I dropped off my vehicle in the morning for general maintenance and an issue with the head unit (Stereo/infotainment). While they resolved my issues the service department failed to call me in a timely manner resulting in my vehicle being left at the dealership overnight. When confronted the service writer claimed he called my phone and left messages, which was not true.This dealer was much better before the current owners took over.

There was a recall on my vehicle, work was completed on time, staff was very courteous and helpful. I’m always very satisfied with the work completed at this dealership.

I never really feel welcome at Sierra Toyota. My requests are frequently overlooked and theres always some over priced upsell on the table. Its amazing how many things are supposedly wrong with my beautiful 07 Camry with 83,000 miles on it. You have probably seen the last of me. As long as we live here, I will always be a customer here, including for all the checkups. Their customer service has always been top notch. I just traded my 4yr old car in again and bought a my new vehicle there of course. We are in great hands with these guys, never ever had any problems.

Jared and his crew did an awesome job on my shock replacement and getting my ABS light to go off. That was an odd problem, but they stuck with it and were able to correct the issue. Top notch work and customer service.

I came in unscheduled with a dead battery and Jared, maintenance coordinator, was able to squeeze me in and get me out the same day. Sierra Vista Toyota has been steadfast with providing great service for the nearly 14 years Ive lived here.

They didnt write down the correct date, so told us that we had missed our appointment which was inaccurate. The coupon we used had to be approved by a manager because no one had a clue that they were sending coupons like that out. Very disappointed in the communication at this facility. Definitely not what it was before. I have been going there for 11 years now and I am not sure what is going on with the customer service.

They gave me generic info that was not helpful. My battery died while they were looking at a transmission solenoid issue and they never considered that a weak battery could be causing the error code. Figured it out myself a week later. Not worth 65 bucks and an hour of time. Will they make note of this...nope. and others will get bilked again and again. Now i just wasted another 10 minutes...geez

Ive never had my vehicle services anywhere but Sierra Toyota unless it was maintenance I could do myself. Eg oil change, brakes, etc. I can do my own basic maintenance. However, when my driveshaft need d replacing, I took it to them for more serious repairs. Less than a year later, my drive starts failing again. I was told it could be fixed under warranty. But, because of an underlying issue from somebody elses service they could not re warranty the part. I asked what they meant and they described damage that was due to a mechanics lack of knowledge that had worked on my truck. Ive had my truck since 2014 and never had any significant work done to my truck till Sierra Toyota. After taking it to them, my truck is experiencing all sorts of new issues that sound like a mechanics error and Im supposed to pay and trust these guys? It was fine the first time I took it in for a fix, and since then there have been nothing but problems with my truck and sketchy explanations as to why I need to give them more money to fix something that wasnt an issue till after they had done work on it. Im very apprehensive to take my vehicle back to this dealership.

I am so disappointed for the service this time. I bought the ToyotaCare Plus that supposed to coverage of two major services (30K and 45K) and two minor services (35k and 40K), but Sierra Toyota Service Center did not honor the service that they sold me 2 years ago. I brought my car in for the last time 45K service (major service). It took only 20 minutes to complete. All they did multi-point vehicle inspection, not even oil changed. It is very bad business. I trusted them, but now I do not .....

Service and communication was very good. Labor is extremely costly. If you need tires, they can be bought for less elsewhere but, if you mention this, they will match the price from wherever you were going to purchase.

Noticed Low Beam bulb in passenger side headlight needed replacement. Stopped by Toyota, Sierra Vista, they replaced light and I only paid for the replacement bulb. No labor charges!!🤗

Called in and requested an oil change for my Prius. Unaware that instead of a basic oil change, they had scheduled me for a 10K service which checks tire alignment and offers rotation. Since my tires need to be replaced that service was useless. They did install, free of charge, a small undercarriage splash plate that had fallen off. No voucher for a car wash that I had received in the past for an oil change. So I paid $79 for an oil change & install of splash plate /w plastic push pin rivets. Last time I had oil changed by them it was just under $50. Every dollar counts when you are on a fixed income. As always, the service area is very clean. I appreciate that employees were wearing masks with the exception of speaking on the phone.

My rear inside passenger door was taken apart and NOT replaced- just left parts in back seat w exposed workings . Unacceptable.

Appointments can be hard to come by as they go quickly. Wished they could stay open later daily or even weekends. Mid day appointments can be inconvenient to owners who still work. I dont think Tucson dealerships have this problem.

I have used your services for years and have had Outstanding service. But not this time! Had new battery put in but service rep. didnt put my clock back to current time. Had tires rotated, but wasnt done correctly. I know this because I have a tire that is a different brand and it was in the same place as when I brought the vehicle in. Very disappointing.

The car I bought a Toyota Corolla had really cheap tires on it I went in for tire repair and they told me the tire was unrepairable and no warranty on the tire and the car only has 6000 miles on it. Then they said they did not have the tire in stock that came with the car and a like I said only had 6000 miles on it so he tried to sell me a much more expensive tire. So I had to order a new tire to match the tires on the vehicle and then they want to charge me $20 to put the tire on when it comes in really Sierra toyoda the car is brand new its under warranty. Now the person that was waiting on me doesnt know their computer system so i also had to spend unnecessary 40 minutes in there while he was trying to figure out how to order the tire lack of training
