My daughter and I went into the shop no one was around we looked around long enough to wonder if we were alone. I called out is anyone here and got a faint yeah Im here. Ok. It was time for a upgrade but he said I wasnt eligible even though I was sent the message a month ago. John treated me as if I stole my own credit card he acted as if I stole my childs phone that I was getting chipped. He also double charged me for chipping the phone and then locked up my account. If you dont want to work John go home and give someone else a chance.

Was supposed to open at 10am. No one came until 11. Myself and two other vehicles waited until 1030. They left while I waited. They started opening as I was leaving...at 11. An hour late. Not professional. Maybe they thought today was Sunday.

This is the worst MetroPCS store at have ever been to In My Life. I was a MetroPCS Customer for 2 years and theyre the best phone company I have ever been with. I moved to Sierra Vista and November of 2017 and I found that my MetroPCS phone data and web surfing and apps would not work her open in much of Sierra Vista. I went to the store and talk to them and they did not want to really talk at all I had money and I wanted to buy a new phone I thought maybe a new phone would help and they didnt even really care to sell me one they were cordial they let me browse there was no incident. They do not accept anything except cash even for purchasing an expensive phone. Once you buy your phone they will not give you any support they told me that you had to call MetroPCS for support. On a note MetroPCS is the best phone company I have ever been with they give great support but do not buy MetroPCS if you are going to live in Sierra Vista I live in Huachuca City and my MetroPCS worked great up there but when I went to town to go to Walmart or Safeway no apps would open in Walmart or Safeway over mobile dataI have been to a few Metro PCS stores in my life and this is the worst one but caution Metro PCS does not work well in Sierra Vista or Bisbee. I bought a Straight Talk hitchhike on Virgin Mobile phone at Walmart it is not as fast as MetroPCS and you cannot update apps over mobile data no matter how strong your signal is so I do miss MetroPCS but it doesnt work in Sierra Vista very well you can make phone calls and texts and you might be able to Surf occasionally but MetroPCS does not work well in Sierra Vista it works great and Huachuca City and MetroPCS in Benson Arizona is like greased lightning it is the fastest internet I have ever used my life faster than any computer any PC anything MetroPCS is a great company but you need to really be careful of where you live if you were going to purchase one best phone company Ive ever worked with In My Life customer service speaks great English it sounds like customer services located in Jamaica and Mexico and they speak really good English. The store though this store stay away from it not a good place unless you live in Benson or Wilcox and go to the store to buy your phone you will be happy in Benson or Wilcox with a MetroPCS phone. But it will not work well in Sierra Vista warning

I wanted to refund my phone he said ok just come back another day and then we came back another day and then he said you can’t get a refund because you have had a hour of calling already this place SUCKS please do not go here
