Best Customer Service Ever!!! always attentive and Ray really loves his job, and very honest

Pros:I appreciate the gamestop we have compared to others. I use to not be an knowledgable gamer until several years prior.I have to say that the staff is very knowledgeable with all types of games, they acknowledge if customers need assistance or help. I go there often and take up too much of their time which I should limit so they can go on their business. I have noticed that their game selection is pretty decent for a gamestop and how everything is layed out. I went game hunting up in tuscon and ALL the stores in tuscon feels empty in comparison to this one. This gamestop has value constantly every now and again. But the hospitality and the environment feels a whole lot comfortable with having employees who take interest in that they are doing.Cons/ advice: I love this gamestop but there is some thing u need to consider if you don’t know what their about when u go in.Not a place for retro trade/sell/ buy. Go in Facebook marketplace or I’ll buy from u or Nerdtopia (I don’t prefer that place anymore but it gives u something). Buying it’s better in store because the price is cheap. However as a physical media store they are weeding out their old inventory which is sad. I cant trade in some stuff that’s even in their web inventory because of that.They will always sell for market value New/Used (high) and buy from you at a low price. Giving u probably a higher credit than cash- it’s a business practice they use so don’t take it personal that’s how the company makes money. (I personally prefer that option than buying physical as u can NEVER get ur money back)There are some occasions where they don’t have a game I want and that’s okay / I understand that kind of frustration for something you want now but it is better to call first and or just don’t take offense at the worstPreorders are the best to garentee ur game, consider it if u want it. Because if ur into those obscure or smaller titles they will get in in stock for u especially limited edition consoles I’ve never seen that again in stock. - don’t buy from scalpers as well, I advise preorders or waitPreorder bonuses are a different story as their buisness as a whole don’t prefer towns like ourselvesTo give us that treatment

Ray is such a pleasure to talk with when you are shopping for games. This shop also doesn’t stink like funk like many other Game Stops

Ive tried on multiple occasions to call this game stop to find out more information. Nobody ever answers the phone. Ive let the phone ring just to give the time for somebody to get to the phone. If you cant answer your phone during an pandemic, theres definitely something wrong.

Always a great experience. Their used controllers ironically last far longer than the new xbox controllers. Pre-owned games are cheap.

Always a good selection of games for a good price. Trade in values are a little low though. Staff is always friendly and professional as well as quick and efficient. The parking is something to be desired but the location is conveniently located off of Hwy 92 bypass. I would highly recommend this store for all your gaming needs.

Excellent stop for games and novelty items. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Conveniently located near a Walmart, food venues, banking and other stores. Always some good sales, quality preowned games.

Excellent store and top notch staff. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They have repeatedly helped me find rare and hard to find games and collectibles. They have bent over backwards to get the bizarre things Im looking for, from lightsabers to NES carts and everything in between. Highly recommended!!!

Had what I wanted

Plain and simple, the staff here are like family, without the sibling rivalry. Theyre knowledgeable, and avid gamers themselves. That shouldve came with the territory, right? It doesnt always work that way, so I say were more fortunate than some other locations. Couldnt ask for a better crew.

Great local shop for picking up extra controllers and gaming accessories but wouldnt recommend trading as cash and in store credit is way too underpriced for what you sell them. And they overprice most games.

The staff here is great! If they dont have what youre looking for, they are willing to make a call to other stores and get it for you without question. This has been my favorite GameStop to go to out of any Ive ever been. They really know their games and like their jobs.

Store as a whole is clean and has a decent selection. But on 2 different occasions one of the employees has been overly pushy on their pre-order system. I get that those numbers matter but dont keep pushing after Ive said no or Im good already. Gamestop is still great but will likely avoid this location unless I have no other option to avoid that particular salesperson.

This GameStop is fairly small, but they have a great selection of used and new games and systems! Accessories are appropriately priced.

RAVE for Raymond at Gamestop!!A little while ago my man and I went in and bought a brand new Xbox One. Turns out that there was some type of defect with the HDMI port, and Raymond was extremely understanding, nice, and professional! He helped us exchange it for a new Xbox quickly, without any hassle, and was very friendly the entire time. It made our experience at Gamestop great- two thumbs up for Raymond!☺

As a gamer I enjoy stopping in to see whats on the spot light, as well the services are usually ready to help upon request, though as any town has rush times they can be a tid bit busy here and there. No matter what gaming your looking for be it Xbox Playstation or Nintendo they can get it for you. Best part you can get used items at a great discount and they usually have a plausible return policy.

Was told in store we could trade in our current switch to get a $200 credit applied to the new Pokemon bundle. Called today to verify that information and then was told it does not apply. Employees need to get on the same page with the information they are giving out.
