I have a Note 10+. The back and front was cracked on it. I had an aura back and just a regular front screen. I told him I wanted all the same. So he ordered what I wanted on Thursday I went in. He said, Saturday hed give me a call because my stuff should be there.Well, never got the call, so I called him that next Wednesday when I had a day off work. Asking if he ever got my stuff in. He said, oh yea, we can fix it Thursday. Then he did not tell me that my back screen wasnt right while I was on the phone with him Wednesday. So I went Thursday and he asked if red would do. Not what I wanted or payed for. I dont care for the service at all.Also when I first went in, it took his person that fixes phone, about 2 hours to get back with him, to see if they can fix my kind of phone.Good price but not worth the wait and stress.

Here is a store that you can purchase a phone and get set up with service or you can take your own phone in for repairs and services. Have a phone you love but want to switch providers then take it in to see wireless docks store where they can help you with your device and getting to the provider you like and keeping the phone you love
