The customer service that I received from Alex was top notch. He made the process so easy considering I was out of town and was in urgent need of a storage unit. He was extremely helpful, responded to my emails and phone calls quickly and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and is definitely an asset to Cube Smart in Shrewsbury.

Great location and self storage unit. Used cube smart for the last year and it made my life so much easier. Setup was easy, conveniently located, easy to access with code that unlocks the gate and access hours from 6am to 10pm. The manager Alex was extremely helpful on my move out date and provided all necessary information and promptly checked out my unit. Would recommend and use again!

Everything was explained from the first phone call to my first visit. When the young lady asked me if I would like to see the unit. I already told the young man I would take it over the phone did all the paperwork. Very nice employees

The location was easy to find and also easy to move around the property. I also found the app to be a helpful feature. I would definitely use Cubesmart storage again.

The facility is clean and Russ the manager was very helpful.My only complaint is that they didn’t have the size we wanted initially so we had lease a smaller unit and had to pay the administrative fee initially and when we upgraded to the size we needed. Also they don’t pro rate the unit when you leave mid lease( in this case to upgrade at same facility).

Very helpful, secure location. Have had bad experiences at other storage places, decided to try cube smart. I was helped by Laith who was very personable and had a great sense of humor! He seemed like an expert at affordable and dependable storage!

A clean facility located across from the BMW dealership on route 9. The indoor climate controlled units are nice and provide ample ceiling heights of close to 12 feet. All units are 1st floor. Unreliable staffing which is why i rated so low. Has to call central service to get someone to return to store during working hours - waited 30 min with a moving truck i had.

Lana showed us a unit on Sunday, and when we returned on Monday, Alex, the Manager got us all set up! Both were very knowledgeable and pleasant. We chose the Shrewsbury location, because it is only about a mile and a half from our house, and being able to access items, if we need them, is very important to us.

Donna at the Shrewsbury Cube Smart has been really wonderful to work with. Always friendly, customer focused,very professional. Donna is the primary reason we chose to stay with Cube Smart (it had previously been owned by another company that was bought by Cube Smart so we were looking around for a new place and decided to stay with Cube Smart because of our interactions Donna). I highly recommend giving Donna or her colleagues a call to make your arrangements for storage.

I’ve had a unit here since they’ve opened. It’s clean, climate controlled, no rodents. Laith is extremely helpful and personable. He helped my family with a transition to a bigger unit with ease. He answered all our questions and showed us a few other units for our courtesy. I recommend their storage units and Laith’s assistance if you are in need of a unit.

Decent but over-priced.

My requirement was for a climate controlled and easy to access space to hold 60 to 70 cartons of books, many of them new and in excellent condition for a pending charitable donation to More Than Words. Laith and Alex were able to let me reserve a suitable space a few weeks in advance of my needing to rent it. When I did rent it, I found it as expected in a clean and well-lighted location, as well as a well cooled and dry location on an otherwise extremely hot and humid day. The movers, who were dropping the books on the way to completing a house move for me, were able to make good use of multiple four-wheel hand trucks that were available on site to help complete the drop in record time.The result was a much less expensive move all around than I had anticipated. And the break in price for the first month rent on the storage certainly helped, as well as the knowledge that the books will remain in the condition I stored them until they are picked up for delivery to More Than Words.I therefore highly recommend CubeSmart, and this one especially, which is exceedingly well run, and not that much more costly (if at all) than some other popular self storage units I have seen.

Nice, quick and easy. Laith took us on a quick tour of the unit, which was very clean. 5 minutes of basic paper work and we were all set to good. Newer center compared to others in area so much cleaner. Highly reccomend.

Overall, a great experience. They showed me the unit prior to signing my contract. I did have to buy a lock there before signing the contract since they require to have a lock on the unit before the contract is signed.

They stand by their word. Site manager was very personable and understandable. Highly recommended

Staff at the site were friendly and helpful.Was disappointed to be told I could not rent the unit in person at the price shown on their webpage. Had to go home, reserve on line and then wait around until they called me. And then I had to drive back to the site to do the paperwork.They did not wow me.I would have been wowed if they had offered to adjust the rental price on the two units I already have to match the promo price. I guess they dont value long time customers so much.

Mr. Whitehurst was the first person we dealt with when we made our move up to MA and you couldnt find a better representative for both the company and area than we found in Mr. Whitehurst. He was both personable and highly professional - a sometime hard balance. He took the time to explain each point of the contract we were to sign, giving the various financial options and points to consider - and breaking the parts that we found confusing into easy to grasp language, without making us feel ignorant. Anytime we have needed to bother him about something (moving and settling in a new area tends to make one scatterbrained, it seems),he cheerfully assisted, giving any request his full attention.On a final note, the rates couldnt be beat - but long after we count our blessings at saving the money, it will be Mr. Whitehursts attitude that will remain with us.

The facility was really clean and the pricing was really reasonable. In person Luz and Laith were even more wonderful and we had a great time chatting while setting up the paperwork, etc. Anyone can sit at a desk and fill out forms but not everyone can create a truly memorable experience. Who knew renting a storage space could be so much fun :) They even sent me home with bubble wrap and coloring books for my kids. If you are looking to rent storage space do yourself a favor and go here!!!!

Laith the manager was great had me set up in minutes

They closed our account early without our permission even though we had paid through the end of the month. They then took my 100$ Cuisine art stainless steel fingerprint proof trash can and presumably kept it for themselves. They claimed they thought we moved out and just threw away the rest of our stuff since we accidentally left the unit unlocked. But previous times we left the unit unlocked we were given a call. We alerted them that we would be moving by the end of the month... since we paid through the end of the month and no refunds are given why would they close our our account without us asking them to? I will never recommend this place to anyone or ever store my items with this company again unless I want my items and money stolen.

I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude this place is. We reserved a uhaul for millbury for 7:00 this morning. We got a call yesterday saying that we would have to drive to shrewsbury and we couldnt pick up the vehicle until 9:00. Well today at 9:15, two employees finally come in to work. They completely ignored their customers and proceeded to make their coffee and turn on the air conditioning. If I could rate them ZERO stars I would. Do not reserve your trucks here!
