UPDATE a few days later:I called again on two different days, and wasnt left on hold again. Most of all, on the second day, a very awesome employee named Veronica went above and beyond to assist me in getting my issue resolved - even though it was the doctor offices errors that were holding up getting the medication. The complete 180 from my initial review, was not only appreciated, but impressive. The in-person visit was also great; however,they could really use some more people at the counter during spikes in pick-ups.ORIGINAL:I called for an urgent reason this evening, was placed on hold immediately after they picked up, and was left there until I hung up after over ten minutes. All of this occurred after I called the first time, when it just rang and rang. I understand being busy, but check in with the phone, instead of abandoning the caller until they hang up. Now I have to go in and wait some more at the store, since I live over half an hour away and cant just go back when they decide to get their stuff together.
Pharmacist would not fill a prescription because he felt uncomfortable. Taking this particular med for years upon years. The doctor who wrote it felt comfortable after reviewing medical history. I guess a pharmacists comfort level can override an actual doctors orders???? I would leave zero stars if i could. Use literally any other pharmacy.
