This company was called by my insurance provider to towe my vehicle. The guy was unprofessional and rude. He dropped my vehicle off in the alley behind my house instead of my backyard, then laughed and said, Youre still going to have to pay me because insurance only covers half. But all that I was responsible for was six dollars and he did not get that six dollars...lol!

Great job towing our car off I55, repaired the engine and had us on the road in a couple of hours. They started working on the car as soon as we arrived. Highly appreciative to the whole crew.

Our tire had a nail stuck in it and no other repair shop was open. Terry was extremely fast at fixing it and getting us back on the road.

They fixed nothing on my car!!! On top of that I went to pick it up and I couldn’t pay because they had kids running the shop and they didn’t know what to do!! On top of that they told me my total was 245.00 they charged me 450.00, basically for an alternator!!!

It can be difficult to find help when your vehicle breaks down. It can also be a panic moment being a female and traveling by yourself. It was late night and I was literally in the middle of nowhere. I couldn’t have asked for better with this company. He was on time, professional, polite, and put my panic moment at ease. I’m so thankful for the respect, courtesy and concern that he exhibited. He even followed up with a call to make sure all was taken care of and that I was safe. I would recommend him to anyone without a doubt. So parents put your minds at ease knowing if you use this company rest assure everything will be safely taken care of.

The Mechanic is one of the best the owner is a rude smart mouth who uses foul language in frount of customers makes threats to males and females the driver is a pretty good guy. If they driver and mechanic worked for a different company I would highly recommend using the mechanic and driver but as far as this company goes I have to give it one star because of the attitude of the owner

I dont know why there are some bad reviews on here for them. My wife car broke down the tow truck driver was very nice and courteous made sure she was comfortable and ask her what her needs were. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and very understanding when I called. They went out of their way to find the CV axle for her car. They fixed the car within 24hrs. Even after the car was fixed they test drove it and also took it to the car wash for her. I am very pleased with them

Highly recommend. I broke down on a cross country road trip, up a creek without a paddle and these guys towed me out for free, found a motel room for my dog and me, found and fixed the problem with my car for a fraction of the cost they could have charged me. Top notch service.

Terry is a lifesaver! Our check engine light came on after 3 days into a road trip for my friends sisters wedding. He was quick to get to us even though it was a Sunday. And at his recommendation he took us to the Best Western since we had never been to Missouri and every mechanic was closed until the next morning. Our car was an easy fix (and to be honest, the car runs better than before) He even had us picked up from the hotel since we had no other way to get to the shop. My friend also made it in time to see her sister get married! Id give more than five stars if I could for generosity, great prices, and overwhelming hospitality that they showed us. And how quickly they found and fixed the problem!

Worst service ever car whent in for head gasket and came out worst than when it in there. I now have no breaks, white smoke and a blown motor none of my gauges work and car still gets hot. They had my car for over a year and gave up working on it. Using the excuse they dont have time for it. I wouldnt trust them with my bicycle.

We had just bought our BMW back in July 2018 and it blown a gasket. We called mini sensations and they towed us to their shop. They kept breaking things on it and telling us it would be fixed within a few weeks. months went by and more issues began occuring. It has been a year and we got the bill removed but still havent fixed our car. Everytime we call we are told our car will be fixed the following week and it never is and more things are wrong with it also was told a few weeks back that our car was only being worked on when they had free time and was never a priority. So we plan to find a BMW dealership to haul our car to since this place wont fix it or even be honest about the situation.

They are ok i took a friend there to have some repairs done they screwed something else up on his vehicle but was pleasant enough to fix an resolve the issue

Very rude and disrespectful. I have never come across such a horrible company. The way that they spoke and treated people was so horrible. I don’t know how this place is still open. They threaten people and talk down to them. Stay away from this place

I brought my car in twice for the same repair because my car was making a popping noise during sharp turns (backing out). After the first attempt, the car was still popping. $200+.After the second attempt, the popping became frequent and also popped from driving over bumps in the road and I was charged an extra $200+.They asked me to bring it back but because they couldn’t fix it after the first two tries and kept charging me more money, I didn’t want to risk something else happening to my car and funds. Horrible experience with this business!
