In the past I appreciated finding items at Walmart that no other pharmacy carried. Recently, however, I called the Walmart pharmacy three different times to inquire about the availability of a product. Each time I was put on hold for close to ten minutes and then disconnected before I ever actually spoke to anyone. I understand theyre probably busy, but come on, somebody needs to answer the phone.

I wouldnt even give this pharmacy one star. Customer service is 0, Hannah seems to be miserable in her position, misery loves company! Ive been put on hold while waiting for curbside delivery of medication 💊 and walked into store, while still on hold, 12+min. and watched while no one even blinked at the phone. Continuously out of a medication 💊 my daughter takes monthly. Walmart makes enough money they should be able to staff departments, including the pharmacy. I will not return to this pharmacy ever again!

They made getting a covid vaccine easy

I kind of feel like a fish out of water in with all these 1 star reviews. Personally I have yet to have an issue with this pharmacy. Im a diabetic so I get more than my fair share of prescriptions and have as yet to have any issues. Even when I drop a scrip off in store they usually say to give it half an hour and I can generally pick it up in more like 15 minutes. The staff has always seemed helpful and courteous to me.

This pharmacy is by far the worst one in town they never have your scripts ready even when you call to make sure ahead of time. Then they are always out of something and dont even get me started on the wait time just trying to pick up from them I stood in line for 3 hours. Over all they should either hire more people so maybe they could do their job or just close.

They were totally nice, but I waited a few hours to pick up my Rx on purpose, and when I got there they still told me itd be 30 minutes. Nothing really terrible to say, it just isnt worth the time unless you have no choice or youre shopping there any how...

Today at 3 had toothpaste called in at walmart in sierra vista.Do know who the manager i bbb n b they are doing a lousy job, not enough staff and i have waited over an hour for a tube of tooth paste that was called in at 3. And itts 6:50Really!!Get a better manager!!

Every single time my doctor or veterinarian calls in a prescription here for my family or my dogs they fail to fill it. 9 times out of 10 they say they havent received the request. I no longer believe them and have heard from others that this is not an uncommon issue. They no longer have my business.

Quite frankly, they dont deserve one star. The management is to blame not the employees. A total nightmare. Coming from Oregon where the pharmacy is actually staffed and there are lines of 1 or 2, instead of the dozen at all times at the Sierra Vista, Az. Walmart Pharmacy. They were faxed 4 times 3 prescriptions from Roseburg, Oregon. They never received any. Yes, their pharmacy is under construction but never should this have happened. Yes, Im now using another pharmacy. The sad situation, some people are obligated to go through this horrendous encounter based on their insurance company. Again, all management (higher up) should be fired or at least demoted. Your customers are why your being paid. Outrageous.

Great experience for 16 years until last week. I was accused of leaving a nasty review. Why would I do that to people helping me. The pharmacist told me leave you are not welcome hear and I dont care if your out of your medication but we will not fill any for you. I just called him to tell him a tech violated HIPAA giving my medical info out. could not even get that far till he jumped down my throat and him not allowing me there makes me weary of said review because it is not on facebook as he says. Left this pharmacy never to return and reported him to corporate an AZ Board of Pharmacy and the HIPAA violation complaint was filed with Health & Human Services. Do not call to check on your meds more than three times in a week. The health director begged me to stay at a walmart 35 miles away. I said no way I no longer trust Walmart Pharmacies so have a new pharmacy, transferen to Sierra Health Mart & compounding Lab.I transferred yesterday and they were ordered yesterday. They got my info today and said they will be ready tomorrow i said wow! I am used to waiting at least a week. LOVE to give no stars.

If you are suppose to open at 8:00...then I expect for the pharmacy to be open at 8:00. Not walk in and setup at 8:00 while there is a line of people waiting to get their meds.

I dont even want to give them one star but had no choice. I called 3 times to see when they would be done at 11am I was told 1--2 hours. Called back at 230pm were told two were ready and they were working on the last one would be ready by 3 pm so I found someone to go pick up my meds to find out they only gave him one even after saying at least 2 were ready. Then they tell him 4:30pm then they turn around and tell him 5:30 pm. This isnt the first time or the second third or fourth time and i know other people this happened to. After this refill I will be going somewhere else. If you can help it save yourself the stress and headache and dont pick the Walmart pharmacy. Get with it Walmart pharmacy.....

My son life dependant was given a partial fill with promise of next day completion! Next day was told had to weight three more days! When asked if the would transfer the remainder of the prescription to another pharmacy they refused! I had to contact the hospital to get a new prescription ordered so my son could live! I will never use Wal-Mart pharmacy again and. I suggest to all my friends on facebook with boost and friends on Twitter and all my friends in cochise county to use another provider! Wal-Mart told me walgreens lost there AHCCCS clients and they were understaffed!

Mary was very rude I said I have 2 pick ups and she gave additude when i stated I have two pick upa an was rude.then very rudely asked any more? I was very dissatisfied

Waiting now 4 days for a prescription. They received it from my doctor 4 days ago. Why bother to go to a doctor if Walmart wont let us get the prescription? You are working your staff to death and making customers irate! Hire more people!

Takes way to long to get a perscription filled. Would highley recommend using a different pharmacy.

No matter the time of day I choose to go the lines are ALWAYS rediculously long. The staff is very kind but extremely slow moving. Dont even try to call regarding the status of a new prescription because you will be on hold for no shorter then 25minutes! I will be changing pharmacies.

Ive waited 4.5 HOURS for my sons prescription to be filled. I got tired of their excuses and told them to send it over to Frys and its not been 1.5 hrs and they still havent sent it to Frys!!!

Ridiculously slow and inefficient. Theyre usually friendly, but overwhelmed and under staffed. ***UPDATE*** New pharmacy is absolutely no better. Regular 15-20 minute waits.
