Submitted contact information twice requesting information for vehicle on website. Still, no one has contacted us. I did the online chat twice. I asked a simple question- is this vehicle we are interested in on the lot or in transit. Neither person would answer this simple question. This is the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced with a car dealer. It appears we will be keeping our tax dollars in TN.

I found a new 2021 F-250 on Morlan Ford Lincolns website and called to inquire about it. When I reached a salesman I was quickly informed that the advertised discount price of $65,764 was not going to be honored and they will be selling the vehicle for the full MSRP of $69,655. The website very clearly shows the discounted price and I asked to speak to a manager, when the manager answered he became very defensive and confrontational about the price. I informed him that I would be filing complaints for the bait and switch and hung up. This dealerships ethics clearly lack merit as they are attempting to take advantage of consumers by false advertisement. I have a screen shot of the listed price. I filed a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Missouri Attorney General’s office, and the Federal Trade Commission. Beware of their predatory advertising, the business only received one star because that is the minimum, read their other negative reviews, they have some serious issues! Stay Far away.

My fiancé and I have been car shopping for about 3 years now. Every time we find a vehicle that we both absolutely loved, the salesman that was assisting us would ruin the experience and our love for that particular vehicle. We both firmly believe that finding a vehicle is only part of this potentially stressful experience, and finding the right salesman is the other. In our years of car shopping we found that most of the salesmen we have come across was the most stressful part of it. Most of them were pushy, and uninterested in our demands and concerns for a vehicle that would work for our family and our two little ones. Finally, after those 3 tedious years, we finally found the perfect vehicle for us AND the perfect salesman. I highly recommend Corey Norris. He was beyond our expectations and has definitely set the bar high. He was kind, honest, understanding with our needs, and whole heartedly was there for us every step of the way. I HAVE CAME AND BROUGHT A 300 FORD KEY FOR MY FORD 2013 ESCAPE AND THEY SOLD ME A USED KEY FOB ONLY USED LITERALLY FOR 3 WEEKS AND IT SAYING BATTERY LOW REPLACE SOON. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE I WANT A NEW KEY OR A REFUND I DONT HAVE 300 TO JUST WASTE NOW I CANT EVEN DRIVE MY OWN VEHICLE TO WORK! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THERE OVER 3 HOURS WITH MY CHILDREN WHEN I WAS TOLD TO COME AT A CERTAIN TIME. WILL NOT RECOMMEND NO SERVICE FROM THEM EVER

I would definitely recommend Autry Morlan Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Steven DeArman is a fantastic salesman. He was honest and not pushy in any way. The sales manager and finance guys were also super nice and very helpful. They made the purchase of my new truck very easy and enjoyable. My wife and I will definitely be back in the future.Also, if you need to get your vehicle worked on their service/ parts department are super awesome honest guys. This was the best place to stop with truck problems. They went over and above in their service and put us next in line because we were travelers. Aswsome team at Morlan Ford had trouble with our 2010 F 350 Power Stroke called in to Sikston MO.Ford for help as we were heading to Minnesota pulling a 43 foot 5 th wheel 4 people and 5 dogs in our F 350.They got us in right away and diagnosed the problem as a thermostat causing the truck to have reduced power so with 1000 miles to go we needed it fixed, they had the parts, got started on it late Friday afternoon and finished it early Saturday had some parts delivered during the night, Dillan was a aswsome tech and we knew instantly we wanted him working on our truck .when he got done we drove 1000 miles and 17 hours to Minnesota with no problem, thank you Dillan your aswsome and Scott the service manager and the office staff you all rock thank you so much.

I took my car in for an oil change and to have whatever the check-engine light was indicating remedied. The initial service went fine and the service employee went on to explain that the light was due to a bad catalytic converter...on a two year old car...with 38,000 miles. Apparently, and I quote, these cars arent made for highway driving. I wasnt terribly concerned, the car is still under warranty, so they set up an appointment to replace the catalytic converter. I dropped it off that morning and by 3:30 that afternoon I hadnt heard from them, so I called (because, you know, my car is how I intended on getting home that evening). The service manager proceeds to tell me that they need another day to fix the problem but the car is drivable (not exactly confidence inspiring). Further conversation reveals that they didnt even look at my car, they were just too busy to take care of it. Even though theyd made the appointment to do the work.In all actuality, I expect some shenanigans from dealerships, but telling me that my car wasnt built to be driven on the highway and failing to give me the courtesy of a phone call is a bit much. Its safe to say that Morlan will never be on the back of my vehicle.

STAY AWAY THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!Broke down while traveling, they put wrong year of part on & cost 3x the original repairs to get fixed, between towing bills & another Dealership to fix the same part but for the correct year truck. Service manager would not stand behind their repairs or warranty. All he had to say was well it got you going for the weekend, are you kidding me? When i get towed into a dealership & pay the high price for a dealer to repair, i expect them to warranty and/or fix their mistake.STAY AWAY, THEY ARE CROOKS! If you want other ford dealer invoice to look at, let me know & i will show you proof!

Took my 2015 F-150 to their service department to have a few small issues corrected. The truck was/is still under warranty so I presumed this to be a fairly painless process...I spoke with a service representative over the phone to make the appointment and described the issues in detail as asked. You have to read this entire post to get to the good part and I assure its worth it!!! When I dropped my truck off on a Thursday morning at 0800 (appointed time) I spoke face to face with the same representative that I spoke with previously over the phone. I brought my list of issues with me so as to verify the exact problems and personally ensure there wasnt any confusion or misunderstandings. As I verbally read and described each issue the rep acknowledged accordingly and appeared to be writing and reciprocating conversation. Two particular issues in question brought about the trainwreck of experience I was about to undergo, first being the CD player that was not functioning, the second being the passenger side rear door would not shut properly, you almost had to slam it to close it completely. Feeling I had covered my bases with a professional, certified dealership I then left. The next day (Friday) I still had not heard anything from them so I called the service department that afternoon and learned that they had been waiting on the CD player to come in before doing any of the repairs!!! He said it just arrived earlier..This is approximately 1530 Friday afternoon, they close at 1700 and theyre not open on Saturdays!! Thankfully I had another vehicle to drive at my disposal considering I had to be at work Monday morning. When I got my truck back the following week the door was worse than when I brought it in and the center console would still not raise up (one of the issues that was CLEARLY STATED MORE THAN ONCE). I phoned the same service rep and expressed my dissatisfaction about both issues. Service ticket in hand I asked him why it read that customer states rear door will not open sometimes...I never said anything of the kind!!! I also asked if the door latch was replaced as it read on the ticket. He replied, No, we took it out and inspected it but there was nothing wrong so we put it back in, fair enough. Reason being I wanted to have my facts straight when I took it to a better service department ASAP. On the advice of a trusted resource I phoned Ford Motor Company to inform them of what had transpired and that I would be taking the truck to a different dealership to have the problems corrected. Seeing as how this was a warranty claim for parts and repair as would be the upcoming appointment I anticipated red flags since there would be multiple warranty claims on the same issues. There were flags alright!!! Apparently Morlans service department billed Ford for a new door latch contrary to what I was told. Heres where it gets good!! I spoke with Ford about 1100 that day and approximately 1630 I received two missed calls with voicemails from the dealership. The first being the service manager leaving his information and telling me that I need to call him to discuss my conversation I had with Ford earlier that day, the second one was him telling me that he spoke with Ford a second time on his initiative to tell them how my truck had been in an accident and thats why the door latch wasnt operating properly. Although he had no proof or documentation of this other than his own assessment. When I returned his calls approximately 20 minutes later he basically accused me of lying about what his service rep told me over the phone and insisted that they did indeed replace the latch. He also reiterated his disclosure to Ford about the wreck my truck had apparently been involved in and he sounded almost like a 5th grade bully saying ha ha Ive fixed you boy!! Youll never get anything on the right side of that truck fixed under warranty now!! Ford disagrees and apparently now theres a little fraud investigation...just one mans experience and honest testimony

Worst car experience I have ever had, I was sold a cash car that broke down two days after purchasing the vehicle. I was told that it was nothing they could do even tho Ford sold me the car. I have had the car two months and have only driven the car 2 weeks because all kinds of lights have come on the dashboard. Never buy a car from this company.
