Where to even begin? I’ve been in the process of getting a new vehicle since as long as I can remember. I went in with high hopes of getting into something lovely and I was shocked to find out I was approved the first time, just needed to bring my paystubs for POI. Absolutely stellar experience working with Michelle and Bob, the GM on my deal. Im in the Phoenix metro area and this was the most pleasant, straight forward, no frills car buying experience Ive had. I know they are extremely busy with other customers and running operations, but I received the care, diligence, and attention from their team as if I was the only customer on the books! Purely amazing. To top it off, they didnt play any mark-up games despite the demanding market, they went out of their way to assist with a long distance delivery/pick-up, and their financing dept obtained an even better deal for me than USAA. Our brakes went out on our F350 while camping near Lake Roberts. Hatch was able to get us in straight away on Good Friday and repair our brakes just in time to get us home to Tucson. Everyone was so lovely and helpful and accommodating, can’t recommend enough.

Got the dreaded Exhaust Fluid System Fault in 50 miles, Speed Limited to 50 mph message as we were driving to Las Cruces. We turned around and went back to the house and I added DEF to the tank but that didnt help.I went into Hatch Ford, this was my first time, and they were very nice and pleasant. They said that they couldnt get me in until 2:00pm, it was currently 12:15pm, and could I come back then. I went home and returned at 2:00pm and they took my information.As their waiting room is being remodeled and all the furniture is in the showroom I ended up sitting there. I did ask to hookup to their customer WIFI but it wasnt connecting to the internet. I didnt ask them to fix it.My truck was done in little over an hour. The mechanics were nice and had no problem talking to me.Overall I found Hatch Ford pleasant and I will definitely go back.
Sale was orchestrated by Ray. Be sure and tell him I sent you in, of course, if you are inspired by my recommendation. Very experienced, low pressure approach from him. Listened well to my wants. Things went so well, overnight, took all I learned, recast my expectations, and called Ray to see about upgrading from my first intention to a higher level of product. This is the 3rd or 4th purchase made from Ray through several changes in the dealership ownership. Suffice to say, for me, buying a new vehicle is 100% relationship with a sales professional; notwithstanding brand allegiance or fleet purchasing arrangements.The Staff at the dealership asked innocuous questions that lead to fulfillment of a customer want or need; not once did I feel shaken down by Ray or the sales / finance crew with, How you going to pay or Do you have a trade-in. As it turned out, I got low KBB on my trade-in and drove off with a new truck in under 4 hours. I attribute the success of this transaction to the Dealerships product knowledge, ability to listen, and ability to structure a deal without pressuring or shuffling in negotiators. I felt like I could walk or drive off the lot like all possibilities were fairly addressed. PLUS, they filled the tank with gas!

Layne got us a very good price on an expedition, With most importantly no BS (Dealer added options or financing fees.)added to the price and was helpful. He worked hard to get us a 2.5 percent interest rate wich is great and he got us the exact model we wanted here locally. Was honestly in the market for a new tahoe, but all the chevy dealers couldnt compare in terms of price and service. Highly recommend

Hatchford called me for my services I went there to their facility in their service Bay and performed work that they asked me to do! The same day they called me and did the computer programming they asked for but this Place does not like to pay their bills I did the custom tuning and was done in 30 minutes! I wonder how their customer would like to know I was the one who tuned their Ford 6.4 Powerstroke!! and I never got paid for it FYI do not do business with hatchFord this place is a joke Ive been told to call numerous numbers for accounting and billing and its going on a month now!! I WOULD SUGGEST TAKING YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY TO SMITH FORD IN LORDSBURG WAY BETTER PEOPLE AND HE STANDS BEHIND HIS NAME AND CUSTOMERS!!

While traveling with our 350 Ford pickup, our check engine light came on. We called Ford Hatch and talked to Jeremiah. He set up an appointment quickly and efficiently. He listened and understood that we travel with a fifth wheel and our pickup not being able to haul the trailer is pretty much catastrophic for us.When we arrived at the store, Jeremiah took us in right away. As we waited in the waiting room, Jeremiah kept us up to speed on what was happening. We also had our regular maintenance conducted at the same time. (oil change, rotate tires, etc.). Jeremiah made sure the tv was working as I couldn’t figure how to get the channel we wanted. LOL.I would give the store five stars, except that other employees would come into the waiting room and get coffee but not make anymore for customers. Some, came in for water at the fountain but again would not make coffee. And if they had, there was little for enhancing coffee. Also, we have stopped at other dealerships for our regular maintenance and they had cookies, donuts, bars or other items for customers.I would give Jeremiah five stars because he made us feel like people not just a number. They fixed our clogged fuel filters and away we went. My husband even called days later to let Jeremiah know everything was working. We would have no hesitant to return here for work.

We stopped in at Lawleys when we were staying in Silver City in December. We are traveling around the country full-time in our RV, so our truck is critical to us. We had a couple minor issues, and hoped they could fit us in. From the start to finish, they were amazing! Super friendly and helpful, prompt in getting back to me and incredibly accommodating. They even persuaded Ford to pick up some of the cost under warranty, which they had initially refused to do. Since the service had been so good, I also had new brakes shipped to them and they installed them for me. A week or so after we had left they followed up with me to make sure everything was still running great. All this despite the fact they knew we dont live in the area. I wouldnt hesitate to go back here again, and Id happily recommend them to others. Thank you!

Wonderful staff. Recently heard that they are being bought out. The only issue that I have is that the waiting area needs to be fixed up some. Everyone there has treated me very well. They always do a great job with my car.
Do not go here to buy a vehicle. They expect you to pay list less and rebates. They do not negotiate at all. If you want a friendly atmosphere and no hassle in buying a vehicle go to Smith Ford in Lordsburg. It is worth the drive. I saved over $3500.00 dollars and a newer vehicle by going to Smith Ford.

For those of us who have been in this community long enough to see this dealership change names three times... it was amazing refreshing to finally gets good ford service. For many of us who drive leased vehicles the requirement to have service done every 5000 miles was a fear. Many had made the decision to go out of town. When my husbands service came due he decided to try the new hatch ford. He was very happy. The folks were friendly and fast! The price was correct (long boring story). So I to decided to try one last time. Im fairly opinionated (obviously right) with a pretty big mouth. I was so happy to walk back into the door and had been told that indeed the front tire was bad (another long one) and they were in the process of ordering it!! The dealership I leased from refused to help as did the local one.Guys if you want good service with a caring staff who understands what you need. I feel, finally, we may actually have a FORD dealership. Ps, when this lease (my 10th) comes due, Im going to this dealership. So nice to be able to trust again.Thank you to the service department!!!

I recommend that you go see AJ Tow at Lawley Team Ford for your automotive needs. Bring your 4.7 Chrysler that hydro locked. Powerstrokes are no problem at all. Bring your Duramax or your 5.9,6.7. There are right ways and wrong ways to do things. You want these things done right the first time. Automotive technology is evolving quicker at this point in time than it ever has. The super cool thing is that with the fuel economy came insane power. How reliable is it? What purpose will the automobile serve for you? If you need guidance the Team at Lawley Ford is there. When you have a problem you fix it. They can help you figure out the most efficient way to accomplish that. Thanks everyone.

They should get minus stars if available.The worst dealer I have ever had to deal with. I live in California and had to use this dealer because of a breakdown. After being told the bill would be $1700.00, I called another shop and had the work done for $700.00And some of the work that was recommended was NOT needed and had nothing to do with the break down.
Went in for a noise from my truck. Was quoted 900 usd to fix (part plus 6.5 hours labor). When I called ford canada they quoted the same job at 293 CANADIAN DOLLARS. What a rip off. After the mechanic in Canada called down, miraculously the price dropped to 600 USD, still way above. They told me it was a rough estimate. Very very rough.Do not take your vehicle here!!! Especially if youre stranded or not from town!!

A lot of new people, I was with my dad because he dropped his Mercury Mountaineer off Monday to get a front hub changed it still wasnt done after 5 days. Very disappointed in the service department.
