I needed front windshield replacement for my 2015 Honda Accord sedan.First 2.5 stars for Gilbert. He gave me a fast quote, best quote, and followed up with me diligently. Called 4 other places for quote and Gilbert gave me the best price and was easy to communicate.Remaining 2.5 stars for his technician Jerry who was early for the appointment, professional service, and great work.I hope my windshield doesnt crack, but Ill call these guys again in a heartbeat if it does.Conclusion: 5 stars, give them a call.

Super quick and quality work and are reasonably priced. Came to my house and had the window replaced within 45 minutes.They text and/or call you the morning of to remind you and to confirm your appointment. Very nice employees. I’m happy that I can call if there’s ever a leak or any other issues related to their instal and it’s under warranty. Would definitely recommend.

What a great experience I had with Simi Valley Auto Glass, very prompt with replies to any questions I had. I dealt with Gabriel and he was awesome and the technician was very polite and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any auto glass needs.

I was able to get my windshield repaired the next day for significantly less than I expected ($195 compared to $300-$350 quoted at other places). Simi Valley auto glass was amazing. They were extremely informative over the phone and knew exactly what windshield I needed, even though my windshield is complicated with cameras and sensors. I was getting quotes for over $800 for my specific windshield, even after calling over 10 places to get quotes. Simi Valley auto glass gave me the lowest quote by far, almost cutting the lowest quote I had before in half and saved me tons of money. They came to me and within 45 minutes my windshield was replaced. They kept me up to date with texts regarding the ordering and arrival of the windshield, and updates on the ETA and location of their technician when on the way to me. They were extremely nice and professional from start to finish and informed me on the leak warranty the windshield has and instructions on when to remove the tape and when it’s okay to wash my car. I couldn’t recommend them more. Gilberto was great on the phone and Caesar did a great job on my windshield and I am 100% satisfied. I sent a request through yelp to get a quote. They responded same day with a price less than my last replacement (dont ask, ugh). We set up next day service. The technician was polite and professional and worked promptly. Unfortunately during the install the new windshield cracked. Two days later they came to my work and replaced it again. These guys are great! Got a better price than what I could have with the AAA-recommended vendor! Cesar was on time and I think it took just over an hour (though I wasnt really watching the clock, so I cant be sure). Everything was done in my driveway, so it was super convenient. This is a great great service. I went to a mechanic here in Simi for a back window that wasnt rolling up and got an estimate of $492 to fix the window! Then when I told them I just wanted my car back I was charged $61 bucks just for looking at it. I was pointed to Gilberts and was told my total for the part and installation would be $150 bucks! Plus a 1-year warranty!! Gilbert worked out a time and his technician came the very same day. He was very professional and patient and got the job done in 20 minutes. I will never even think about going to a mechanic again for window repairs.

These guys were great. My mirror fell off and I needed it glued back on. I bought the kits from Amazon and Auto Zone and Even though I followed the directions EXACTLY, the mirror still fell off. They came out and had it glued in five minutes. They even offered a warranty. I cant recommend them highly enough.

After being told by others that they couldnt help on such short notice, I called Simi Valley Auto Glass on a Thursday afternoon about replacing a badly cracked windshield before I left for Las Vegas very early on Monday morning. Learned through the process that there are literally 14 different configurations for an ES350 windshield. SVAG competently and competitively had my new windshield installed (in my driveway) by 5pm on Friday.

After a rock cracked my windshield, I called around and no one was able to find the correct windshield my car needed. They simply said it wasnt something they could find and search ended. When I called Simi valley auto glass, they too couldnt find it, but they took my contact information, said they would look around for me. After a few mins of hanging up, I recieved I call back that they found the windshield! Not only did they find the correct size but it was a lot cheaper than other places were quoting me. Their technician Ceaser came to my house over the weekend and installed my new windshield. He was very polite and knowledgeable; was happy to answer all my questions. Ceaser said it would take about an hour but because of his efficiency, it was a lot less. I am very happy with Simi Valley Auto Glass and grateful to Ceaser for answering all my questions and putting my nerves at ease.

They are definitely the cheapest in The Valley and offer great fast experienced service! I would refer them to anyone.
