Ive been here twice, first time for an oil change and they didnt screw the plug on, so I almost burnt my engine. This time bought Michelin tires and they didnt screw or tork a tire, almost caused an accident, these guys are always on the rush and can cause some damage to your car and your life.

I only gave 4 stars due to the fact that even if I have an appointment the time frame given is always 1-2 hrs longer, unfortunately for me I dont have an option to leave my vehicle Iam by my self disabled and have to wait. At this point I am having an oil change with an appointment, its already been 1.5 hrs bit long for an oil change . Will up date when they finish. Ok so the oil change us done it took, 1hr 45 mins. The work is good staff friendly, it s wait that kills me. The prices are great staff friendly great just be ready for a wait or get a ride wanted to add thatI will becoming back for all my srrvices

Everytime I come here they look for a million other problems with my car that are not even their. I came to post this review because they put an ac in my car it blew up 2 days later and then they told me they had to put in another one and it was gonna cost me like 2000 for everything. I went to autologic on 7th street and they fixed the whole thing for 300 dollars and told me they were trying to jip me. Not the first time but my last time me my company or my family ever comes here. I would only trust them with tires and oil changes

I had two front tires that threw the weights they balanced all for just in case I had a shaking in the front of the car after having all four tires balanced everything was great the price was around $92

I took my vehicle for an oil change. My vehicle does not leak after an oil change. It leaked. Took it back . They said I have issues in my vehicle, and unless I fixed them I will continue to have a leak. I began to believe them. Why I write this? I took vehicle immediately afterwards to Jiffy Lube. Changed the oil again. No leaks???? Simple. Truth in disclosure, not.Be informed.

I had a flat tire. which they fixed... for free!... and made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. Im not from this area, and we picked this place based on reviews. I was impressed! And Im not easily impressed.

Great service! Fixed my a/c for less than HALF of what the Midas up the street quoted me at, AND in half the time I thought it would take. They even called me back just to double check & make sure everything was running smoothly. 100% recommend.

I always get my oil changed here cause I like the oil and if I travel and need an oil change all Firestone dealers have it. They rotate my tires, check my car for other needs and theyre pretty quick.

I bought new tires there a couple months ago, they had the tires off my car @ least 2-3 times, we drove out of their driveway drove maybe a block, luckily we decided to stop @ Harbor Freight, as I was turning into the parking lot the front passenger tire sounded like it fell off, NO, it was the lower A arm broke, we had to pay for a tow truck to get home. If we wouldnt of stopped we could of been in a VERY BAD accident. I asked 4-5 tire people & they all said, who ever had that tire off should of seen that the A arm was worn out. We called them when we got home & told them, they did NOTHING to make it right. When these tires are done, I will be done too w/Jack Furrier.

Make sure they do the work you are paying for.For two years I have been doing vehicle maintenance here and they seemed good, pleasant to work with and efficient. However, I was paying for tire rotations that I never received which resulted in the two front tires wearing completely out when the rear tires still have over 60% of their tread left!!!When I brought this up with the front desk person he blew me off and said, We dont take shortcuts here! Well obviously they do. So watch out.

I needed a battery, an oil changes and some minor random things. I was expecting a $500 bill, but rolled out at less than half that. Great service, polite staff, and extremely professional. You cant go wrong. The only down side is that they are so good, you need to get in early.

Wow, talk about customer service, good humor, smiles.. you name it. What a great group of guys with a great interaction with their customers! Went in to get my tire sensors looked at, I was told by a company whose name I will not mention, that ALL four of my sensors needed replacement, even the one that was just replaced a a month ago. They offered to reset the sensors for no charge, the lights went off, but I had said, that even when reset, they come back on when I drive a bit.. and long story short, (cause I can sing their praise and write a book about it), they were amazing and took good care of me. They will definitely NOT rip you off.

I called every single place in town on Saturday to find tires (that i desperately needed). Jack Furrier’s was not only the cheapest, but also the most pleasant and able to get my tires in the fastest. By that Monday morning my tires were in!Now, the employees were amazing to work with, the vibe in the place is super chill and that’s considering i brought my car in close to end of day and they still had cars they needed to get done. People were singing, lots of laughing and chatter with the regulars, that sort of thing. It was nice.My car was finished in a little over an hour, so pretty typical and that’s considering i did not have an appointment. I just brought my car in when i could.Water and coffee in the waiting area. Definitely would recommend to everyone! Need some other work on my car and will absolutely be bringing it back.

Normally do not give reviews, though after todays service I feel obligated. I called this morning to see if they had a battery in stock for my vehicle. They did. I walked my old battery down and purchased the new battery. The employees were quick, friendly and overall the experience was easy. I was about to walk back home and they offered to give me a ride to my car. That was so helpful.I highly recommend!

I am an active duty Soldier and Ive been stationed at many locations across the US as well as overseas. Ive dealt with numerous mechanics around the world and I know its tough to find reputable and honest mechanics who wont rip you off. Im very glad to say that Jack Furrier Auto Care is the absolute best, most honest, down to earth auto shop Ive experienced. I took my car in to take care of the problem (loose panel under the radiator) and Mr. Alan Perez quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it on the spot professionally but he wouldnt want to charge me b/c he said it was a minor fix. It could have cost me an arm and a leg to fix the problem as I dont know anything about the car but Mr. Alan Perez was very honest with me about what needs to be done and resolved the issue with an impeccable customer service. Now all the Soldiers in my unit come here for the repairs/regular maintenance and we will be loyal customers of your shop until we move to the next duty station. I highly recommend Jack Furrier Auto Care to any Soldiers stationed at Ft. Huachuca. Thank you everyone and keep up the great work youre doing.

Have all my work and buys here. Always very satisfied with the work done, time it took, and even the price. Have had insurance work were directed and was also good. The insurance work was specialty work. For all other work Jack Furrier is the only place I found I can trust my cars care with.

Great place here. Came highly recommended, and I can see why. Good, old school feel to the shop. Took them over an hour to patch up a tire for me, but they did so for free, and apparently always do, so cant complain about that!

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Jack Furriers for almost 8 years now and the service has never disappointed one bit. The prices are fair for all the services, the staff is like family, and they treat the vehicles as if they are their own. They never correct an issue without speaking to us first and provide guidance on financing options or budget mitigation while never coming off condescending. Eric is a terrific manager and so long as we live here, we will never go anywhere else for our auto needs.

Friday December 23, 2016 approximately 4:00PM. I arrive at the gas station at 90/92 from South Texas pulling a 12 foot utility trailer on my way to Northern Arizona for our family vacation. Notice that the bearings on the passenger side of the trailer have failed and call them to see if they can repair. Erik the store manager tells me to head on over to their store. After realizing I needed a new axle for the trailer, he and another employee Joe, take me in their company truck to two stores in an attempt to locate an axle to no avail. At this point, Erik goes home and brings his trailer to the store to see if his axle will fit my trailer. Truly GOOD/HONEST guys working here. Highly recommended to any one.

Stand-up business in a shady world.After my balance and alignment, I still had issues. One phone call and I was immediately brought back in and the problem was taken care of; with no extra charge to myself. This is a fine example of a business that will stand behind their work. Class-A customer service. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to work with them in the future.

Never been to Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Repair, thought Id give them a try. When I arrived I see an employee, I believe he was the manager, berating a elderly women. This employee treated this customer horribly, he was yelling at this poor women in front of other employees and customers, I felt extremely embarrassed for her! There were accusations being made, but seriously I dont care what this man thinks this women has done, RESPECT YOUR ELDERS!!!!! It was very disturbing to see a manager within a business to act in such away!I found this employee to be disgusting and unprofessional! After seeing this, I decided to go to another place of business. I will never go there again!!

These guys are the best! I take my vehicle to the Sierra Vista location for just about everything. They never overcharge, they are always super friendly, and they are willing to do whatever they can to make my life easier. I have been using the Palo Verde store for over 10 years and the service has always been great. Paul and the whole crew treat you very well and they are very honest. I have complete trust in this store and if they tell me that I need a specific repair there is no doubt I am having the work done by them. Came in to get a quote to change the fluids and check the breaks on my Maxima. I was pleasantly surprised when the service rep tried to save me money by suggesting that I may not need to have a particular serviced performed due to the age of my vehicle. As the crew were checking my breaks, I went ahead and scheduled a service appointment for the following weekend. The service rep came back to me and informed me that my front brake probably wouldnt last until the following week and stated that they could replace them on the spot. DONE.TL;DR: Jack Furrier of Sierra Vista has great service, and was willing to give up income by stating that I didnt need a service I thought I did. Thanks!

OUTSTANDING!, went in on a very tight budget and left with that budget intact, needed tires for a California trip but could not afford brand new and they got my going for little to no cost to me with 4 very nice condition used tires (not always going to be available, i got lucky that they had them and they were able to give them to me). PERFECT customer service compared to other tire places in town. i would not recommend but these guys.

I was starting my Snowbird winter 2014 trip from British Columbia to my first stop in Benson AZ. On my way there I exploded two right side tires two days in a row on my fairly new Arctic Fox trailer. The rubber looked like it was deteriorating and separating and the other tires were at risk too at least in my mind. I was really stressed by the time I contacted Jack Furrier in Sierra Vista to get a price to replace all my tires.By the time I left their business I had four very high quality tires, balancing weights I didnt have before that wouldnt corrode my beautiful wheels, all steel valve stem replacements, and I replaced all the chrome nuts that had rusted after one year with new chrome high quality ones I was unable to find at home. No kidding: I took a sample nut to every kind of outlet and tire shop around. Jack Furrier had them in stock.The cost was jaw dropping low compared to what I am used to and the service there was something I have raved about since. I would not hesitate to send my friends there.

Best place in town to get work done. Brice treats me very well every time i come in. I was stressed out about a timing belt i had then replace that went out a few months later and they replaced the timing belt, water pump, and component kit all under warranty in less then a day! Great guys to have working on your car!

Allen is great, good customer service with him. We are unhappy we bought tires with extended service warranty at Jack Furrier in Tucson. We were told it would be honored at any of their locations, but Sierra Vista location refuses to honor it.

Awesome service.I needed an urgent tire done before the weekend before hitting the freeway again. I called e other tire stores and none of could get me the tires I needed in time, It was until I called Jack furrier in Sierra Vista, az. They promise to get the tires for me next day (from Friday to Saturday). I talked to Eric on Friday and got serviced by Brice on Saturday. This store went above and beyond to get me tires I needed even driving all the way to Benson, az to get the tires from the freight that was not going to make it in time.

Sent here, and they didnt realize my tires were stagard, and put the bigger tires on the front and smaller on the back. Needless to say, I was the one who pointed that out before driving off, and they looked confused. Pulling my car back into the bay I could hear the front wheels GRINDING up front. After they switched the tires my front end alignment was off. They tried to fix it. It was never the same. Traded it.

Slow everytime, never call back when they say can, but they always have a excuse or someone to blame when they keep the car for 5 days with 0 results.Edit to respond to the response: I have no idea about the element youre speaking of, but that is a testament of how often you bumble up repairs. That is also troubling that you shoot from the hip on complaints with pretty specific details about the issues.

Yesterday I took my ladys Mazda 6 there with a coupon I got in the local paper. They were fast and to the point. They called when it was done and even fixed a flat for free. I will be taking both my vehicles for all services needed in the future.
