Big Lots has really changed over last few years and its such a plus!! Store layout is spacious. Really nice home design goods. Seasonal department has great finds. And of course reasonable priced. Even furniture section is cool to browse. Great place to visit for gifts.

Big lots is a great place to get odds and ends. I like their home and garden sections. They also have decent variety of cheaper furniture. The store is always clean and the staff has always been friendly.

Not a lg person, purchased 2 lg washable leggings so they arent skin tight but comfortable. Took them home tried them on was very happy with my purchase. Washed them put them away; a month or two later wore a pair. Washed that pair and noticed the material at the butt had actually shredded! Clearly a faulty product. Dont live in the town but when I tried to return the faulty product they would not take them as 30 days had passed but what made it even worse was that salesperson was conducting herself as though I was trying to take unethical advantage. . . .Sure ruined my enjoyment of shopping at BigLots and now Im not entirely sure I care to shop there anymore - sad how one person and experience can negatively effect us.

You can get rewards by getting the card and they email you 20% less or more. I bought a few things and pay only $7.99 very good deal to save money !...Yeah !

Not impressed with Big Lots as a female x employee. Better opportunities if you are a male associate. No benefits unless you are grandfathered in as one of the older full-time associates, no new employees offered full-time. Negative attitude amongst some of employees.

Store is clean, bright and fully stocked. Employees are super helpful.

Called ahead to make sure the item was in stores for pick up because Ive had other places such as Wal-Mart Lowes home depot say online items are available but when I go to store to pick up it aint there. Not Big Lots their online information is on point if it say they have item in store it will be in store and available for pick thanks Big Lots

Really impressed with the renovation at this store. They now carry a large selection of furniture (Lane, Broyhill, Ashley, etc.) mattress sets, outdoor furniture, etc along with furnishings. And the prices are better than their competitors for similar quality.

They have expanded and have a wonderful selection of furniture and everything else! I was a little shocked to see that their employees are not all wearing masks and there are no barriers to keep them safe. I just hope they stay healthy.

The store looks great, but you arent allowed to actually buy anything. I wanted to purchase 4 small furniture items, but was told they are display items not available for order. So, the entire store is basically a showroom thats impossible to purchase. The staff is very nice, but trying to spend money in the store itself is a waste of time.

Place has unique stuff like certain kinds of mustards you dont see everyday.

I like it a lot. The employees are friendly. You never know what youre going to find in there. If you have a Big Lots card which doesnt cost you any $, they regularly have 20% off almost if not everything they sell. If you dont have a card, they have on hand when they have these 20% off sales, flyers that will give you 20% the next day. You can get some very reasonable prices as long as you know what is a good price.

This place is improving! Excellent selection of items, store is clean and nice looking, and they are expanding their product lines. Example, they just bought broyhill and are carrying that line of furniture!

The staff are 5 star I’ll begin there because I feel awful for them they have amazing customer service. That being said, on 5/18/2020 purchased a sectional, the sectional was two of the same pieces with very obvious velcro where the chaise lounges should go on both. I returned the two same pieces mistakes happen no biggie and purchased two different couches (whatever was in stock) was told the refund for the over a thousand dollar sectional wouldn’t hit for a week, ok totally understand that purchased 800 more dollars of couch and patiently waited. To date still have not been refunded my thousand dollars have called got a case number told they would contact me in 3 days that was yesterday called again left message no return call or refund, wrote an email, no response. Clearly I spend money at this store, to be stolen from in times like this by a huge chain just infuriates me. The run around, not even following YOUR OWN POLICIES and procedures, then expect others to? Sad. But again the employees are AWESOME store is great love the remodel hope Big Lots isn’t doing to their employees what they are to customers

Worst experience!!!!!!.... Employees were very loud and used foul language obnoxiously to each other. Employees dont offer help or know how to help when you ask. They also posted false advertisement in their store and when you ask about their clear sale signs to redeem at register or use them as a first time customer, i was told Its Old even when its posted in every isle of the store. Clearly they dont update their products/posters/pricing or even try to make it right when theyre in the wrong for not keeping this store up to date.Even when i got home to use the products I bought. I particularly bought headphones...When I opened them and tried to use, they didnt work and wont allow returns or refunds due to the pandemic. (Which is understandable)...but a refund???? Hmmm..ill just have to take a loss there.. but the whole environment at Big Lots was overwhelmingly unprofessional. Wish I would of asked my friends about their experience before hand because apparently they have had similar or worst experiences than that and have not shopped there since.Wish i could give ZERO STARS. Maybe in the future.

Big Lots stores are often, even usually, a fun place to shop. You have a chance at finding odds and ends you might not find anywhere else. In fact, when Im looking for odds and ends, such as shoe strings, I find Big Lots a good first place to shop.However, when I entered this particular store, and was warmly welcomed by the young man cashier, and asked do you have any shoe strings, he looked disheartened and said, no, he didnt think they carried them.I was shocked. Shocked!I asked, Well, why do you even stay open?In other times and other towns, the usual response is either a blank look or a sullen stare.But this young man immediately riposted, Because we have everything else!How could I not love a store with an employee like that?In fact, this Big Lots might not have everything else, since it is, after all, a smaller store than some -- you ought to see the one I shopped at in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania -- and in a small market, but it does have a huge variety of items and, above all, it has some of the friendliest, quickest, and brightest employees -- I met the others, too -- Ive dealt with anywhere in these United States.I know Ill be returning as often as I can.

What a surprise - nice, helpful people - great selection - great prices - decent quality and more. We bought a couple of pieces of furniture and are totally satisfied. We also outfitted much of our new houses kitchen with items from here. We are impressed with the quality of most of the items we purchased.

Always fun place for me to browse. I buy everything from breakfast bars to blankets. Shelves are well stocked and staff offers help anytime I look lost in my wanderings. Robert, the manager, is available to answer questions or get an item out of my reach.

I frequently go to this store for day to day household items. Additionally, I bought a TV stand from them.Big lots offers some pretty good products at good prices. Their rewards program is on point. And the staff at this particular big lots are always friendly and helpful.

Got to love Big Lots. Got a great deal on a backup battery for phones we needed for a long camping trip. 5 bucks cheaper than amazon and no waiting for shipping. Also picked up a huge body pillow while there because you know... up-selling. Also a great place to take kids to shop for gifts for mom. My Dugger got to pick out all kinds of things that mommy would like without breaking the bank.

I like this store, it has quality products at reduced prices. As with any vendor like this, dont assume everything is at a great discount, know the products you want to purchase. Be aware that the price of some items is no better than others, and that you may not find something that you found before, overall a very good store with bargain s.G

They always have sooooo many goodies here for so cheap. Great shampoos/conditioners/lotions for $1. Most name brand items cheaper than anywhere else. Unique snacks. Stuff gets marked down ALL the time.

Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Did I say Cheap? Yes. Cheap products. Best deals in town. Many food products under a buck. And they even have a clearance shelf where the products are cheaper. Decent selection of stuff. Youre not going to find everything you need here, but its worth a stop to stock up on items before you go to the supermarket and pay full price. Shopping at Big Lots can save you hundreds of dollars per year.

This place used to be great. But now it is just a store the prices are not any lower than anybody else. Except on certain things they do have some food items that are reasonable but not closeout Warehouse exceptional price. It is a decent place to shop but not any better than Walmart or Safeway or Dollar General some prices are good some prices are way too high and some Bargains to exist

I used to love to go to biglots, but since the change in management it’s no longer the great environment it once was. the manager phylis does not know how to run a store, she’s rude, and doesn’t make customers feel welcome, always looks glossy eyed and out of focus, mostly just stands around (unless the big bosses are in) only good help you can find is with the long haired gentleman and nice african american woman, otherwise no one knows what is going on. i will be making a call to corporate soon, once was a great place to shop and now just sloppy and lazy.
