Stopped by after work on Wednesday 9/15/21 after scheduling the day before for the works package. Mike Taylor was very professional, kind and helpful. He answered any questions I had politely and honestly. They got my 21 Ranger in the shop within 10 minutes of arrival. He said I could look around at the vehicles at the dealership or relax in the lounge with TV, I chose the latter. Overall wait time was 1 hour, which was very reasonable. The service guys there seem to be very knowledgeable on what they are doing. When it came time to pay everything that was done to my truck was broken down and explained clearly on the invoice provided by Mike. I was assured that everything checked out well for my first servicing. My truck takes 6.2 quarts of oil and he only charged me for 6. Now that is real integrity right there and something that will bring customers back. They even perform a complementary car wash at no charge. I was very pleased with the service at this location that I referred my girlfriend to get her Equinox serviced here with the works package a week later on 9/22/21. She ended up having to wait 2 hours (longer than expected) and they did not charge her a dime once the service was complete. I was so surprised when she told me! This place definitely has our business! They treat anyone that walks in like family. Mike Taylor and the guys there are honest, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I will fully recommend Quick Lane to anybody looking for an oil change or basic vehicle maintenance. The price is very fair and I couldn’t be more satisfied, thank you Quick Lane for exceeding customer satisfaction and continuing to do so!

I have taken my vehicles to this place! i have even bought my last 2 vehicles there. they know me, they are kinda pricey BUT, they are good! you can sit in their waiting room area. pre-covid-19 u could have coffee, obviously more people in their waiting area! they have wifi and a tv there but, no magazines any more! So, come on down and enjoy this place!
