My wife and I are completely satisfied with the Customer Service, Transaction, Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism we received with Gem City Motors. Our purchase and dealings with Gem City Motors was second to none. Wayne and Martha made this one of the easiest purchasing experiences we have experienced. We live over 1,000 miles away from Gem City Motors and would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle, new or used, from Wayne and his staff.

Let me start by saying that I HATE SHOPPING FOR VEHICLES! That having been said, I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Gem City in Sidney Mt! Our sales rep Wayne was simply a great guy to deal with. He didnt come running out to us with a litany of high pressure tactics, he simply said to us im here if you need me. We got to look around and take In their various vehicles at our leisure. When we finally decided on what we wanted to look at more closely he was warm and inviting. It felt more like talking to an old friend. After we bought our previously owned vehicle in as is condition we found some issues over the next few days. We brought them up to Waynes attention and he took immediate action! We received the absolute best care and will always start our vehicles shopping adventures with Wayne and Gem City.

Not bad place need work on there service marked my power steering as good in there inspection and there is a power steering problem with my Acadia so that tells you they don’t do a true inspection on the vehicles that come in had to get my vehicle a set of keys made and couldn’t program the fob so I had to get it scheduled to get hooked up to there machine to program it and charged me another fee on top of the almost 200 bucks I paid for my keys and key fob why I stick to Ford products

Id like to be able to say had a good experience but the truth was is that it was the most unprofessional dealership Ive delt with. Traveled 4hrs after waiting for word of availability. Yes knowing possible that it be gone but I checked all listings and none said that wasnt available. Long story short wasnt treated with any respect or offer to show any vehicles basically not way a cash paying customer going out of way to there dealership to only regret having to have been treated in that way.

Would never recommend this dealership very unprofessional was treated very respectfully after a four-hour drive to purchase a vehicle only to find out it was sold. Contacted a few days ahead to make arrangements to purchase they said they told me through an email that didnt show up. They were very standoffish and unsympathetic like we wasted there time by wanting to purchase a vehicle from there dealership. They never offered to even show us any other trucks they had. This was directly coming from a manager who did nothing but makes us feel like he didnt want or need our business. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional not a good way to be or example for others.

I just bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wayne. He was wonderful to work with. We were driving from 4 hours away and Wayne stayed after hours in order to let us test drive it! After I bought the Jeep I noticed the adaptive cruise control wasnt working, so I took it into my local dealership. The sensor was damaged from the previous owner and warranty wouldnt cover it so I was stuck with a $750 bill to fix it. I called Wayne and he paid for all of it without me even asking! I was amazed at his generosity since he didnt owe me anything; I had already bought the vehicle from him. What a man of integrity! If you need a new or used vehicle stop by Gem City Motors. Cant speak as to their car dealership, never been there, but greatly appreciate their towing and customer service. Traveling through from out of state and hit a deer 60 miles from our overnight stop in Glendive. AAA sent them to get us. was a bit of a wait and a long drive, but their service was great. They recommended a reputable shop in Glendive, got out vehicle there and let the shop owner know of our situation before dropping us at the hotel. A pleasant experience from an unfortunate situation, and good customer service from Gem City.

Ive purchased 2 Cars from Wayne at Gem City in the past 7 yrs, I travel for my job and live in Illinois, I was passing through Sidney, MT last week and stopped in for a Oil Change. The technician seemed to be very knowledgeable and was honest with us about the diagnosis. He wanted to keep the vehicle a little longer so that he would be able to get a proper diagnosis and he kept us informed on the process. Ive bought two vehicles here and I havent been disappointed. They provide excellent service and are willing to go above and beyond for their customer. Wayne and the crew were excellent to deal with!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I clearly explained to them over the phone and on paper that I was bringing in a truck that has a bad transmission and that I had a warranty company that would cover the labor and another warranty that would cover the transmission. (Over the phone and on paper).I go to Gem City Motors and they tell me that my warranty on my truck will only cover $1,700And that I would have 2 pay $2,200 for a transmission. I again explained to them that I have a warranty on the transmission. Then Im being told that here at Gem City Motors we only replace parts with out parts and no 3rd parties. But I clearly told them over the phone and they clearly told me yes we can do it. Just bring it in. Now Im being told that they misunderstood me. So if you misunderstood me why do I have to pay a diagnosis fee of $135. This truck was towed here because you bone heads said it was ok. It was reduced to $65. 1 guy says oh I thought . Seriously who asked you for your thought?? I put it on the paper at the very top what I needed done so you wouldnt have to put your thought in!

Great experience with Wayne. Let us test drive without salespeople, didnt try to up sell us anything. Gave us a great price.

We drive from watford city to sidney to by parts from them they have always been good to me and since i call before i go they have had the parts i need unlike trying to buy parts in watford city where you learn to drive for two hours so you dont have to keep going back and exchanging the parts you. Ought on your last trip into town

The worst experience I have ever had at a Chevy dealer. I would rather drive my car to Bismarck then take my car back to this service center. This is the second time I have been talked to by one of the service advisors. Things were also done to my vehicle that I did not authorize, they just went ahead and did them anyways and tried to charge me for them. Plus, what I brought the vehicle in for, they did not even do. Avoid the service center at all costs if you can.

I called you guys before I even brought my truck to you. I spoke to Courtney I believe. I asked her if I was to bring you guys a transmission would you guys install. She said yes. No trickery going on. I asked cause I know that some companies would not allow this. It was even on paper. A week or 2 weeks later I came back to you guys for you to tell me that you dont install transmission if they were not bought from you. All of this headache would have been avoided if you guys would have said this from the beginning. But its ok. We all make mistakes! Its nothing seriously. The part that Im mad about is you guys wanted to charge me $135.00 for hooking a computer 2 it 2 tell me the transmission was bad. I knew it was bad thats why I had it towed to you. From Williston. After talking to Tom. He slashed the amount in half. I thought I did the right thing by calling u guys 1st to see if you would install the transmission before bringing the the vehicle to you. I thought I did the right thing by putting it on paper. But at the end I got it was a misunderstanding on your end by Tom and another employee. And to top it of you have to pay $135.00 before you can get your vehicle back for a hour of service to your vehicle. Again. It wa reduced to half of $135. Not sure y u guys left a call back number I spoke to 2 people in that office Tom and some other guy. Im not just posting bad marks about you guys for no reason. Im not posting here 1st either. I spoke to you guys face 2 face. All Im doing is posting my experience with Gem motors in Sidney, Montana. There is no need for me to call you back To discuss anything.

Who sets an appointment 3 weeks out at a dealership tells them exactly whats wrong and expects it not to be fixed at appointment $137 for clarification on what you all ready told them when making appointments pull your heads out of your #$@##
