I dont knock any hustle, but I scheduled an appointment online without notice of the location, luckily, I did not pay the full price and only deposited $10 for an appointment only to find out the location was all the way in Arundel. I thought I was scheduling for the one at Wheaton. Finessed, lol.

I brought in an iPhone 8 Plus that had the back casing cracked and the front casing cracked. The phone looked terrible. Was quoted over $600 at Apple to have both replaced. Found cyberion and saw all the great reviews and brought it in. The phone was fixed while I waited. It looks brand new and cost hundreds less than Apple. Very pleased. Great customer service. I came here for screen repair and battery replacement before and he fixed it in less than 30mins. But he charged me $50 more than the price I was given over the phone before I scheduled my appointment. I could’ve went to the kiosk down the hall to get the same service for $80 less, but it was too late.What a rip off. Lesson learn.

The worst experience ever the lady who fixed my phone was nice and she fixed it fasted . I dropped my phone on the bed and it popped out all my screws is gone . My phone can pop out so easily. Then my speaker stop working. I never had a problem with my iPhone until I went here I have a 7plus . I went back and the owner was there he said there is nothing they can do it’s a hardware problem. I went to the stand in the mall a few years ago I never had the problem I regret going here I should’ve waited. The next day for the one of the guys to come back.

Bought a phone from here by mistake,didnt even open it. My dad spent and wasted $350 for an iPhone 7 that was already opened. they couldnt give my dad a refund after a couple of hours after buying it, even though I pleaded with them. The owners of this place are cheap, and run a bs scam store, do not recommend going here. They may be able to fix phones, but cant even give a damn refund for a simple purchase, because they take advantage of people who dont know better. Not sure how theyre still in business. Absolute garbage place.

Best repair place, I have come here for 5 years and always get my phones fixed. My water damage phone works, and my other bad conditioned phones work too. I found this place looking for get my IPhone 7s screen replaced. I first went to the store in Columbia, MD. I had such a great experience. The man who did mine was very talkative, informative, and efficient; And they fix your phone right in front of you. I even asked him to place a shatterproof screen protector and the price came out to $110. I was very satisfied.Then 2 weeks later. I found that my screen protector had shatter out of nowhere. I didnt drop it or anything. I was extra careful with my phone since I only got it fixed 2 weeks prior. I went back to Cyberion, but to the one in Wheaton Mall instead, asking if he could replace the screen protector or cut a deal. Instead, the man gave slight attitude saying the warranty doesnt cover physical damage and it would cost be $22 to get it replaced. I asked why the screen protector at the Columbia store was cheaper than the one in the Wheaton Mall. All he replied was Different screen protector even thought they looked exactly the same and still wouldnt budge.Moral: I would definitely go back to get my screen fixed, if I shattered it again, but not for a screen protector replacement. I recommend going to the store in Columbia, MD. They have better customer service.

Went here on Jun 3, 2018 to ask about my 5s screen repair. The owner/manager took my cell and began to take it apart immediately, BEFORE ever having a chance to ask about pricing and consider wanting to have it repaired. It cost $60 for the screen replacement, he did it in about 25/30 minutes. Now, less than a month later, i pressed down on my Home button and then I noticed what I thought was an eyelash. I tried sweeping it off with my finger and when it didnt work I applied a little more pressure thinking it was maybe just a little dirty. Once applying that pressure the Entire screen shattered. Im pretty sure the guy who fixed my screen may have used too much glue or didnt screw the bolts in tight enough or maybe too tight, that when pressure was applied it cracked the screen. I called the store up and told them what had happened. He said to bring it in and that hed fix it. And then I asked for clarity- as in hed fix it free of charge since its within the 30 day guarantee? He said no, hed fix it again for the same fee. Then realized he sounded ridiculous and began lying about telling every customer the fine print info about only damages if its a blacked out screen. Then offered to fix it for $40. Basically, he didnt do it right the first time and then rather than owning up to it, he decides to trick you into repairing the phone but will end up charging you again. Id avoid this place altogether and go somewhere that values ethics and company integrity.

My phone cracked literally a week later...luckily it was a minor crack but since they don’t have a warranty when it comes to physical damage then if I wanted my phone fixed again I’d have to pay all over again to get it fixed. Other than that the experience was good.

Just got my sons iPhone 5s repaired after being off for many months. The lady behind the counter was sweet, professional, thoughtful, and cost orrientated. She could have easily suggested I needed a new battery after it not charging immediately after the screen repair. Instead she suggested that we wait and see. VIOLA! it was just a minor thing given that the phone had been off for many months. The new screen was installed flawlessly and works perfectly. I was referred by Best Buy. Ive seen this store before but didnt know what it was until I came in. Looks like they have an excellent set of selection for cell phone accessories, tempered glass, and a wide assortment of tools for repairs. I came on today, 1/21 with a cracked iPhone 7 screen. In 10 minutes the phone was as good as new and the price was actually less than what the Apple Store quoted (which also had no appointments whatsoever for the next week). The staff here are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation as me. Oh and if you decide to uparmor your phone to avoid future clumsy mishaps, they have plenty of options available as reasonable prices. Mine now looks like an Abrams tank.

Called the store at 8:32Pm, asked how long it would take to fix a 6S+ screen (hairline crack the top right hand corner), he said 10 min. I didn’t believe him at first, because it took me 3 hours to do a 6s lol but I got there around 8:50pm and was out the door with a fresh working screen by 9. I was amazed. All for $80. He grabbed the phone and got to work immediately in front of my Wife and I. I’ve always loved going to this cyberion because of the fast and friendly service. Years have gone by and it is the same fast and friendly service I remember. Would give them 10 Stars if I could.

The guy who helped me was a little shady. Beware. I told him not to fix the back of my phone (it didnt affect its operation) and when I came back to get my phone he fixed it anyways and tried to charge me extra. Too bad, because he spolied an otherwise fine experience. But he got my phone working again, so Im grateful for that.

All I have to say is wow. This guy really knows his stuff. I thought my iPhone 6s Plus was completely ruined from dropping it in my sink and they fixed everything, even touch ID works. I will say this, if you think you have water damage and you are looking this up on Google right now, you NEED to take your phone in to see this guy IMMEDIATELY. After 24 hours of having water damage seriously corrodes certain circuits of the phone and it can usually be salvaged, anything longer than 24 hours and the chances go drastically down. I did this on Sunday evening and they saved everything by Monday evening. It was $200 but I feel like that is pretty good for not having to replace a $1000 phone.
