Best Ace Hardware Ever!!! Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff! I was greeted by Lisa who was quickly able to guide me to the product I was there to buy. She was incredibly helpful! On the way to the aisle she sent us to another staffer offered assistance. I was extremely happy! They also have a huge garden shop with, again, super helpful staff!!

If you cant find it at the two big box stores, theres a good chance Ace will have it. Their garden center is great. If you need trees or plants, go to Ace. They actually take care of their plants. You dont have to find the least bad looking plants. You dont have to worry about service, they are there....like now. The major down fall is price, kind of high, but they usually have it. Sometimes a little more is worth the less aggrivation. ACE IS THE PLACE!

As i walked into ACE I was greeted with what can we help you with? all I said was rat trap response was Aisle 2 I was in a hurry so I grabbed 2 of them and was headed to the checkout in less than a minute. Always wondered why they say ACE is the place Now I know. Great job ACE.

One of the most helpful ACE locations I have been to. They have a big store, lots of selection and a huge garden center. Best garden center in town IMHO. The real draw is the staff though. Great folks!

Three things cause me to continue shopping at our local Ace Hardware: if I cant fnd something at a big box store, I can find it at Ace, 2. I can always get qualified, capable assistance by employees who know their inventory well, and 3. a useful rewards program.

Great experience today in-store with finding some tools...people know right where to show you the item. Was asked if they could help me find anything right as I came in the door. The garden center employees asked me a couple times if I was finding what I wanted too. Great staff! Wish there were not as many things made in China, but I doubt the local stores have much say in it. I always prefer things made in the USA, they are higher quality and rarely break. Overall great job!

Love this place. Is there anything they dont carry in stock? Helpful staff as soon as you come through the door, knowledgable people in every department. Any repair that you have; they have what you need. The Garden Department is set up so nice. Its nice to just stroll through and to be able to ask questions about plants and get answers you can trust. A shout out to the paint department who helped me in my quest to find my house trim paint color after looking for 4 years.

I had a plumbing problem. One employee got me help from a man named Mark who found the parts I needed and also educated me on my operation . I really appreciated him and his great service and knowledge. He knew exactly what I needed. Could not get that help at Lowes or Home Depot. Thank you.

The plant nursery at Ace is the best nursery in Sierra Vista! The staff there knows what grows well in this area and they do a phenomenal job of stocking a beautiful variety of plants. I love to stop by every chance I get and see what new plants they have in and the staff are all so friendly and helpful!

I love Ace Hardware but I will not go back until they get rid of the mandatory facemask. I have been vaccinated and the CDC and the Governor of Arizona has lifted mandatory facemasks and only extreme liberals are hanging on to it. Hello Lowes.

(Written on behalf of my grandfather) - I’m 87 years old, and I went to Ace Hardware to solve a sprinkler issue I had. With my portable oxygen tank hanging by my side, I made my way through the store to the section I needed. When I arrived in the aisle I was looking for; I was greeted by an Ace team member who expectedly asked, “Is there anything I can help you with?” Feeling winded, I said, “Yes, I do, but first, I need to catch my breath.” Without hesitation, this gal said, “I can help you with that!” She disappeared from the aisle, and just as quick as she went, she returned. But this time with a stool in hand for me to sit and rest. After she helped me get the sprinkler supplies I needed, she offered to take everything up to the checkout for me to continue resting there in the aisle on the stool she retrieved for me. She took my credit card and disappeared with the items I selected. When she returned, I asked if it would be alright if I took a cart with me out to my car and leave it there in the parking lot? She said, “Oh! We are going to help you get all the way out to your car!” She and a fellow Ace team member helped us out of the store and into my car, making sure that I was good to go and able to continue on my way.I was so impressed by how helpful and thoughtful they were that I wish I took note of their names that I might be able to highlight better the valuable team members at Ace Hardware in Sierra Vista.

They have a lot of cool stuff and its almost always in stock I just hate when they hang over you as soon as you walk in but they are just being helpful outside of that wonderful customer service.

They are more expensive than Lowes and Home Depot but.....Everyone is very knowledgeable, happy to help and can give informed answers to your questions. The gardening area is my favorite! They have a wider variety than Lowes and Home Depot especially if youre looking for something different.

If you are like me and cannot wear a mask then you cannot shop at the store. They are absolutely militant about masks required for all customers regardless of health exemptions or ability to social distance while shopping. I will be doing all of my shopping elsewhere.

This store is absolutely communist like!the owner and staff are the most rude and un American people you will ever meet …how they treat people with disabilities and medical exemptions is horrible ……do not shop there……take your money elsewhere ……people that physically cannot have their breathing capabilities smothered with a face mask do to asthma get the cops called on them…This is not right!

I dont come here often. My most recent visit was to find a bolt/screw for my bike seat. The man working in that department was kind, always had a sincere smile, and was very helpful to everyone there (myself included, of course). He helped me quickly and was pleased to find out that a visit I thought was going to take half an hour lasted only a few minutes.

They are a great place to get your quick things.

Went in to get plumbing item, went to plumbing isle and was chased out of the store for no mask, well ace no problem, you just chased away my money, my familys, friends and more. Home depot or lowes is a much better choice for all of my people.

What can I say? Its the epitome of the hometown hardware store atmosphere. You always get a nice smile and a warm greeting when you come in, even when theyre busy. You can find just about whatever youll need short of heavy equipment, and they even have some of that. Ive love just about every Ace hardware Ive ever been in but I got to tell you, this one, and the other one in the area which I think is owned by the same person, are two of the best overall!

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have no problem finding things since staff are always available to help. Prices are reasonable and the location is easy to access with plenty of parking.Edit: I have dropped my review to one star as they are aggressively enforcing a mask mandate. I will no longer shop there due to this. After 15 years they have lost a loyal customer.

You immediately get asked what they can help you with. Every employee can tell you where you can find what you are looking for. I went today thinking I needed a new car fob and found that mine only needed a cleaning. This is the BEST place to go for your hardware needs.

This Ace Hardware is the epitome of customer service. Their staff is always chomping at the bit to help customers find what theyre looking for. They always have staff that is knowledgeable on their various departments. I love being able to get my questions answered there.
