This place in Silver spring its my favorite to have a taste for my favorite food.BRAZILIAN BAKERY π₯°
Good, variety of international products, located in convenient location.
The best and the freshest produce also the place to get great seafood
Very good prices. But you have to be careful when you buy fruit and vegetables because they might moldy
Ethic and international groceries stores. From dairy, fruits, meats, to clothing. They have a huge selection of goods. They usually do not have many opened aisles ; youβll need some patience when checking out. Food and groceries prices is right. There is a Hispanic bakery, Asian restaurant, African and Asian clothing mini stores inside.
No one that comes here follows social distancing. No one enforces it either. They dont limit capacity at the door. Poorly run spot.
Great grocery store to shop in. Produces are fresh...
Excellent for everyday stuff like vejetales, fruits, meats, poultry, can goods and many other things at a very good prices.
A good place to shop
I adore this spot! They provide first-cleass dishes, they have a nice menu, The chief cook in that place is well trained, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the visitors is good. I visit often this place and I was never disappointed. I recommend this place.
This place in silver spring is not following the new law in terms of mask..I already have the vaccine and after July 1 is up to you to wear a mask but an old Chinese man didnβt allowed me to go in because I didnβt have the mask and I told him about the new law and his answer was just !!get out!!..bad place!!
I like this market. They have fresh produce and bar soap.
Clean, well stocked,affordable price,quick checkout
Well, its Aspen Hill... This particular area is dirty, the store itself is blasting Latin music; to be clear its too loud, I dont care that its Latin. Reviews speaking of the Latin take over are quite correct. There is a sharp emphasis on the Latin market and I think perhaps this shouldnt be a Lotte anymore. Yes, I found the Asian foods I was looking for, but where other locations have a Latin isle, this location feels more 50/50.If you are looking for Lotte, go to a different location.
Very confusing to enter, bad environment, not safe at all, horrible customer service...and most of all I would never even think of coming back!
Everything was well organized, and the cashiers were very pleasant and helpful.
I shop here all the time. They have a wide variety of foods particularly the vegetables and the prices are fair. Great place to shop, recommended!
The items I bought here are so expensive and spoils very quickly, meat spoils very fast, I bought a box of orange juice there the expired date was the other month ahead of time and when I tasted the juice it was spoiled took it back to the store could not get any customer service so I got upset and dumped it, bought a bag of potatoes those go bad within a few days Im scared of buying things that I have to put inside my body there I thought I was the only one that had these problems shopping there but other friends and family I know that shops there had some of my experience.
One of the best places I go to shopping for international food. Prices are very reasonable. I love Lotte.
This Lotte location has changed a lot over the years. Some of the changes are for the better, and others arent. One thing must be said, and that is theyre taking a lot better care of the property these days than they used to. Lotte Plaza had been deteriorating to the point where it was not fun to shop there. The store was dirty and crowded, more half the food stalls in the court were empty, and the whole place just reeked. I stopped going there because there were better options.About a year ago, I needed to pick up a couple of things quickly that I knew the general grocery stores werent going to carry. I needed an Asian market, and since I happened to be in the neighborhood anyway, I decided to pay them a visit. The place had clearly been remodeled and cleaned up, the lights replaced, and in general the place was a lot more pleasant to shop in.The problem is, its no longer predominantly an Asian market. I get that the neighborhood is predominantly Hispanic now, and that they have changed their stock accordingly. But since I was looking for Asian items, it was a bit off-putting to walk into an Asian market and see such staple items as tofu, kimchi and narutomaki short-stocked and with little or no variety.I havent been back since. Its not that the store is BAD - they seem to have done a decent job of cleaning it up and changing to fit the neighborhood clienteles needs. But they no longer seem to have the stuff that Im looking for in an Asian market, and H-Mart is just a couple miles down Georgia.
This place is amazing. Fresh fruits and vegetables unlike Giant down the street. Hard to speak to employees at times in the store. But a great selection of foods you cant find most anywhere. They have fresh fish and fish mongers ready to help get you what you need. I love shopping there.
Lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, fish and meats.
The Owner is taking advantage of Hispanic people as many dont have cars so, they have to buy there but they misleading customers stating sales and then they rude respond that due to the current situation (virus that they are the responsible for...) they dont honor their special and respond rude.
Good store
Great selection of Latin, Asian, and African food. Wide variety of amazing, international produce. Large meat and fish section. Latin and French influence bakeries. Kiosks for cellphones, international phone cards, and miscellaneous convenience items. Quick checkout. Food court with Asian and Latin meals.
This is nice. International Market. sales produce, meats, Fresh fish, shrimp, crabs also a KOEAN AND Mexican eaters inside. including a Mexican dessertsHas Kobe and Outback restaurants, Pizza hut, Subway
I got all the items i went for.
This branch of the Lotte Plaza company has completely flipped from Korean/Asian to Hispanic and did so without warning and overnight. The Asian dry-goods section is now smaller than what youd find at an American grocery store while the bulk of the shelves are filled with Hispanic branded goods (Goya, etc). They still carry some Korean/Asian stuff in the freezer and fresh grocery sections, but even those have been literally pushed to the back of the store. No notice that this was happening either. Glad theres an H-Mart just down the road.
Good international groceries variety.
In this place you guys can find everything about the kitchen and restaurants and many more important things
Great selection with fast and friendly service
Not bad.
The employees are very nice and friendly. I love the fresh seafood and produces at Lotte Plaza market and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family members.
Like this store. Helpful employees clean neat store. The veggies and fruits are fresh and the fresh meats are priced to sale.
The service was good. Things are display well but the sale prices are place very confusing sometimes.Returning an item was very easy and quick.
Nice place. .good price...nice customers service
They have poor customer services . we dont know how to treated customer.
Nice bakery by the front door. Great prices, delicious, and FRESH
Good food great prices!
Not the friendliest of service, but I can find all the Ethnic foods I like. Prices have gone up but still cheaper produce than conventional grocery stores.
Reviewing the food court: ordered the bulgogi for $10 and some change. Pretty good taste and decent size portion. The soup was bad though.
Would be a 2 but food court saved the day for them. Definitely not ideal for grocery shopping because of how dirty that place is and food never look organized and most of the time not fresh looking. Limited selection as well as its very Korean and Hispanic culture focused. Not necessarily a bad thing but I cant find something regular, thats thr problem.Food court alone would be a 3.5. Especially the store that sells sushi rice with raw fish combo. Also tried other tofu soups which are fine too.
Poor service, cashier was very route just because of im not Spanish. I wont come back again.
Is great
This is store has fresh seafoods and vegetables. Prices are reasonable. The quality is average.
The only korean thing here was a tub of kimchi anf the name lotte.
Ok check out fast π
The korean cashier is so rude and owner dont said anything, bad service, i never come back
All the sea food are really rotten and I understand that they used to thaw and re-freeze fish several times. So buying sea food from this store is a real health hazard and if you eat it you may eventually end up in hospital.
Not international. It only caters to Hispanic groceries and has no Indian groceries unlike other Lotte plazas.
Good price on produce
They have better price but the cashiers are not nice they are so racist to words black people.
This place is a dumping ground ! The back parking lot is full of abandon work vans, dis grace full
Store smells strongly like old fish. Additionally, who ever heard of a grocery store enforcing a minimum credit card amount? I may make a small purchase today, but tomorrow, perhaps not so much. But when you refuse my money on a small purchase, I wont give you a bigger one.
Good choice of fruits and vegetables. Fish and seafoods might be interesting also.
Source for your Asian and Latino supplies and ingredients, fresh produce and selection of seafood.
Nice shopping center with a lot of stores to choose from
Great produce, wonderful staff!
Ethnic foods, fruits and vegetables, groceries, herbs and spices. Fish Mart, beef, pork, chicken, goat.
This visit was excellent gogel map help me lots thanks
Smells terrible, but really has seafood, meats, and seasonings you cant find everywhere.
I always go here to buy fruits and vegetables. Its inexpensive and convenient for me.
Pretty good assortment of stores.
A great variety of fresh fish
Cheap fruits and vegetables but a very weird way to enter the place and kinda small compared to the ellicott city md location or Catonsville location
Clean and the customer service is great
This particular lot is more of a Hispanic store that Korean Asian. Dirty and not best quality or variety.
Variety is the spice of life.
Horrible for Asian market. Looks like selling food on street with full of trash
We went here expecting more Asian food but there was more Hispanic food. There were 2 men drinking and smoking right outside the back entrance of the store. As we walked by they grunted at us while we had our baby and toddler with us. Overall felt ghetto and unsafe.
International market with reasonable pricesππ
A place where you can find almost anything.
I found what I was looking for and had a great experience.
I like this place because of the prices especially produce it generally caters more for international products
Good prices and a food court?!?!?! This place is awesome!
Nice prices for fresh food
I always buy foodstuff there... Got lots and lots of varieties especially for the Hispanic, Asian and African communities
Filthy inside. Emergency exit blocked by all kinds of junk. Expected a Lotte to be selling Korean stuff, but this one is mostly Mexican. Hardly any Asian stuff to be found. Wont be back!
If youre in the area, take the extra five minutes and drive to H Mart. Lotte had cheap vegetables but wasnt the cleanest place.
The fish is not fresh. I went there today and they sold me a rotten fish that smells very bad. I also witness a staff pick up a shrimp from the floor and put it back in the display rack. I will not go there again because the shop is an health hazard.
Useful, good prices, nightmarish parking lot
BEST MARKET EVER
Great prices
Just smells funnh
Their managers need to learn basic customer service, they were so rude. Will not go back, there are other Korean stores.
Parking lot is too small!
Their vegetables are the best
Good chain of stores
Fish not fresh..veg not fresh
Store was clean and well stock
Availability of products.
