed online. I dropped it down to a 1 star.
