Harbor freight is the best place to get cheap tools, however the price of their nitrile gloves is gone up so much that I hate to even buy them anymore

Maybe it’s just a bad day … sent my wife in to pickup a couple of items complete with HF website pics and pricing. NOBODY WOULD HELP HER!! She FaceTimed me to look and finally went back to beg for assistance. They did … but when my wife tried to apologize the cashier told her “that’s exactly where I told you they were”. POW … ugly Customer Service!!! Guess we should apologize we came in to shop today.

Went looking for a pex line crimp tool. Didnt have it, but I spent an hour looking at some things Id never seen before. Enjoyed it.

I love this place! Most of their tools are just as nice as the high dollar comparison they set out to emulate. I get all of my welding and other consumables there. My only gripe is that they fun the same coupons what seems like over and over. Once you buy whatever with a coupon you dont need that coupon anymore, but it shows up again every month. Batteries are junk from lowest price to highest. Just a heads up

Went in looking for a sawzall. Found 1, love it. It did exactly what I needed it to. The salespersons name was Tina, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find a few other items I was looking for. Was very satisfied with my overall experience. Will be going back for sure. Very reasonable prices.

This store is by far the worst Harbor Freight I have had to deal with. I have bought several items and their quality is not good. I called before making a trip over to them. They told me they could return my money on my item. Then when I got over to Sikeston store they made me wait around for 45 min just to tell me the girl that took my call did not know the policies. I firmly believe that if they are answering the phone and working there they should know the policies. Very poor would not recommend this store.

I dont get to shop here a lot because of the way I work but when I do they always have good deals

A lot of standing around on the cashiers parts. Three available cashiers and only one register up and running. Make sure warranties are given for tools you buy, though. They break very easily.

Went to take a defaulted welding helmet back for the warranty had no proble they took care of it quick

Prices very reasonable with incentives as far as free items. Coupons they honor off of your cell phone, as well as the coupons that come with newspapers you get on Wednesdays!

If you need one use tools, this place is great. Most of the stuff sold here wont last under moderate to industrial use.
