We have a remodeling company based in Agoura Hills. We recently finished another project with Cabinet Sense in Simi Valley and we just have to write a glowing review for them. Cathy & Steve and their crews are amazing – they consistently perform as designers, managers and installers. Every single client that we have used them with has been thrilled with the results. They show up when they say they will, they design everything so well that the installation goes off without a hitch and they are responsible and responsive. We can’t say enough good things about them – if you want a superior product with a superior company, go see Cabinet Sense!

We had a large kitchen done by Cabinet Sense over 2 years ago and everything is holding up great and looks wonderful. The kitchen designer I worked with was super helpful. He suggested moving several things around and in what was going to be a dead space, he added a thin cabinet for baking trays and I love it. The installer was great and even took the time to play with the island placement until I was really happy. The construction with dove-tail drawers, hidden slides, self-closing drawers, etc. is all very high quality for such a low price.

I was at Cabinet Sense about a month ago shopping for cabinet pulls and had an extensive conversation with the salesman about purchasing pulls. I wanted to order them from a local business rather than the online company where I had found them. I returned about two weeks ago and told the owner that I was there order our pulls. She disappeared into the back room and did not return, so after waiting about five minutes I left, assuming that she was busy and I could come back another day. This morning I went in and a VERY RUDE young woman at the front desk said What do you need? I replied that I was there to purchase cabinet pulls. She asked if I purchased our cabinets there and I said no. She said that they do not sell just the pulls, that you MUST purchase your cabinets from them. I told her that I was there twice before and spoke to two different people who never mentioned that to me. She replied Well you can look, but we will not sell them to you. Okay then, I guess you dont need my $1,000.00 order or a good review. I came home and ordered them online, cheaper than what they were at Cabinet Sense. So much for supporting a local business. I know to take my business, and my money, elsewhere.

As a General Contractor I install and deal with Kitchens on a regular basis, I have always had a great experience with the owner Kathy and the amazing Kitchen designer Steve. they are my go to guys! I know when i send clients in they will be treated very well and receive excellent customer service. the cabinets really do hold up well, the quality is on point. I installed them in my personal home a few years ago and they still look and operate like new, I have sold and installed dozens of kitchens supplied by cabinet sense and my customers are always happy long term which is important. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do have good prices on cabinets but they are simply not worth dealing with. I honestly dont know how they are still in business and I doubt they will be much longer.I have ordered cabinets from them twice. The first time the shipment was missing multiple items so I called to have the items sent. And I called and I called and I called. I got promises but never got the missing items. I finally got the owner on the phone and it still took me getting pretty upset before I got my missing pieces.On my next house, I tried hard to find another company I was comfortable with because I didnt want to go through the experience again. But I didnt find anything right away and I thought that maybe since I had it out with the owner on the previous order, they might be more responsive this time. Boy was I wrong. After very carefully going over the order directly with the owner, I was still missing panels when the shipment arrived. And again, after calling and calling with promises and promises, Im still sitting here with missing panels on my cabinets. I think they are just incompetent because they always sound sincere on the phone. They tell me your piece will ship today or Ill call you back in a few minutes and two weeks later, no call or missing piece. Its truly unbelievable to me. I advise everyone to stay away from this company.

I have used cabinet Sence for 5 years now. They sell a great product for a very fair price. I refer all of my clients to them who are looking to save money and still get a quality cabinet. Very easy to work with and has a great design team.

I dont recommend doing business here. They wanted us to put down a 2000 dollar deposit before they would make adjustments to the original plan and give us a final price. I have never heard of putting down a huge deposit prior to knowing the price. We left and decided not to go back.

Wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this incredibly horrible company. I received cabinets that were damaged and had parts missing. I was told that they would overnight me the missing parts so I could have the cabinets installed but I am still trying to get an email or phone call returned. I bought 5 cabinets and two of them had problems. Not great odds. I will never deal with them again.

I bought a full kitchen from these guys for a project, about two years later the white kitchen tuned yellow! A guy named Dan came out from Cabinet Sense to look at what happened today, he told me that there is nothing they can do and its the elements that caused it. He told me to go paint them on my own dime. Then when I asked if the owner can call me, he again said there is nothing to they will do. I told him I would go online and voice my displeasure. He then told me that they will sue me. Worst customer service possible from Cabinet Sense!! Avoid at all costs..it will cost you way more in the long run. If there is one lesson to be learned in all of this is you get what you pay for.

My mother had kitchen cabinets installed last year form Cabinet Sense in Simi Valley, it was a nightmare working with them at the time, the installation was poor, very bad in customer service and never resolved issues, the owner Cathy is nonresponsive. These cabinets looked ok in the begining. Its been just over a year, the cabinets are falling apart, some hinges are falling off, drawers dropping and her kitchen has to be remodeled again. Her previous kitchen cabinets held up for 25years and looked better than the ones she had installed from Cabinet Sense after one year. These cabinets appear to be a bargain in the beginning but they wont last even with light and careful use.I would not recommend anyone working with this company unless you want to waste your time and money.
