It was enjoyable shopping for a mattress here. I usually buy mattresses from discount outlet type stores. I decided to just go in and look. I was greeted by staff immediately who were very friendly and spent the entire time with me answering questions and directing me to numerous different options based on my sleep preferences.I ended up getting a higher end mattress that was far better than anything I had ever bought before.However, they also had several very good economy choices I could have got and been satisfied with.

From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Kissie who patiently explained how we would select the perfect mattress together to suit our needs and had us try several mattresses until we found the perfect fit. We were very impressed by her professionalism and honesty. It was a very enjoyable and successful shopping experience!

Morgan was very helpful in guiding us to a mattress we loved. He answered all our questions, let us try all the mattresses we wanted to try. We found a King mattress we can’t wait to have in our home. I feel confident knowing if for whatever reason it won’t work for us (I doubt it!) we can exchange it in four months. We paid a little extra to have it delivered AND set up. Great deal, a little pricy but within our budget and we trust it will be a great investment. We also received $200 off to spend towards other items and we purchased two really great pillows. Will go back for any other mattress needs.

We came in today not knowing what we wanted, and Morgan helped us so much to make a great choice. I went to Mattress Firm with no expectations. I was just looking for an inexpensive bed. As soon as I walked in sales rep Elahe H. met me right at the front door. Elahe H. asked me what I was looking for what I had in mind. I told her what I was shopping for. Immediately she asked me questions to assess my sleeping patterns and behavior and my concerns and issues. Elahe H. had a sense of humor friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. I tested out the recommendation due to the assessment questions I did test the firmness suggested and went with my preferences. I did take some time and thought things over we figured out payments and financing options. I left and thought it over to be honest I wasn’t going to buy anything and I was going to go through other establishments to find what I was looking for and going the cheapest route. I was truly done with the cheap mattresses I’m not a child and I need quality and support. It didn’t take me long to think it over and about an hour if that. I had explained my budget and mattress size required and that was what I was shown. Never felt any pressure to buy. Got a GREAT deal, queen for the price of a twin!Purchased a new mattress and am looking forward to picking it up next week. Only con to the whole experience was the $99 delivery fee and removal of the old mattress. But I can do that and save the cash.

I think Ill enjoy the mattress I purchased and it will last me a while, but the reason I leave only 3 stars is because for the entire shopping experience I felt pressured to finance the most expensive mattresses. Even after I told her my price range and that I planned on buying outright, the store manager kept trying to redirect us to the outrageously priced mattresses. And when I finally found a mattress in my price range and went to pay, she tried to slickly charge us for a $140 bunkie board even though I told her we didnt need one. This experience was more annoying than purchasing my car from a dealership, if you can relate.**UPDATE: The store manager reached out to me to apologize and I received 2 free pillows for my troubles, which is pretty nice.

Additionally, the only reason I went to this store was for a promotion that was only valid for 50% of the store. A good experience was ultimately tainted by shady business tactics.

Deanna was amazing. I met her when I went in to pick up a bed frame we had been waiting to be delivered to the store. I had a couple questions about some of the mattresses, not looking to buy right then, but very interested because we have been looking for a new mattress. She understood I wasnt going to buy anything that day, and still hung out with me and answered all of my questions. We found the PERFECT mattress for us within a few minutes, and when I brought my husband, she was just as patient, and walked thru all of the mattresses with us, and didnt even mind that I just laid in my perfect mattress forever. Robert was very patient, attentive, and applied absolutely no pressure at all. If I said I didnt want a thing, it was dropped, it wasnt pushed on me at all. Very personable. He guided me to a lot of different mattresses that felt great and was very knowledgeable. I had a question about my mattress after it was delivered and he made sure to reply back even after hours. You can count on him to keep you updated in a timely manner.The warranty made me feel like it was a safe purchase.I was able to get my mattress the very next day. The delivery was on time and very fast. It may have been a little too fast because I felt like I couldnt ask them any questions. They were literally running with my mattress. They were very polite and efficient though and obviously didnt detract from any stars.

Went in becasue we just moved to az from tn. And we. Needed a new bed for my daughter whos 8 yrs old. Walk into the store and first thing the gal asks is if i need any help. I say yes im looking for a new bed for my daughter. She says ok and immediately trys to sell me a top of the line 900$ bed for my 8 yr old. I very quickly said she doesnt need that i need bottom cheapest bed. Which Aparently is still well over 200$ for just the top matress. Next time i need a bed ill go else where for a cheaper bed. A toddler doesnt need a fancy matress.

I want to give a shout out to Elahe Hogge for her excellent customer service. Her patients in explaining and promising to stand behind the products she’s selling. I bought the MIDNIGHT LUXURY INTELLIBED KING MATTRESS. Elahe promised a 20 year guarantee and that if I wasn’t completely satisfied I could return or exchange it and I would be issued credit refunds if I chose a lesser priced mattress. 5 years interest free payments with low monthly payments. Credits and price adjustments to my card if the prices drop or go on sale. The cons are that I had to buy the mattress cover (on the pricey side and not included with the $8,501.00) Im paying for this mattress, I also have to pay removal & redelivery & restocking. I hope this mattress is the Rolls Royce I’m paying for. Thank you Elahe Hogge I know you care and stand by your promise of excellence!

Please always check the website before buying from this store. They will price match but ONLY if you ask, you need to do your research. The Manager at the Sierra Vista Mattress Firm sold us a $1000 mattress for $800 and made it sound like we got a good deal. Not even 12 hours later I found the EXACT same mattress for under $400.00 on their website. They did price match it but the manager knew what the online prices were, she claimed she didnt, but she did. Just be careful and do your online research. Dont let them take advantage of you. We are happy with the mattress we got. Im just glad I did my research.

We filed a warranty claim and Mattress Firm rejected it saying it was stained. I emailed them and pointed out that the mattress is spotless. They reviewed their decision and approved the warranty claim. We went in earlier today and picked out a new mattress. They took the price of the old one off (as per warranty) and gave us free delivery for the hassle. Also, their staff was very helpful and friendly today, especially Robert and Erin.

After days of shopping around town at various mattress and furniture stores, online and even thrift stores...I went back to Mattress Firm. Deanna had tried to sell me a mattress the day before and I have purchased from Mattress Firm before and found it to be a good company with quality salespeople and a quality product. My toddler and I was greeted warmly as we entered the store. Having a toddler and entering Mattress Firm was like entering a free bounce house, but fortunately there is a little play area that accommodated her. Bob was nice and directed me straight a way to what I was looking for, a twin sized bed for said toddler. Great service, straight pricing and they helped me load the mattress into the car! Will recommend and buy from again.
