We were traveling and had a nail in our tire. They got us in and repaired it quickly for a great price. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Tried to drop my vehicle off for a simple oil change and get new tires. The receptionist taking my info was very rude and not very helpful. After some time, a family member of mine called in to check to see if everything was still getting done because the person that was supposed to do the work originally (a long time employee) was let go from the company due to the owner. At this time they continued to disrespect my family so they were asked to place the keys in the vehicle because we no longer want any work done from them. When I returned to get the vehicle, the keys were not in the vehicle but sitting inside at the receptionist desk. The receptionist then grabbed the owner, Chevy, and he proceeded to give me the keys with a smirk on his face. I asked if he had something to say to me and he smiled and proclaimed “well I have a lot to say to you really..” At that point I was curious as to what he wanted to say so I asked him what it was. To make a long story short, it escalated into a rough situation as he was calling me out of my name using profanity and kept saying that he’s the owner and I don’t own anything so he can act how he wants. Of course I’m not innocent in this either but what kind of person can stand and be belittled and not want to say something back in retaliation. Especially when it’s supposed to be a professional setting. I am not sad to say that I will never return there and if I ever did, I feel like i would be met with nothing but hostility from every single worker in the building. Because they all were sure quick to make the situation their business as well. I had a coworker of mine with me but it was about 4 of them outnumbering us two while they each had something negative to say about my coworker and I. Keep in my my coworker had nothing to do with this but to take me to pick my vehicle up. I am very disappointed in how I was treated by the entire slusher family. Please if you read this, keep all of this in mind. NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER

Wouldve given 5 stars but the poor attitude and obvious S*** talking was a surprise. Overall bad with customers, overpriced labor and parts, tires werent balanced good, but did get the job done and alot quicker than other people new lug nuts, new valves, they were good at the job and got me in and out pretty fast but need to work on that mouth.
