At the last minute, we discovered we needed a small, affordable storage space locally to help us complete our move. Extra Space had a facility about a mile from us and they were able to set me up with a spacious storage unit for a very low introductory price. We were contracted and in the unit in 30 minutes from the time I called! They were very efficient and easy to deal with. A savior for us.

I am very big on customer service and this place has it. I rented a space in November last year, it was clean the security was up to par and the office managers got me in and out in a few minutes when registering. Miriam and her colleagues no what they are doing. They understand the need to provide you with the best solution that satisfies your needs. Great place and even better people.

I was very impressed how easy and convenient it was to store things here. I called looking for a storage unit and was given a clean unit the same day. I signed my contract online and was given a free lock. There was an easy online system that gave me my gate passcode and allowed me to pay online. It was just as easy to end my lease online. If I wanted to rent another storage unit I would chose them again.

This was my first storage unit so I went into this not knowing what to expect. I ended up having the unit for a full 13 months and never once had an issue with the facility or any personnel/other patrons. The price feels fair and in my opinion is very much worth it. The staff is friendly and always takes a minute to help with any questions you have, even though you can tell they are quite busy. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, given the location works for them - which its a fine location, no traffic in or out and easy to access from Worcester/Shrewsbury and surrounding towns.

The rental fees are to high they go up like 40% during the middle of 2020 when people are losing their jobs ummmmm no .Every other business in the US did some discount or wait to hike the prices but not Extra Storage Place and they don’t even notify you when it’s about to go up . You go to pay and that’s how you find out .so something is shady.The employees were good but Tonya was great they should all have her professionalism

I have only had a storage since about April 2019 as of this review posting. So far, I have had a positive experience and recommend this Company and especially this location. I am able to pay in person or online which is especially helpful with most of my payments being done online. The local staff at this location are always available and the location and units are well kept and up to date. All units and the grounds in general are clean and well maintained. Pricing may vary online versus in pricing, I found online pricing is honored. One caveat Ive found is prices will likely change without prior notification. also There are several unit sizes/ options available and to choose from. I strongly recommend this Company and location based on my experience so far.

The only think I might suggest to the corporate administration is that loyal customers deserve some recompense, rather than charging them constant increases. I understand that the cost of living increases, but seeking a creative way to show appreciation for your most loyal customers would be the only thing I could think of to improve upon your already outstanding service!

This is a great place to store your stuff at. The location right off the highway provides quick access to your gear, and you can sleep well knowing your belongings are safe. All the facilities are kept neat and clean. I have never had a security incident in over 10 years. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Shell gas station near by on the way to and from the highway; SUPER CONVENIENT! All the facilities are kept neat and clean, and the staff visibly works hard to manage the property.
