Did a decent job, did notice that they slopped sealant in a couple places and didnt bother to clean it up. Otherwise a decent job, fast and accommodating.

Got my F150 windshield replaced and there was a blurry spot (defect) right in front of the drivers seat, in my direct line of sight. I went back to have it replaced. They put in another defective windshield. There is a low spot right in front of the driver seat. My wiper wont touch the windshield in that one spot. I tried three different new wipers with no luck. They must buy their glass off of ebay or something.

I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for two weeks. The first time they came out, they had ordered the wrong glass. I was fine though, because I figured it would only be a few days for them to get the new windshield in. I was told that they would call me the day that they had brought the wrong glass (10 August) to reschedule, except they never did. I waited a few days and I made a new appointment for them to come (14 August) out through my insurance app. I received a call on the morning of the 14th to let me know that they ordered the wrong glass again. How is it possible to mess up twice? This is their one and only job is to get windshields!They told me they would call me later that day (AGAIN) to let me know the status of the glass order (THEY DIDN’T). A couple days went by so I called my insurance company and explained to them what was happening, so they called Safelite here in town and was told that the glass was ordered and I would get a call in a few days. Well... that was last week and now my patience is gone. I called this morning to ask about the status of my windshield only to get a “I will have to check with my boss.” Really? There’s nothing else that can be done? Guess who still hasn’t received a call? That would be me.This is garbage and this is no way to treat customers. I even asked my insurance about going to my local dealership, but I was told that I would have to pay some costs out of pocket. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place and I just have to hope that Safelite finds some competency laying around their building.The crack has spread from only being about 2 inches, to now going a third of the way across my windshield. This place should not be serving this military community if this is the product they are going to put out.

The tech did not show up at the scheduled time and when he replaced my windshield it was not seated properly so water got in my car. I gave two stars instead of one because they did at least warranty the work so they sent another tech to fix it.

Professional, polite and friendly staff. The front window of pick up was replaced exceptionally well and they vacuumed the inside. They said an hour to hour and half a half and the turnaround time they predicted was right on - my pick up was sitting in parking space waiting on my husband and I. I definitely recommend them time and time again if anyone needs or wants Auto Glass repairs or replacements. Great people !

Broken driver side window - replacement not installed properly. Rattled and finally wont go up. Came to me, but couldnt fix it. Put door back wrong. Now I have to climb out passenger door. Not getting call backs. Not at all happy.Update: I went back and safelite bent over backwards to make it right. Did extra work to fix it and it now works great.

One of THE worst and unprofessional customer service experiences Ive had. After already waiting for some time after my scheduled appointment, I was told the tech was late and they had no idea when he was going to get there because they figured he just didnt know he was supposed to be at work that day. Once he does get there, I am told I am probably going to have to leave it because the repair was going to take more than a couple of hours. With no ride and already took time off work, I relent. I get a call sometime later informing me we cant fix it, its going to have to be replaced and that they would schedule me for another time. Thanks for nothing. If they werent what my insurance uses as their 3rd party vendor, I would NEVER use this place.

The tech jack up my rubber seals and seal component around my lower windshield. Was getting on the road to Scottsdale. Had the shop here seal the loose rubber and had to reschedule an appointment for Wed to take back to the shop. When the techs coworkers were shocked at the shoddy job the on site tech performed!

Had to have a windshield replaced because of a crack caused by a rock... completely professional staff and was very flexible with times that my windshield would be replaced. This was my first and, so far, my only interaction with Safelite and it was seamless.

I have used Safelite for a few years now. I have both had in shop service and they have came out to my home. I cant say I have a preference because they are always just great. They are clean, professional, and thorough.

I give this company 1 star. I had my glass replaced maybe six months ago. I was driving down the road and a rock hit my window. A big rock! I thought they would warranty as it was a accident,they refused. I was told to buy a second windshield. I told them no,im not doing that again. I thought i would be covered under a lifetime warranty You should not offer it, if people cant use it.

I had originally given Safelite two stars. When they came to install our new windshield they had broken the plastic cover for the forward facing camera surrounding the rearview mirror. After we discovered that this had happened we called Safelite and explained what we found and they sent a representative out to look at it. they ordered the replacement part and fixed the problem at no cost to us which was awesome. the only reason Im not giving Safelite five stars is because the first employee didnt tell us about what had happened. He left after the windshield was installed and didnt say a word about what had broken. Other than that the service they provided was outstanding.

The customer service and the installer in Sierra Vista were excellent in performing their job. I have had two windshields replaced in my 2006toyota highlander this year, one in January and another in March. I knew when I went in that my insurance may deny the claim (which they did) in January and provided financial information for my acount to be debited (not a credit card, but a checking account) for cash. Again in March when I scheduled a second replacement I gave financial informtion with the foreknowledge that the payment would be cash debited from the checking account. I have had several calls and letters threatening external collection agencies and harrassment from rude individuals at whatever level in your company. I have tried to get this matter resolved and the incompetent people in your accounting department obviously do not know how to process a cash payment from a checking account. I continue to receive letters threatening external collection agencies and would not like to see any blemishes on our credit rating. I am disgusted with your rude people at corporate who cannot do their job. Your installers would be better off working for themselves as independents. They do excellent work and probably get the minimum of benefits for what they do. I will not use safelight services again, but i would hire the installers. I believe your company uses inferior glass in your windshield replacements and I think your corporate employees need training in customer service relations. I promise to go elsewhere for my glass service needs.

The estimate online for a windshield repair was $55 more than another shop in same town. Disappointed as I always used Safelite in the past.
