(Excuse my email name) I am a real customer (was mad at Google that day- locked out of other acct lol anyway)Id bought a FelPro gasket set for the intake manifold in the Silver City, NM store for a 97 Blazer, and found my experience to be very GOOD, despite high-temp sealant in the unopened box missing. Employee by the name of Josue C handled everything and brought me the missing sealant 10 miles out from town to where I live. We just had 16 of snow. He did the trek flawlessly and carefully, including the last 4 miles, which is muddy-snowy dirt road. Excellent! I am very happy, and will be shopping with you again very soon. Thank you, Anth

Terrible customer service, 3-4 dudes at the counter all talking, laughing, and watching videos on their phones, two customers and I had to wait, only to be interruped talked over by a manager talking to the guy I was talking to. They couldnt find or order the top nut for my shocks. Never left a bad review before but this was really weak.

The general manager was very rude over the phone and instore service. The rest of the team there are great guys just dont run into any problem requiring the manager...

To the silver city autozone workers u need to review and read and study TERMS and CONDITIONS there alot there for u to read and under stand before u tell the costumers u dont sell that item there when u do and that theres no warranty on them products when there is and theres nothing on the computer that it was bought there, wish I knew how many customers u took there money and lied about there parts like u did me..

I needed a windshield wiper, asked for help at the counter and new employee was searching computer for my part. She was being helped by Alejandro, he helped her navigate the computer, she found and sold the product to me and asked if there was anything else. I asked if she would install the wiper, Alejandro said yes and all of us went to my truck for instructions, Alejandro installed the part and showed me and the new employee how it was done. I have shopped at Autozone for many years and been pleased with their service, this was the first time I needed help and they did the job perfectly. Thank you to all that made this possible, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

What makes the difference in any store are the staff. I have boycotted this store as much as possible because of incredibly poor service, staff that have limited parts knowledge, and a penchant for leaving real customers hanging while attending to maybe customers on the phone. Yes, some of the staff are really good people, but I do prefer OReillys.

Not a good place to buy any batteries I went 3 times to get a new one after I did all the work to my truck and fix everything after the 4th time to go get a new one they said they couldn’t get me a other one even tho I have a one year warranty on the battery I won’t be going there for nothing now more not worth my money or my time

Ive been in twice to get something I needed, and both times the person in charge was very disrespectful to an employee in front of me. I dont care to do business with those who treat others this way. Especially in front of customers. The employee was just asking a simple question which seemed reasonable to me.Evidently, one can not give a Zero stars for rating, so here is the one.

There is a woman who helped me named Arron McClain. I wasnt sure the name of the part I needed, nor do I know anything about vehicles other than changing a tire.Arron was able to (what seems like) read my mind when I described my issues, she found EXACTLY what I needed and it was right in my price range!I have been to this location many times and really wasnt impressed with the customer service before now.From now on I am a devoted customer strictly due to Arrons impeccable service and her smile..... (Being pregnant cant be easy and she seems to have great balance between her work life and her home life)!I recommend you find more employees like Arron as not only did she ease my day with my vehicle problems, she brightened it with her smile!

Needed a new battery was helped by Don. Not a guarantee for a good review but it doesnt hurt. Anyway the entire process took less than 20 minutes and I drove away very satisfied.

Buy parts here all the time..but today was the worst costumer experience I have ever had..I was second in line and 25 min later was still waiting while salesperson helped who he wanted at random..have to say wont be back anytime soon..

I went in to get a price on a couple of parts for my rig and the person who i talked with was extremely rude with a know it all attitude and absolutely nasty looks. When i asked about having to order said parts the man then acted disgusted that i was actually wanting to order them and was then rudely told i had to prepay for them. I have never in the 10 plus years i have used autozone paid before i recieved the parts. Overall i would rather pay more money to go to oriellys or napa than to ever go here again
