Price Chopper always has great produce and they have a good Bakery. We also use this Pharmacy that has the best people working there ever! Ive never had such attention to detail paid to every step of my families prescriptions. They go out of their way to call doctors, call you at home if they have a question, assist you if there is a generic substitute available. They are so awesome. They also know our whole family by name. Who does that?

Had to do a return without a receipt for the second time and I was helped by Brenna and I want to say Michael he had pink hair but these two are the best to deal with especially if your family is a mess when it comes to coordination and people lose receipts or throw them out and get the wrong things its very helpful to know that they have no problem helping you these two are some of the best people have come across in the store the nicest the sweetest and if you have a hard time doing something try and ask for one of them

Avoid the prepared food section, It used to be good but not lately. I go here when I absolutely have to. Sometimes they do have good deals.

So far when PC has a good sale they usually have enough of items. If you take advantage of their e-coupons and their points you can apply them 6 different ways, money off your bill or towards gas etc.

Every time I go here after 10 pm. There is the same rude old lady who have the worse attitude and the worse customer service. She always gives me a different name when I ask her for her name. I usually have respect for older people. But with her bad attitude and unprofessional behavior . I cant be kind to people like that. She is blond white and wears glasses. She usually works after 10 pm I believe.The problem is after 10 pm they only have one register open and self check out is close. I have been going here for 10 years now, but after dealing with her attitude and bad customer service. I rather go to different place from now on. Dont waste your money with this place. Go somewhere where you will be treated with respect and excellent customer service.

Visiting the East, so a 1st time shopper here. Without going into detailed price analysis it seemed a very nice store. Produce section was great and bakery looked good.

This is nice grocery store. I actually like it better than Stop & Shop which is closer to me. It has a nice layout and good prices from what I can see so far. They have rotisserie chickens in different flavors like bbq and lemon pepper chicken which is nice to have choices. The staff wss friendly and helpful as I was signing up for a rewards card, today was my first day in. This will likely be ny main grocery store going forward.

Great that it is open 24 hours. Staff does not help you ring out and the scanner does not always work. Checkout was slow and staff could be more energetic. Prices are higher than competition. I use this store because of convenient location and 24 hour service.

Annoyed beyond belief...how can a food store charge (5¢) per paper bag? I discovered this on my recent shopping trip. Plastic bags are no longer available,; reusable bags (which I left in my car) had not recently been allowed with covid 19. Today, as I approached the registers there was an announcement alerting customers of this new fee and a sign posted at the register. Seriously, bags are a cost associated with YOUR business....and now they expect to charge customers for using paper bags? Shame on you, Price Chopper.

I thought it was like a price rite kind of store. It is excellent compared to price rite. More like. Daves style. Has prepared foods and take out, but prices are decent. Wish we had one of these in ri.

The customer service has always been great. I love the gas points, but I am running into issues with the products they carry. My youngest has food allergies and they dont carry many of the items that have become staples like Ripple. It means I have to shop at multiple stores. They have the best bakery of any grocery store - hands down. The bread is great and fresh. I just got a warm loaf of French bread.The deli is SO slow. They carry Deitz and Watson which isnt dairy free while Boars Head is for the most part. It is one of those sneaky items containing milk. Many who work in the deli, including an older woman, seem to hate their jobs. Today though I got a pleasant man who helped me and seemed to be one of the full timers. They also have only 1-2 people working and dont have an order ahead kiosk like Stop and Shop.

Very underrated supermarket with above average produce, meats and baked goods. And its open all night, every night! One of my fave markets.

Personally, this is my favorite price chopper in the area. The other ones (located on Grafton St and another on Park Ave, both in Worcester) are just not as nice.This one has a deli counter, meat counter, and a fish counter as well. This store is also neater and cleaner, and Ive noticed the sales/discounts are actually better at this store. I would recommend it.

Paper bags are now FREE.GREAT pharmacy staff. Great bakery, deli, and excellent butcher shop. The produce isnt the best in the area and the prices are a bit higher than some other local grocers but not by much. Staff is friendly and they have U-scan.

I got money order from Price Chopper for an apartment security deposit. A few days after getting the money order, I decided against moving to the apartment and had to get a refund from PC.Had I just followed the instruction from the Western Union money order receipt, I would have needed to pay $15 for the money order refund. But PC not only were able to refund the full amount of the money order, they also returned the $1 processing fee they charged me when I first bought the money order.Thanks to the outstanding customer service from them I did not lose any money after all.

I got yelled at for putting my groceries on an uncleaned conveyor while I was trying to get away from a rude customer who refused to wear a mask. They got reprimanded as well, but not for the mask.These two stressed out the customer before me to the point of her forgetting to pay, and I almost did the same.Lane closest to self checkout just now

Im not a fan of price chopper, but this one impressed me. Generally Ive always found them to be a lot like Piggly Wiggly (I was stationed down south for a while). This one was much better than others Ive been to (like in Worcester). Ill definitely go back.

Store is clean, well organized and sells lots of things with in-house bakery, Starbucks. Though a tad on expensive side. Used to love their Fresh Baked breads but they get mold if not used for couple of days even if it stays inside the packaging. They also reduced the size of the bread. I Only go there for certain products and sometimes for emergency or late night shopping since its a 24x7 kinda store.

What do they put in the water there? Ive stopped in this location maybe four times and each time the cashiers are very friendly and actually greet you when you step up to the register. Management is on the ball.

Like the small cafe with hot and ready food, Employees are pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I have been doing our weekly grocery shop here for the past two years and besides a few very small things, its always been a very pleasant experience. The cashiers, baggers, and service desk staff are always pleasant and wish to assist. The store is well stocked and clean. It being a 24 hour store is icing on the cake.

Good option when you need a supermarket late night since they are open 24 hours. They dont have a large variety though. A lot of the items I noticed you must buy a required amount to get the discount. For example, if an item is 3 for $10... you must buy 3 to get the deal...most markets are not like that. Their prices were not that great either.

Went in for ice cream walked out with more than that. Typical ploy of becoming a member to get deals and they catch impulse buyers like me. Been going to this store since it was located down the street. These days I drive right by Stop and Shop and go to this store. Layout is good can find anything they sell. They sell beer and wine as well no need to run to the liquor store for the staples.

I do all my shopping at Price Chopper! It has a Starbucks and is generally clean and bright. Same as most large chain grocery stores. Make sure you check expiration dates as Ive bought several expired items and then had to return them. Also, pass on the cakes if they are price chopper brand. Theyre not really good, and Id eat any cake!

Im glad this store is not a Market 32 yet. Those are just different enough to be frustrating. Speaking of frustration (!) I truly wish they would put a directory or chart at the end of the aisles! I had to go to all the way to the front of the store to the service desk just to ask where the minced garlic was! We do a ton of walking in the stores to begin with! Please help us out by providing charts to locate what we need. Thank you!

Easy to find. Easy and lots of parking. The produce, especially bananas go bad in less than a day. Not fond of the meat department. Employees are average. All items are seemingly overpriced. The store should be kept cleaner especially when buying food there.

Its overall a nice store, but the layout made no sense to me as its not my everyday grocery - I think the prepared foods here are better than average, there is lots of parking and its convenient to get from the turnpike and the prices were in line with what I was expecting so overall Id go back if I had too -np.

I understand this is covid but you all needed more workers for the money I spent. Over 300$ long lines on a Tuesday very lame old cashier who did not care I had to pack my own groceries. The fish guy gave us over 50 percent bad Maine clams in other words we had to throw out 2 pounds of the 4 pounds we purchased I do not reccomend the Price Chopper in Shrewsbury MA I wish I could give zero stars

What can i say ...i love food

Went there on a few occasions to get something quick for lunch one day and dinner some time later. For lunch I got the chicken fingers which are pretty expensive, only to be totally dissatisfied due to the fact the chicken was dried out and as hard as a rock..so there went $6.00 in the trash. I just went there again on 11-25-17 after work ( 6:00) PM and got the chicken nuggets and AGAIN they were dried out and hard as a rock. It is pretty obvious they do NOT monitor their fast food section, so in that I will NEVER go there ( to this store) again. Never had this issue at the Worcester Store. SHAME ON YOU..
