My husband Jessie is a local mechanic, he sends me to NAPA to pick up his parts for him. Gen, Alicia, and Nichole are always super helpful. I go in and say Jessie sent me for… and they always get it for me, and if they don’t have it in stock they order it and have it for me to get the next day. They’re all friendly, professional, and helpful!

Always have what I am looking for, otherwise Alicia will have it in the following day. Great customer service and she is very knowledgeable. My Go-to for all things auto related.Highly recommended!

Parts quality is not always there. They have a tremendous selection. Most of their people try to be helpful.

Not the Napa Auto of old. If youre looking for the friendly, helpful local Napa we all used to know...This aint it. They dont have the products required for in depth projects or speciality tools. Youre better off going to any one of the other auto parts stores. The lady owner of the store is especially rude and unhelpful. They basically have everything any other place has at more money. And if for any reason, you have to return something...forget it. And no, they cant look up recipts. My advice- order online or go to any other place!

Purchased a battery for the Truck. Havent been inside this store since pre- covid. All nice gals minding the store & Im pleased.

They been in business in grant county for a long time and with this virus people not working and no money looks like there prices they would lower in need off the people.For example gallon of silver metallic paint there price to you $369.and other parts store there price $80 .Las Cruces Napa same as here but the price sure is lot less than our Napa and we been keeping him in business.

The employees in this Napa are very helpful and friendly. While some auto parts stores can feel dark and cramped, this one is well lit and the layout is open and inviting.

Typical NAPA store, OEM quality parts,decent prices. You can find cheaper prices but you dont get the quality

My air conditioner broke on the way to silver city from Albuquerque, had my 16 month old son with me, all other auto parts stores either didnt have the part or gave us the run around on ordering it, Napa had the part 8am the next day, luckily my husband is a mechanic, thank you Napa, Silver City.
