I love my Jiffy Lube. Been coming for years. They do a great job. Pay attention to detail. I get a 30% discount for being a first responder (nurse). The staff is friendly and professional.

Got an oil change and brake replacement and they were extremely communicative and professional. Antonio is the manager who made everything painless with quality work. This is why Ive gone to this location for years.

If I could I would give it no stars I showed up there at 4:30 on a Saturday and they tell me oh sorry were closing in 30 minutes can you come back Monday when it clearly states that theyre open till 5:00

Just got my oil change done and they were amazing! I know nothing about cars but David was so helpful in breaking everything down to me and explaining all the recommendations they had for my car. I pulled up, Ryan started on my car right away, and I was out in 15 minutes, definitely recommend this location 👌🏼

I had a visit to jeffy lube today on my first vist and was truly amazed by there service and the experience. I felt well taken care and they brought to my attention the issues my car was having.

Went it there got a oil change first time going to this location, my friend told me about this place after they had their serviced done.. They told me what kind of services I need done in my car and it didnt even know about and they treated me well..

Just went there today 6/12/20To get a oil change I call head and talk to Anthony (I think i spell his name right) to price the oil changeTo find out what time they close. So when I get there I was told they was out of stock of the filter to do the oil change. so I came to a different Jiffy Lube to get it done and find out that he did have the filter in stock. So Jiffy Lube needs to hire employees that want to do theyre job n not get lazy n lie to customers when the Manger leaves for the day i will never go back to that jiffy lube THANKS TO ANTHONY LYING about what he has in stock... 🤬

Changing oil is simple. Changing oil as a business is complicated. These guys do it well. Usually places like this Jiffy Lube simply changing your oil as a lost leader – especially if you use the always available coupons. These places make money by up-selling you on stuff you probably do not need. The current management of this Jiffy Lube did my oil change quickly and completely, but better they didn’t try to up-sell me even an air filter. I like that. These guys are well worth oil change money. They may try to sell you an air filter if your is just a tad dirtier than mine. I recommend these guys.

Excellent service

In my 24 years of car ownership I have never taken my cars for service other than at the dealer... until last weekend.We were out of the state and the car started leaking oil. I did not want to risk the 400+ miles drive back and took a chance on a nearby Jiffy Lube in Nevada. After the oil change, it started leaking oil again days later back home in California. The back of the receipt mentioned something about “limited warranty” so I went to the Simi Valley Jiffy Lube to see if they could help me even though the work was done in Vegas. The manager said they could do an oil leak check. Turns out it was a faulty oil filter and Miguel replaced it, topped off my oil, and cleaned the mess inside at no charge.So thankful and happy with Simi Valley’s Jiffy Lube customer service. I’m glad we didn’t take the car into a non-nationwide mom and pop auto mechanic shop. Even if we went to the dealer it would have taken longer than Jiffy Lube especially without an appt (time is precious when you’re on vacation). And I got really lucky Miguel was so cool over here. Might have had the same wonderful service at the other Simi Jiffy Lube down the street but I’ll never go while this Jiffy Lube is in business.

Love this Jiffy Lube, Ill straight up drive from Hollywood to come to this one. Miguel and the rest of the crew are always so friendly and do an awesome job. Whoever gives them less than 5 must of just been having a bad day lol. See you guys in 3000 miles :P

These people are AWESOME. I was in a pretty bad situation and in desperate need of an oil change so I could go visit my family on Christmas and despite it being minutes away from closing they still took care of me and I know I wasnt the only one they stayed late for. These guys truly cared about the customers. The manager of the shop was extremely kind and I cant thank him and his crew enough! Very nice people that executed quality and professional service. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to somebody in a heartbeat!

Idk what this manager was talking about tryna charge me 40 when I brought my own oil and filter. I come here every time I need my oil changed, I always supply my own oil and filter never once have I been charged 40. I came to this jiffy lube last month and got my oil changed it was 20 bucks. When I called him out he gets upset and walks off your not about to pocket my money

We had our first visit here for the oil change. The staff were so welcoming, professional and nice. The service was very quick. In about 10 mins, the oil was changed :) please keep it up folks.

I had been a customer here when I had my 2007 Jeep Liberty and again now with my 2013 Xterra. Stopped in today for an oil change and I had what I thought were two coupons. I gave one coupon to another customer who was in front of me and then tried to use the second one. Turned out that second one did not cover an oil change. Chris, who witnessed me giving my coupon away, was kind enough to give me a discount anyway! How many times does that happen? Nice going....

Maybe because it was a Sunday morning...Ive taken my 04 Corvette here for a couple years. Decided to get a grad start on the day and showed up when they opened (wanted to be first in line) when I was greater by a very tired 20-something said they didnt do cars with big engineers like mine. 6 quarts of synthetic, and a filter...OK??? Do like me, take your money and car somewhere else

Nice people but NOT jiffy. It took an hour for a simple oil change and I only had two other cars being serviced at the same time. Come on guys.

These guys are salesman! I always have service at the dealer but I was overdue for an oil change. Since I couldnt get an appt I came here. They are trying to get me to do other service and all I want is an oil and filter change. He also told me that I have severe oil leaks although my driveway shows no oil spots. What a miracle!! He also brought me my drain plug with no gasket on it. Im sure he tore it off so he could sell me a new one. I know that the GMC dealer is more expensive but they keep my car sound. I would never come back here!!!!!

These guys are idiots. I have a fleet truck and have taken it to this location a few times. Each time there is a different story as to why they were not able to perform the service on my truck. Won’t waste my time going here again.

Price is high.and the employees are minimal on mechanical knowledge just enough to get the oil change. No more than that.

Not good. Upsell, upsell, upsell! They push synthetic every time. They wanted to charge $30 in labor to change an air filter! Not to mention mention charge $40 for a $20 filter. One of the guys who works there talks to you like youre a stupid child who couldnt possibly have any clue what youre talking about. I love that they just assume because youre not changing your own oil that youve never worked on an engine before. Looking for a new place.

I and my wife were customers of this shop, and I have had no problems prior. However my wife has been to the same shop 4 times and the first 3 times they put the same type of oil in. The 4th and final time they told her she did not have the recommended oil in her car and had her thinking that it was harmful to her car and proceeded to upsell her to the synthetic oil, taking her from a $40 oil change to $100.When I went back to them and asked them why they would put the wrong oil in 3 times before, they said they didnt have a clue.Rip off if you ask me.

For the price you pay they shouldnt be forgetting to re clip the air filter.
