Honestly the worst pharmacy experience you can ask for. Perpetually understaffed and service is glacially slow. Lines are always bad here, made much worse by the COVID booster vaccine which they are unprepared to administer. Go somewhere else.

This pharmacy did not care about my medical outcomes. My post surgical pain medicine was rejected because the pharmacist read the prescription wrong. Now I am sitting here in pain because they couldn’t be bothered to call my doctor or attempt to resolve the situation.They are understaffed and uncaring. I am moving all of my business away from CVS after this experience.

If you need anything to do with their minute clinic, just drive longer and go to a further away CVS. Their pharmacy does not follow the hours posted on the website. They will double book your vaccination appointment. They will let you schedule an appointment even if they do not have the vaccine in stock. They make you wait forever and are unapologetic. It is a nightmare.

No one answers the phone here. The pharmacy is unresponsive and I cant get my prescription transfered. Ill have to get my doctor to call it in to another pharmacy.

I never write reviews but I’m pretty fed up with the prescription counter at this pharmacy. They never have enough people working and there’s always a long wait, even with a short line. The pharmacist is a really nice guy but frequently has a long line of people waiting with no one around to help him. Don’t even bother trying to get through by phone - they’ll put you on hold and never come back.

Youll never get a hold of anyone over the phone. Most prescriptions are never available. Theyd want to place a special order for your prescription that will never show up. Their app is the worst ever!

Horrible customer service. No one at registers and minute clinic paying attention to people waiting to be helped because theyre just on their phones. The lines are so long that there is no way to do social distancing. My appointment was at 3:45 and I didnt get seen until 5:20 because they only had 1 person giving vaccines. But when I finally got seen they were so slow that 5 people behind me got a shot before I even got a shot.

Rx was faxed over twice because controlled substances cannot be called in, was placed on hold for an hour while trying to follow up for patient, pharmacy said they never got it. I completely understand why the ratings for this pharmacy is so low.

The pharmacy technicians have talk in slang and have terrible communication skills - very easy to tell that theyre poorly educated. I was on hold for 45+ minutes, so I decided to drive to the pharmacy to speak with someone directly since reaching them by phone seemed impossible. I stayed on the phone, on hold, while driving. I walked into the pharmacy where there was no line, nobody waiting to be helped... just a very lazy, miserable looking woman shuffling through paperwork for a few minutes before she finally bothered to look up and greet me with an extremely welcoming Name and DOB?

Terrible service. I’ve now been on hold for the pharmacy for 45min. I cannot change the location of my prescription without speaking with a rep at the location. I cannot change the location online. The pharmacy team at a different location cannot assist with this matter. Maddening.

Hire people who dont hang up on you over and over and over again so u cant fill a script and have to call ambulance instead because they can do simple job of answering the phone so I can get my meds thats too difficult

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this site for a rapid covid-19 test. The tester is the typical older female who is sad and miserable with her life and her job. Therefore she takes it out on everyone else to try and make her pathetic sad self feel better. While I was waiting to be tested, a young man knocked on the door. He hadnt read the sign that said to wait to be called. Lets be realistic here, that happens a lot. People dont always read signs, especially if they are worried or stressed about being sick. She was so distressed by this that she actually said to him word for word, What is wrong with you?! Do you have a learning disability or something? I cant even begin to explain why this is so wrong and so offensive. Suppose that man does have a learning disability? Or English isnt his first language? Anyway, the horrific experience continued. Next, she asked me if Ive been tested for COVID-19 before. I said yes, I actually work in a LTC facility and have been tested frequently. She just stared at me then with her condescending eyes and said Well then why are you here?! as if it is even her right to deny me services or question my need for a test. I explained to her that in the state of Maryland, healthcare workers in LTC facilities are required to be tested twice a week. I am currently on PTO and cannot return to the building unless I have been tested. She then handed me a swab in the paper and plastic packet. No test tube, nothing. No directions on what to do. So I asked her exactly what she wants me to do with this swab since there are several methods for COVID-19 testing. Thats when she started berating me for not knowing. She finally told me what to do after insulting my intelligence several times. I swabbed one nostril. She then screamed at me while rolling her eyes, You have to do the other nostril too! Even the PDF for instructions state The tester MAY ask you to swab the other nostril. This isnt guaranteed. Thats when I couldnt tolerate her rude behavior any further. I flat out asked her why she is so rude and why she feels the need to belittle me. I made her aware that I actually have a doctorate degree in healthcare and I will not be treated this way. I got no response. Thats when I left. I realize there is a shortage in the country for people willing to sit in a booth all day and test people for COVID-19. However, this woman is not fit for this job. This is not how you treat patients as a healthcare worker and you certainly shouldnt use derogatory statements towards special needs people. Dont go here.

The pharmacist Daniel is very good, pleasant, and kind. I have been happy to go to him for years. Sometimes the lines are long, but you just need to be patient. You can easily order refills by phone or text message and can get automatic 30 supplies. I tested getting a refill by mail and it was really easy.

The pharmacy at this location is phenomenal. They are so busy and yet they make you feel like you are their only customer. I am so impressed with every member of their staff. They have a minute clinic which is super handy and staffed with folks you can confidence. Their staff in the store itself are also great and very friendly. I know they recently “updated” the store but they could have done a better job at that as to me it looks done on the cheap.

I went there for a volunteer internship with another classmate. The store was stocked with tons of off the counter medicine and eye and cough drops. It is also stocked with soda and candy which is damage to your health if you eat to much of it, so it’s also not exactly stocked with just health stuff. Otherwise it’s perfect for a quick stop for medicine etc. and the staff I worked with were very friendly and opening.

I have tried really hard to like this CVS. The staff are very friendly, but there is never enough of them. I had to wait 30 minutes to pick up a ready prescription because there was no assistant to help the pharmacist. The store is consistently understaffed, even though it is in a busy strip market.

Best pharmacy staff. Know the customers, greet you pleasantly. Its a busy store and they can get backed up, but they do a great job of triaging, fixing issues, calling around to other locations if stock is out.

The pharmacy staff here is awful. If you arent aware of your rights they will not volunteer information. They will try to do things the way that they want to without asking the patient. You literally have to ask several follow up questions. Whatever the bare minimum is expect that from this team. And no it doesnt matter if you have insurance, most of their attitude comes across as theyre doing you a favor by coming to work.

The minute clinic at this location is abominable. Not only did the PA refuse me service, but her grounds were actually incorrect. I had double checked pinpoint and with their customer service reps before going in, as well as after being refused a strep test, and she was in the wrong. If you have someone working for you with the audacity to think they know better than the customer, at least make sure they get their facts right.

Pharmacy hung up on me twice tonight. Once after waiting through annoying ads for almost 10 minutes. I called back and was disconnected again after another 5 minutes. Completely UNACCEPTABLE

Never fill prescriptions there. Between the CVS, Staples and small but nice grocery Sniders in the same area it rounds out the neighborhood shopping in the area. There is a Redbox there and they have ample parking. Traffic can be heavy in that area, cut through the shopping center and get onto Northbound Georgia Ave at the light.

This is seriously the worst CVS ever. The pharmacy staff are incompetent and clearly have no idea what is going on. They told me that my medicine is no longer made and that is was my problem to get another prescription after I received a text telling me my medication was READY at the store for me...... I called another CVS and they had it in stock and said it is absolutely still available.I have had multiple poor experiences here, from lack of customer service to prescriptions being late to them just simply not filling my order. Never going here again, even though it is so close to my house.

Gave up on CVS Pharmacy after they messed up some prescriptions (lost dr fax of Rx on one, gave wrong number of meds on another). Now Ive found out over the past six months they have been billing my insurance for someone elses medication! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
