I was in Best Buy once again yesterday, added another line on to my phone plan. Had the pleasure of Sam (in the phone department) assisting me. He always goes above and beyond for me when I go in, also very knowledgeable on the phones, not only was he willing to tell me the difference between a couple of different models he took the time to show me. I highly recommend this Best buy location for all your needs.

Yes we love this place we go there when we cant find it anywhere else, staff was friendly kind and courteous and helpful but you do have to wait, you have to sign in if youre going to get stuff like in the computer department or TVs you have to wait for a salesperson so you do have to wait a little while

GREAT customer service. The staff are super helpful. Obviously the items in Best Buy are amazing, but the service is what keeps us coming back to this location. Not too long ago our dryer burnt out, without thinking twice, we went to Best Buy and bought a washer and dryer only to realize (before it was delivered) that it wasnt going to fit; they processed the return without any hesitation. They also do price match.The other day I went in to see the Geek Squad, but I didnt make an appointment. They helped set me up with an appointment within a few hours. I purchased an item during that visit, and then also purchased another item when I returned for my Geek Squad appointment, and the person who was helping me acknowledged in the most sincere way, great to see you, again. He didnt act as if I was just another customer rolling through the process, I dont know why, but I just really appreciated that.

Lets see in the last 2 years my wife and I have bought a Samsung refrigerator freezer, a set of LG washer and dryers, 2 fairly expensive laptops, and a cook all crock pot. The prices have been competitive and the staff has been wonderful to deal with. Bargains can be had! A fantastic experience .

I would like to inform everyone that i went to this store and tried to locate a product i asked a customer service employee and was told to wait for him to return to help me so i patiently waited for several minutes but he never returned although i seen him wandering around the store then i proceeded to ask another employee in the electronic department but he stated he was a vendor and could not help me so again i proceeded to ask the man who looked like the store management and he waived me in the direction of the product and said we might have the product or not he was not sure and continued to talk to another employee like as if i had interrupted him and i was bothering him. Worst Customer Service Ever I left the store and didnt even end up buying anything that i came in to buy !😳

Was serious about purchasing (2) $1800 cell phones. Alarm went off when handling floor model. Manager wouldnt detach safety device so we could actually get a good feel of the device. If we would have bought (2) $1800 ($3600+) & decided we didnt like them upon return it would have cost us $90 for the restock. Blamed it on corporate policy. All of this above done in a condescending manner. Poor service eventually means brick & mortars eventually go out of biz.

The store is very knowledgeable and has great service, although you need appointments for some departments like mobile phones. They are definitely following all covid-19 guidelines and rules. I highly recommend the Simi Valley store. There are only a few employees that arent knowledgeable about products, but every store had a few employees like that. I rate this store 4 stars out of 5 Stars.

I had just purchased 3 new iPhone 12 pro’s just 4 days ago and mine started acting up. Talked to Apple and since I was well within my return period, I stopped by Best Buy and luckily Joseph was there right as I walked in the store. Joseph had me out the door with a new phone in my hand in a short time period. I can’t recommend THIS Best Buy enough because of employees like Joseph and managers like Jonathan.

This Best Buy had an employee standing in the way essentially blocking people, asking how he could help them. You can help by staying a respectful distance away especially with Covid still being active. Bothered me, then scared my wife, Im sure he scares a lot of people trying to shop in peace. I worked for a year at the front door of a Best Buy I never got in peoples way when I greeted them.

Best Buy of Simi Valley, had computer refurbished and needed replacement power pack. Geek squad selected and sold non compatible power pack. Bought replacement computer, computerFailed after 2 weeks. Exchanged computer. My new purchased software package for new computer was in use by someone else already. Called Best Buy to get replacement software code over the phone. I WAS ON HOLD SO LONG I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HALFWAY TO THE STORE before an out of area hub for Best Buy answered and could do nothing. Arrived at Best Buy to get replacement software code and ALL customer service phones are on silent mode. Geek Squad girl at counter was oblivious to phones blinking while texting. Manager reminds her to answer phone while I am watching. Geek Squad woman lost in own world. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE.

Okay so Im in my 50s and I bought a new phone online. I Went to Best Buy to get a screen protector and phone case. There was Not one employee who offered to help me. They were all bussy helping people buy computers and TV.s. I had to try and figure out which one fit my phone. One hour later I bought my items after trying to fit them to my phone. Thinking I had correct items. $150.00 later I get home and my children young adults told me both were wrong. So We went to Amazon bought same items except they actually fit my phone for $15.00. REALLY!!!

The staff is somewhat friendly, not rude in any way. But, my main criticism of this store is, you can walk into the store and walk around without anyone staff approaching you to ask if he/she can help you. There just seems to be an unhappy vibe in this store. I try not to go into the store unless I absolutely have to.

EPIC INCOMPETENCE.I purchased a floor sample TV. I made arrangements for delivery a week ahead in the afternoon. After I made the arrangements for the installation I thought everything was OK. I received a confirmation three days prior. I received another confirmation one day prior. As it turns out, it didnt matter. The delivery team decided they would try to deliver it in the morning. I got a text message saying they were on their way to deliver at 9:55 AM. I am not sure how this falls within the 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM window they promised. Strike One.My emails and even my online account show an AFTERNOON delivery. I called to request an explanation as to WHY THE TIME CHANGED.Heres the answer I got from them:The store representative said that the time was changed because the address was wrongWhat does the TIME have to do with the ADDRESS??? Strike Two.I told the representative to cancel the order. He replies he cant, because its in transit. STRIKE THREE.Then I asked to speak with the manager. The response: My manager is too busy to talk to you.Second Out. Sorry. But if the manager is too busy to take care of his customers, why bother.This is a perfect example of apathy and incompetence at their best.NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I purchase something from BestBuy.

The Best place to Buy your cell phones. I buy all my devices here and I just got the Note 20 Ultra after buying the S10 Ultra 6 mos. ago, but I had an issue with the Note 20 the night of purchase, so back I went the next morning. Joseph worked with me for several hours and went above and beyond in an attempt to preserve my data. Alas, they had to exchange the phone, but I couldnt be more appreciative of the efforts made to make my situation right. Thank you Joseph and Raul, Ill be back when the next Best thing comes along!

How can you be an electronics store, claim to be the “best” and have such slow internet? Impossible to get cell phone reception and you have to go out to the parking lot to use data. Even your employees have complained and they do nothing to fix it. You just don’t want your customers to be able to compare prices? Employees are very helpful but nothing they can do about data and internet.

My experience at Best Buy was excellent I want to buy a Sony Bass wireless speaker the price was $249 I talked to one of the staff workers about the speaker he told me the speaker was on sale two weeks ago I told him if I still cant get the special still he told me he was going to talk to the manager and when he came back he told me yes I only paid $149 he was polite and helpful I do recommend to shop here that guy name was Mike got a great deal Im happy thank you Best Buy Im going to make this store my favor to come back and shop here often

I ordered a 40inch TV, on black Friday. They said delivery the next Monday. I got a notice of delayed delivery to Tuesday. Then I got another notice they were waiting on DHL new tracking number, for delivery. I had been making sure I was home for delivery. I then got a text at 2am my TV was delivered yesterday at 10:23 pm. I looked out my front door and there was a box with a damaged, 40 inch TV clearly on the box propt up against my garage door. (Which I know is clearly DHLS fault for careless delivery as had I not been awake to see notice it was delivered, it could have easly been stolen. I chatted with best buy explained how it was delivered, I was told I could go to best buy to haved my TV exchanged for an upgraded TV. Said they noted my account of my conversation for upgraded TV. I dont have a car, so I had my brother in law take me to best buy Simi Valley. They showed NO NOTES on my account regarding upgrade of TV, all they would do is exchange the TV for the same one without a damaged box. I guess part to blame on me, I thought I had screen shoted the conversation, but evidently did not. They should not lie or promise something and not d o it. If I was not told I would be getting an upgraded tv, I would not have expected something other than a straight forward exchange.

This Best Buy location has a large parking lot which is shared by only a couple of other stores so parking is a breeze. The staff is helpful and the location is rarely busy. Handicap access is very close as well. The store is slightly smaller than some of the other nearby locations but its still got all of the major sections. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Best Buy gets it. In a time of instant gratification and when you can order stuff online, they understand it will not fulfill the human element. There have been several times now where we went into Best buy because we couldnt make a decision online. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, well versed in their products, extremely friendly, and approachable. Their staff made the buying process a lot easier and more importantly, comfortable. Buying a product online can sometimes feel like a gamble. Give yourself some peace of mind and visit our Simi Best Buy.

It seems to me that Best Buy has stepped up its game with regards to customer focus. I stopped shopping at Best Buy a few years ago when I continued to leave there feeling like the employees were just passing the time there and had no interest at all in helping customers. I wrongly predicted the demise if another Big Box brand.Surprise, surprise, when my wife started shopping around for new kitchen appliances and ended up inviting a Best Buy In-Home Consultant into our home to take measurements for the double oven and cooktop.The In-Home Consultant, Kenny B., was everything about a service rep you would want. He showed up for he appointment exactly on time, he was extremely professional and courteous. He not only made the measurements, but he was also able to set up the orders for the appliances. He contacted the local brick and mortar Best Buy and arranged for our very organized transaction. The in-store staff were expecting us and knew all about our order. We were able to use the two week old Black Friday prices on the purchase of these major appliances. The transaction went flawlessly. We left completely satisfied.I will shop there again when Im ready for a new refrigerator next year.

We went in to buy a dishwasher and 1. Loved the selection, 2. Were amazed at the customer service and 3, were pleased with the set up of the appliance area.1. The selection: There were about 15-20 different dishwashers to choose from in store but the sales rep had the online selection with him constantly so was able to answer any questions we had about other models very quickly.2. The service: We were greeted when we entered the store and then again when we got to the appliance section. The rep knew so much about the products. It was beyond impressive. He offered time of insight as well.3. The area was clean and ready for our 3 kids to be in while we figured out which ones to get.The prices were comparable with other places but they had a deal on installation and delivery. So Id check other locations to compare those types of charges.

Good store in a great location, in the Simi mall right off the 118 freeway. Only reason I didnt give a full 5 star rating is, because they had a very limited/poor selection of Skull Candy headphones, which was the reason for my visit. Also the way they had their headphone selections displayed was a bit frustrating. The headphones they had in stock would be displayed seemingly at random with a couple pairs on one isle, a couple more pairs in a different isle and so on. If someone was in a hurry to just run in and grab a pair of headphones, because they broke theirs on the way to work, that person wouldve been late for work for sure.
