Customer at Cricket for years. I am on 3rd phone this year and this LG is 2 months old. My service is failing again as th phone is not connected to my wifi and i have not been able to get it to connect. Also screen is getting flare and not very good. I have had enough with Cricket poor phone service.

Had a horrible experience. I have used prepaid system and when I have put money on my account via refill card system accepted my payment without ever really putting money on. So my account was suspended, money vanished from refill card that I used...and there was absolutely no help from them. And cos account has been suspended now I need to make a payment of 45. Dollars. Never again. AND IF U USE THEIR PREPAID PHONE SERVICES BE AWARE. EVENTUALLY U WILL GET RIPPED OFF

They charge extra for switching over. I can go online and they will let me go with the $40. Plan, not the $50. Plan. I have a cricket phone with SIM, so no charge for that, but this store wants to charge me anyway. Ripping off the customer is no way to do business.
