Terrible customer service, NO ALLOW TO USE RESTROOM, they should put a sign outside so we can find another station.Owner and manager both bad attitud azholes. Never will come back again.

Half the has pumps dont work but you will only find this out after putting in your credit card. Only some of the broken pumps are marked, it took 4 tries to find a working pump. None of them give receipts. The cashiers dont care that the pumps are broken.

WARNING - WARNING - WARNINGDo NOT, I repeat do NOT GO TO THIS 7-11 at Night!I have to first say that the employees at the store are excellent, and do their job to the best of their abilities.I have had numerous run ins with the homeless/loiters outside of the 7-11 in the night time hours. On 3 different occasions I have been threatened because I did not give change/money to one of the many beggars that are outside. I have even had one person follow me home and pull a knife on me.On another incident, 3 men follow me inside (un-masked), tried to sell me stolen meat from the Safeway. I tell them NO, and they aggressively harass me, and follow me around the store. Then the proceed to go behind the counter, and harass the employees.Recently I had a man get very angry with me for not giving him change. the man then follows me into the store (un-masked) telling he that he NEEDS money, and he is apart of the Crip gang, and that he will get it in any way possible.I have witnessed people goin in the store, loading their backpacks full of food, and walking out. On one incident, a man walked behind the counter, and put about 30 packs of cigarettes in a backpack, and walked out.The employees are stressed out, and they have to report these incidents to the police MULTIPLE times, and nothing is resolved every time.They NEED security, but the owner refuses to acknowledge that they are in danger, and ignores their pleas. Until this 7-11 location gets some form of security at night, I do NOT think it is safe for normal citizens to shop there. There are a lot of mentally disturbed individuals in the area due to the homeless shelter that is close by. Im all about being compassionate to people in need, but when thing become dangerous, people invade your personal space, and you cannot simply go to your neighborhood 7-11 in peace, then there are MAJOR issues that need to be corrected.This 7-11 should be avoided at all cost. If you dont see a police officer nearby, or a some sort of security officer, stay far, far away from this store.

0 stars.Ive been here three times, and each time theres been a problem.The biggest one is that I went to a pump to pay with credit. I swiped it, then the pump said see sales associate. I went inside to pay, and they charged my card. I went back outside, and it said see sales associate.At this point, I told them that I want my money back, as Im not going to let them swipe my card twice. They then told me that my transaction was voided for some reason some time between the time it took to walk from the register to the pump, and that they hadnt actually charged me anything. They even printed a cute little receipt showing that.I go back to my bank account, and, surprise! My card had been swiped and not refunded. No problems with my card, as I went to the neighboring Exxon and charged with no problem. This gas station is a joke, go somewhere else.

Since I TRY to find the silver lining in things, Ill start with the good.... The gas station is great. Its usually the lowest price in the area, its large and its very easy to get in and out of. That being said, I think the gas is cheap because theyre literally robbing people the rest of the time. I saw someone elses review said that their debt card was overcharged, well I just had the same thing happen paying cash. There is never good customer service, its clear they would rather you not even be in there at ALL except for the fact that they need you in there. So my conclusion and advice to any readers, gas up here and NEVER set foot inside. Use your card, but after seeing the other review, Id also advise checking statements too. Would really love to see this place under new management. I think even the homeless guys outside who are MUCH nicer than the people inside would do a better job.

Owners clearly care little about this place. Half the gas pumps are always open, they don’t mow the lawn, let random cars park there for days, guys inside are indifferent, and there is trash everywhere. This place is pathetic.

Gas station is pretty big and brightly lighted (5 lines with 2 pumps each) – a lot of customers even past midnight. The area is reasonably safe – Galaxy apartments across the street has 24-h security and the station backs to Aurora condominium. Prices are reasonable and they have have 5 grades + diesel. The shabby area begins past circle with Millers liquor store and its at least 3 blocks away.If you are craving for a food (or drink) – go north on Georgia past metro tracks or turn onto E-West Hwy.

The customer service is rude and pathetic. Communication skills are lacking. They force customers to come inside for receipts for paid gas. They refuse to listen to or help customers. Gas pumps are old and dirty and card readers may not work. The place is sketchy and dirty. Bathroom is unclean and door does not lock and hot water is scalding and dangerous. Some pumps do not work. Outside is dirty also. Worst of all is the pathetic cashier service. This place deserves to go out of business fast. And yes, I blame the management because these pathetic problems have lingered at least 2 years. Go somewhere where they respect cuatomers.

None of the gas pods were working. Several pods had out of order signs on the guzzler, but the few that I tried using didn’t have any on them. The gas representative kept giving me the run around when all he could’ve said was it was out of service.

If I could give a zero I would, they committed fraud to my debit card. I came last week to buy a pack of gum. I paid with my debit card and when I swiped it and entered my pin for some reason the screen didnt change at all that is when the clerk came by and said oh sorry I dont know what happened, try again and then proceeded to do something in the computer; so I swiped again and this time my purchase went through. I thought it was odd the first time it had requested my pin and didnt show any message. I found out the next day that someone had withdrawn $300 dollars from an ATM in virginia. Im pretty sure this was the place where they stole my pin. Be careful!

Its always busy. Pumps dont always work right. Dont expect to find the food youre looking for. But they do have an Amazon Locker.

A filthy restroom all the time. Spoke to the staff who seem unconcerned. There were no hand towels, the sink had the look of a mechanic garage wash tub, the toilet inside was brown and the walls and floor very dirty.

Very very rude casheir, he looked pissed working there. You can quit and let people that needs the job work. Unorganized place, hope it gets new management soon

This extra-large 7-Eleven is located in a reasonably good neighborhood next to several motels, local restaurants, and a full-service car wash. It has an exceptionally large gas station and parking area. Inside, the store features typical 7-Eleven fare -- plus injera bread which is popular with local fans of Ethiopian cuisine.If youre stopping in the neighborhood for a fast meal, avoid the Taco Bell-KFC across the street -- service there is extremely slow (20 minutes per order). There are better and faster chain restaurants in downtown Silver Spring (ten blocks north), and a speedy McDonalds drive-thru just five blocks south on Georgia Avenue.

Product quality is very good, customer service is very good, and general vibe is good.

Terrible gas station ... Every time I get gas, I had to go inside to pickup my receipt. When I get inside there is always long and slow line. It looks like any of their gas pumps do not provide receipts.

Friendly staff and spacious. Tons of parking.
