Have been to this store location twice. The first time was to return an item. Was greeted immediately and directed to the line for processing. Quick efficient service and was on my way in no time. The second visit was for a notary. Upon entering the place was busy. During both visits the employees were masked but it is not required for customers. I must comment that the employees were all wearing masks properly if you are concerned about spreading germs. Once again I was warmly greeted and directed to the proper window. We did make an appointment online and we had about a 5 minute wait as the employee was finishing a restroom visit. No problem as everyone deserves a break when Mother Nature calls! Our notary was processed and the costs was $10 per piece of paper for two signatures. Not bad for convenience and time.

Asst mgr Michelle,Mischa and two other wonderful young ladies are there whenever I go there. So friendly, &efficient! This is the best experience ever anywhere for a UPS store. I used to dread going to these places in The other states Ive lived in,but the experience here with these ladies is so much better. Hard to find good people these days(sometimes anywhere) In my opinion all of these women could use a good raise. Regardless of whatever they are making now. Excellence should be rewarded!.

Huge rant. Sent a PDF via email to print 1 copy. Had to have it, as it was insurance proof. Oh, did we tell you about $4.99 service fee? WHAT! Too late. Paid $5.10 for 1 copy. Please don’t trust UPS for business services. Regarding their response. I did not use their computer station.

Unbelievable, this location berated my wife while she was trying to get a document notarized for an extreme emergency. Soldiers come there for training all the time and to be treated less than human for trying to get a notary is completely disgusting! I’m not just angry, I will see you in person to make it perfectly clear that this is not how you treat anyone. Especially when they have an extreme emergency!

Worse than an un-staffed Dropbox. Representative would not even give me a UPS envelope for my prepaid overnight letter to put in a Dropbox. This is not a corporate store so there is no accountability. You are better off going to staples that has all the same capabilities at the same cost with better hours than attempting to deal with this terrible customer service. Picture attached is of the representative who opened the door after I stood watching them work with someone else for 15 minutes only to tell me that she would not even give me a UPS letter envelope.

They did help adequately. But they charged $5.21 to print two black-and-white pages. Apparently there is a $4.99 service charge. I did everything from the counter too, never using their computer which is where the service charge is supposedly originating from. The guy said I still had to pay it. Id recommend FedEx as they charge 21 cents per page without any scammy extra costs.

Horrible experience during this pandemic. Seems this store is often rude because they know theyre the only UPS store in town which is just not fair. I went in to get an item notarized at exactly 4:32 pm and the customer service agent tells me we take our last notary appointment at 4:20. I look around and there was absolutely no sign indicating such which I made her aware of and she looks at me like shes looking through me. Also, there were exactly 2 other customers in the store so theyre not extremely busy. Mind you I had just left the store 10 min prior for other business & they knew I had to run to FEDEX to drop the package I was getting notarized. Clearlyr, the right thing to do was notarize my item and post a sign immediately following that. Of the 5 times Ive visited this store since last month, only twice did I have an okay experience but unfortunately thats only when the more pleasant associates are working that day. Well, theres truly only one that has great customer service. Ill have to get her name. I wonder if these agents think, what type of customer service would they want from the other side of the counter? Itd be worth it to see the roles reversed. If anyone is looking for notary services try your bank and if you belong to a credit union, its free and hassle free I might add. Happy Holidays!! #UPSmonopoly #rude

Had an Amazon return for a larger item and the instructions said to take it to the UPS location and they would box it etc. So thats what we did and the employee got snotty with us about the length of the item. Apparently if its over 18 long they wont package it, which is fine, but its not like they we know all the bs rules they have. We followed the instructions we were given, and there was no reason for her to be a Karen about it.

When my HP printer cartridge died and there was NOT ONE to be had in all of Sierra Vista, I had to resort to UPS Store. It cost $5.25 to print a 3 page document from my flash drive. Im glad they were able to do that for me, and the employee was extremely helpful, but be aware it is pricey.

Very helpful staff! I had to get a paper notarized and filled out something wrong. They were able to find the form and print me a new one and finished everything in a speedy fashion. Thumbs up.

The people who work at this UPS store are very courteous. I’ve been here when it’s crazy busy and when it’s quiet and everyone behind the counter is always friendly and polite. When there’s a line, they look up and let people in line know they’re important and tell them they’ll be right with them. They’ve helped me pack and send off loads of packages and always double check and correct addresses with a smile. We have our mailbox here and they will give me a ring if there’s anything cold that gets dropped off. This is what great customer service is all about.

UPS Store 0516 of Sierra Vista AZ = great service, polite, professional, friendly staff members who have gone out of their way to help me carry large packages to my car. This place can be very crowded with lines of customers at times, but have never seen staff members be anything but polite & respectful in helping & serving the public. The UPS Store.......where they hold your packages hostage.When I initially got my mail box with the UPS store I thought it would be a great way to have an address that wasnt considered a PO Box. However the reality is that you have to be on someone elses time table because even if your mail, thats right your mail not theirs, has been delivered they wont give it to you. You have to wait until they have their dedicated employee sort through everyones mail. Which means that on Monday you may not get your package because they only stay open until 5 PM and it is now 2 PM. If its not ready now what are the odds itll be ready before 5, and they also close early because who wants to actually work the hours posted. I paid for my mail box, it wasnt free. I expect to get what I paid for!

We needed to print two large science posters on a tight schedule. UPS had great prices and were willing to accomodate a number of special needs. Andrew talked me through everything. Additionally, their quoted price was far less than other printing stores we had been looking at. I would definitely print with them again.

Shipped my son’s laptop via this store, very convenient (and expensive) to drop off and they package and take care of it. I’d use them again and to save $100 I’ll pack it myself. The clerk was helpful and offered suggestions to ship at a lower price (ship without the laptop bag). I recommend this store.

Always a good experience. Helpful employees who are knowledgeable and pleasant. All these 1 star people are probably just impatient and difficult customers. Ive never had to wait a long time. Sometimes places get busy, it happens. Better than dealing with the post office hands down.

The UPS Store policy here is to assume everyone is an expert shipper and to not offer advice and when asked something they only answer the question. So you have this false sense of security believing you know what you need to know because surely they would tell me if I was missing something! Just a very little bit of checking would have saved me $77. When I asked why they didn’t tell me two pieces of information that would have kept this from happening the owner just said that isn’t their policy! I asked if they would post information or share it so this doesn’t happen to someone else and they said that isn’t their policy! It takes 10 times more to earn a customer than to keep one but apparently they dont know marketing very well. I may not be a frequent shipper but Im smart enough not to go where they wont help me understand the best way to do things, in their area of expertise. If he hadnt refunded the $11.55 I would have given only 1 star!

They do there jobs, very friendly, my printer was out of ink, I needed a FED EX LABEL, (TO WHICH FEDEX REFUSED TO PRINT)? I came here they printed my FedEx label, when I asked how much WE DONT CHARGE FOR LABELS, EVEN IF THEY ARENT OURS Im thinking Michelle? Helped me? Very KIND you dont find that to much anymore in this world. 5 stars every time Ive been there!

UPS is all around awful. Their website is awful. Their app is awful. The drivers are awful. They dont bother coming on time. When they finally get here they drop the package so hard on the doorstep that I can hear it land from inside the house. Fire them all and close all the doors.

Ive used this store for years and been well please until recently shipping an overseas package that was rejected by the Customs office of the receiving country. The UPS office in the foreign country was useless and the Store didnt seem to care. I used UPS instead of USPS to receive extra help if I needed it. I left several messages for the owner to call me but the manager intercepted them I think. The manager seemed flippant about my plight and having to pay $143 to have my rejected package returned to me after I paid $159 to ship it in the first place.

About 12 customers waiting, today, in line and there were only 2 at the counters. But there were three behind the counter. Ive seen at least three talking and giggling in there. They didnt care because they know the demand runs high here. Ill never come back at this ups store.
