I have a mural company and, like many other muralists in the area, totally swear by the knowledgable staff and brilliant hospitality at this Sherwin Williams location. Even for jobs on the other side of town, we use this store, it is worth the trip! Everyone is so kind and committed to quality. Hello I hope you are very well this criticism is constructive so that you know the store has good service but they only have one worker and there are always more people and they only have one worker they have one worker that if I am not mistaken I will not say a name So they dont get mad, but that worker doesnt know about painting, she may know about an office document, but about painting, you dont know the right thing to do, it would be that they always have two workers who know about painting so that the customer does not have to wait so long, especially in this store. Not even the parking spaces are a little small, they should take this into account and always have at least two workers who know about painting and thats all

Good quality paint, fair price, professional service

I needed a particular product distributed by Sherwin Williams and called every store in the area this morning asking if it was available; this location was the fourth or fifth I called. Terry was the first person I spoke with who took the trouble to check the computer system to find the nearest store with it in stock, saving me from further phone calls. Not only that, but when he discovered that the nearest store with stock was in Ellicott City, he offered to pick it up for me in person when he would be in the area later this week! I ended up finding what I needed at a nearby hardware store, but this was the best customer service experience I have had in a while, and I will definitely be buying paint at this location the next time I need it.

I love this place. The people behind the counter are so friendly. They’ll give advice for what type of paint you need and they’ll tell you about any specials. The store is clean and it’s easy to get to. This is my go-to place for high quality paint and kind, helpful associates ready to help.

This is great for paint, brushes, rollers, and other paint and drywall-related supplies. Most customers seem to be contractors so that tells you something about the quality. The store itself is still under construction but the staff manages to do a good job. They perfectly matched some random paint sample I had in my closet. Same prices as Lowes or Home Depot but a lot more convenient.

Quick and easy service with great fancy paint

Although the paint costs more than in a home improvement store, if you get it on sale, it evens out, and the service and quality make it so worth it!

The paint I needed was not commonly available. The person who found the base paint required and added the exact colors was very, very helpful. I would recommend him highly.

Ive been to several Sherwin-Williams stores by now. They have excellent paint for home projects. Though a bit expensive, it is actually worth the extra cost--not something I say lightly. However, I highly recommend waiting for sales or using coupons, which are regularly available over the course of a season. The staff here are knowledgeable and patient, which is normal for Sherwin-Williams.
