Two of the regular guys are great. They understand what I need and are familiar with account. One time, a different worker didnt understand what i was trying to do and ended up charging me a lot more $ for services rendered.

Used them several times. Always been helpful and quick. I missed a signature package, helped me go through FedEx ground so I could pick it up on site instead of waiting through the corporate call centers.

Driver rang my Ring doorbell. I was busy so I didnt get to the door. She left with my package and no door tag saying she had been there and what I could do to facilitate my package being delivered. My order does NOT require signature. Called 800 number and they were awful customer service. Couldnt schedule for me to get my package from pick up center. Refused to let me talk to a manager, refused to give me her name or ID number, refused to give me the number for the local pick up point so I could figure it out myself. Always pay extra for fedex delivery with this company Ive been buying from for years, first time here though.....never had fedex do this anywhere else.

The 2 gentlemen were very kind and helpful. I came to pick up a package on hold but found out it had been placed on the truck this morning. So then I thought Id ship another package but FedEx doesnt ship to PO Boxes. However he was not upset with me for wasting his time.

Will never use fed ex again, the driver had 4 packages on his truck several days and when he went to leave them on the office just left 1... They told me 3 days the packages will get there it has been 8 days and I havent got all the packages. I am tired off calling customer service..

URGENT... and I MEAN URGENT.I mailed out a lap top with a value near $500 to an employee of mine in Guatemala. I paid nearly $400 to have it arrive today. I went to the 4062 East Industry Drive Sierra Vista, AZ location. Upon arriving, the bald-headed man already copped an attitude when I told him it was an international delivery (he obviously was hoping for a quick and simple drop off). I paid extra to ensure delivery. I asked him point blank if there would be any hiccups along the way. I also told him I needed by current AZ address as the sender, not the older address in OH from my DL. He still put in my old address. Very early Tuesday morning I got an email that stated the package could not be delivered because of taxes and other fees.So I called 1800 Fedex and asked what needed to be done. They told me to set up an account, put down my card, and the payment would be processed same day. They also opened up a case and told me Id get a call back. NOTHING. Wednesday it still showed as pending. I call 2 different people. Same thing. No one can help. One person decided to open up a new case. Its Thursday evening, I called again. Nothing you guys can do. They opened up a new case. My package is sitting in limbo in Guatemala city, and no one seems to be able to help. What frustrates me most is the last person I spoke to said it was listed that the recipient needed to pay!!! This is my employee, she cant pay. The whole reason I set up an account was so I would be charged. This has been said to every stupid person I have spoke to thus far. With shipping cost, laptop cost, and now taxes, I have a $1K package just sitting at customs, and Fedex cant seem to do anything about this. What peeves me the most, though, is why no one at the Sierra Vista location warned me of this upon filling out paperwork,, handing over my DL, paying outrageous fees? I cant be the first person to ever ship internationally. Isnt it their job to know? They might not know Guatemalas laws, but Im sure they are aware that these things can happen. Basically, they let me mail this out without knowing anything, when they knew full-well that it was not going to make it past customs. Why not tell me to create an account with you guys, put my card down, so in the event it gets stopped, it can be charged? That would have saved me so much money and time. Now my employee does not have a computer and no one can get back to me? I went into the Sierra Vista offices yesterday to speak to a supervisor. There was not one -- go figure. So I spoke with an tatted male employee who told me this wasnt their responsibility. I think the people at this location need to be trained to tell people who are shipping internationally that this could happen so they can play ahead. Furthermore, someone needs to freaking locate my damn package and get it charged to my account and mailed off to my employee! When I look up the location in Guatemala city that is supposedly sitting at, the reviews are scary. They scam people. I expect fedex to resolve this ASAP. There are plenty of options, like UPS Post Office, and Amazon I can utilize in the future in Sierra Vista. I will no longer be using FedEx. Im out $1,000!, all because an incompetent employee, who rushed my delivery, didnt suggest setting up an account so my package would not get stolen/lost during Customs.

I live in the country and have a gate that is closed with a mail box outside the gate. I ordered a 20 item from Amazon. I received a Unfortunately, FedEx ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again. message from Amazon. So I called the FEDEX number and hung up after 15 minutes that is lost forever. They used to be the best. But like so many other things customer seem to be more the victim than the served., The sender paid for a service that was not rendered. At some point the competition will subsume them. Maybe the USPS with 25B bucks.

Never again will I send a parcel by Fed-ex. I paid for next day service to deliver to a house and they posted that the business was closed. When talking to them they used the CO-vid19 excuse and wouldnt refund my money. Will always rember this and tell others.

They REFUSE to print their labels? When a company has a contract w/fed ex, youd think theyd print the label. The company I was shipping to also thought a lable could be procured thru fed ex.I told the company no. My printer seems to always be low on ink when I need to utilize Fed ex. So again I asked Nope, (the ups store printed it for me!?).... Besides that it gets shipped.

Well not much to say its not like ups theres no local phone number when I asked if I could go in person and drop it off the operator and told me to just leave it out my front door which was convenient I guess what Im saying is I dont even know if this place exists Id rather use ups at the Safeway plaza in Sierra Vista they are friendly and they seem to want to have people call their local office and they seem to want to do business with the public I was forced to use federal express they did a good job it was hard to get tracking information even though I had my tracking number I would say use UPS instead

The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I find FedEx to be one of the better carriers. They do not have good hours for my workday schedule but even when theyre busy I havent had to wait very long in line.

I did not get my package because the driver said it had the wrong address talked to Wal Mart the address is correct the driver has to go past my place going to Douglas and passed my place coming back out of Douglas an 800 number that’s a joke because they tell you they can’t help you very disappointed with FedEx

Very rude staff! Two days ago they refused to receive my AT&T device by lying, they said they are no longer accepting AT&T returns. I immediately called AT&T and they said they should have done it. Glad to say UPS came to my rescue.

A FedEx Delivery Driver was to deliver a package that required my signature for release. I took the day off from work and waited in my house where I live on five acres with the entrance gate to my property wide open. I had signed-up for both email and text phone alerts for this particular delivery....but, unbeknownst to me....the delivery driver came to my home at approximately 2pm....drove to the rear of the house where the double car garage door is and placed a non-deliverable notice on my backyard fence gate....that stated no one was home to sign for this package even though I was sitting right in my home and waiting from them the whole time! This particular delivery driver never made any attempt to knock on the front door or honk his/her delivery vehicle`s horn to attract my attention to sign for this package....which most likely can be attributed to just pure laziness! Being that I used to be in the delivery business myself in the past....I have witnessed....that if a delivery driver is running behind schedule or just doesn`t feel like taking the extra step to locate a signature required party....they will often just leave a non-deliverable notice and hope that the signing required customer will be fed-up enough to just come in to their dispatch office and sign for their package there! I tried to call the local FedEx shipping store that this particular delivery driver was dispatched from to lodge a complaint about this situation....but, FedEx only has a toll free 800 number that connects you with someone from overseas that can`t help you! This is why I always use the services of either the U.S. Post Office or UPS when I ship packages just due to the way FedEx handles issues just like this one! Unfortunately this time around....FedEx happened to be the delivery company that the vendor I purchased from utilized for shipping in this particular transaction. Hopefully never again!!!

The hours are terrible at the ship center. I wouldnt care if I didnt have to return so many damaged packages. About half of my FedEx deliveries have been smashed upon delivery. Do they have an angry employee problem? I will be with the brown van until I leave this town since they have yet to deliver such a damaged package. Look below and you will see FedEx only has 3 stars due to fake reviews.

Very unprofessional I paid over 300$to ship out my frozen cat in which i specifically asked for ice packs to be added in to ensure she would be perfect arriving to the taxsrdermist in another state. They ensured me theyd add them and never did. She was thawing thankfully I had put her in a cooler with my own ice packs. I paid for extra though and it was not added. I contacted them regarding this issue and the manager named matt I believe his name was (4 years ago) was rude and careless. I ended up reporting this to higher up. Be careful with customers belongings a package can mean the world to someone and be irreplaceable!! Use the post office, usps if you can. They care about their customers fully.

FedEX here is terrible. My shipper of fragile medical supplies requires the package to be left out of the sun and weather. UPS is always courtesy and leaves packages at the front door in the shade. No matter what FedS is directed to do, the packages are left outside in sun or rain. Always. Complaints do not good as the outfit is a franchise while UPS are employees. FedEx sucks. period.

Unprofessional guy at the front desk (Working Wednesday afternoon, the 27th of July 2016 with a beard) refused me service because it was within 15 minutes of their closing time. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes afterward and noticed that other customers entered with boxes and left without them. I wonder if I was refused service because I was wearing a uniform. Ill be taking all future business to USPS.

Ordered 2 packages that was shipped ground, was supposed to be here on friday 9/14 however they messed up the label and had to put a new one on there. 1 of them arrived on time, but the mattress i ordered was due for delivery the next business day which is on monday. i called the customer service to see if i cant pick it up since we are sleeping on the floor while waiting.. they advised that they are unable to have anyone look for my package since they are already loaded on to a truck for delivery for monday. It is saturday today and is supposed to be 103 outside. No telling what it will be in the truck. When i said that was unacceptable and that my mattress will probably be ruined, they said sorry, thats just the way fedex works. I dont understand how they are even still in business.

1 star because zero isnt a choice. They deliver to us all the time but somehow never know where we live, our packages have been tossed when they do finally arrive and just now, what triggered this review, a package has been reported as delivered- given to customer.. Even though we havent received it and neither have our neighbors. FedEx is a freaking nightmare but Ive had no choice but to allow packages come through them sometimes. Save yourself the headache if you live in a rural area, and just go to the store if you can.

RANT - OK FEDEX, you blew it this time. Originally scheduled for Friday delivery, changed to Saturday delivery, and now Pending with no scheduled delivery date? Please explain this if you can. Anyway, one birthday present scheduled for this afternoons party is delayed for who knows how long. It appears they may have lost it in Phoenix. Shipped on the 16th from Louisville, last known location was Phoenix at 5:32 pm on the 20th.

Tried to get help having a package picked up. These guys tell me We dont do that here and then stood there looking at me with a blank stare on their face. Soooo I asked how do I do that. The answer was youll have go online for that. I went online and it took me 2 hours to get it done. Their website sucks! This is not a ship center it, is a do it yourself and drop it off here center!
