I walked in to check out and order a new 3500 specifically with the longhorn edition Steven approached me and helped me order the truck I have always wanted. He was very easy going and helpful and had excellent follow up. The truck I ordered did take a while to come in due to the “chip” shortage but Steven keep me informed and gave me updates with my order. Also Tom was also very helpful. It was a great experience and I LOVE my new Ram truck!

I just recently took my 2017 jeep grand cherokee to get it looked at because the check engine light was on. Long story short, it blew the head gasket and everything was a mess. I was worried because I had to get to work, drive my daughter to games and practices and I knew this would take more than a week to repair. The service writer Daniel was very helpful. He advised me to call the customer help line to hopefully speed up the process to get approval for the rental, well, they denied the rental and basically told me to go through my insurance or get one myself, even though the repairs were through warranty and the car malfunctioned (thats why 4 star). Daniel still said he would keep trying and he did. He got me an approval for a rental and my car was done fairly quick after getting all the parts. He was very nice and helpful. I appreciate everything he did. First day driving my car and it feels really good. They power washed the engine so it looked nice, no leaks, no weird noises. I think they did a good job, time will tell I guess, but Im happy with everything so far.

Everyone was pleasant, not pushy, but helpful. Product was a good value and they are close and convenient. Tom Rufo is the best. I have known him for years and James was also, really great in the process.

Got the vehicle I wanted, Blake assisted me and made it easy and hassle free. I never felt any pressure from him or upper management. I was a feeling a little down after discovering the defect, but the sales manager in charge that day called me, told me that he would have it taken care ASAP. Spoke with Kevin, he was cool, calm and collective, knew exactly how I felt, told me in detail what steps he was going to take to rectify the defect, vehicle was fixed 24 hours later. This is why they get five stars.

Meh, I have been to other dealerships where I have been treated with much more respect. They have had the same vehicle in stock for 5 months now... that should be a red flag. They do not want to sell. I will call you on Monday never got a call, not even out of courtesy. If I cant trust you with a call back I sure cant trust that you will be transparent with a sale.

Weve been trying to deal with David Rodgers on paperwork for the 2017 Cherokee we bought from the dealer. He was the contact we first emailed with, but now he doesnt reply to our emails. Not the kind of service we received when we bought the Jeep. Maybe my previous rating was too high as this is all part of the dealership. Now Im wondering how good the service department is.

Blake destroyed the bad stigma of car salesman. He was an awesome dude, didnt assume what I could afford. Found me the truck of my dreams. Although online price was offered $10,000 less than marked price due to human error on the website side, I appreciated Blakes respect enough to not make a deal of it and paid full price. They did however give me veteran discount when its normally only active duty which was much appreciated. Blake even paid with his own money to give me some fuel until I can come back, what a guy. Detail on truck wasnt done very well after purchase, but again wont make a deal of it thanks to Blake. Mrs. Parker was also awesome with the best energy! Will be buying my dad a truck soon.

I recently had recall and service work done on my Ram P/U at Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and as usual was very happy with my service work. My Service Writer was San and he did a great job as usual taking care of me and my truck, I could not be more please with this dealership.

So my rating is actually particular to an internet sales manager Michael Seiberlich. I emailed them about a car and within minutes got a response from him. When I got there I was met with a smile and we went for a test drive. The whole time he was polite and respectful. Unfortunately we didnt get the car afterall, I actually just purchased my car from another dealership and as I looked back at this whole experience I remembered him and what a nice guy he was. So if that says anything its after dealing with several salesman, this guy did it right.

We brought our 2016 2500 truck in for service and it is over 5 weeks and we do not have it back. Our company will never deal with this dealership again. We have experienced a substantial loss due to not having this truck. It was under warranty with Mopar which I cant say enough good things about Mopar as to getting this warranty item approved quickly. It was the dealership that held it up. Our company will be purchasing more RAM trucks but never from Simi Valley Chrysler. Word of mouth is the best advertising...remember this Simi Valley Chrysler.

Service department provides horrible customer service. Never have a Diesel mechanic available. I took my RAM to Dodge in Ventura and the service received was bad. So I went from bad to worse. Every time I call to make a maintenance Service appointment.. its an appointment so you should get the service done because thats why you make an appointment. Well!! not for the 3 times Ive taken my Ram here. They do the waiters first!!!! they should do the people who have appointments and then call them to go pick up their vehicle, right?? makes more sense. Otherwise WHY make an appointment!!! Ive called left a message and no phone call back. My Ram has been there 8 days now the check engine light was on. No calls from them to give update on my truck. They provided a rental which I was told they can only cover for 5 days therefore I requested to expedite the service on Ram ASAP...Well is day #8 now. Does this mean theyre going to charge ME for the extra days?? Is it my fault they dont have more mechanics available? They are always too busy. I know Im stuck... unless I go to some other Dodge farther from home. This is very upsetting. As I write this.. Ive been holding for 23 minutes now, waiting for my contact to pick up the line.

I brought my truck in for a basic service, recalls, and a warranty issue. Communication was good. The service was good. The only complaint I would have is the greasy fingerprints left on the hood of a clean truck and belongings messily moved around during the warranty work.

Had a battery that went bad, and fortunately was covered under warranty. Appreciate the help by the service and parts guys. I brought the battery in and purchased a new one so I could get my truck working then came back for refund once Daniel tested the old battery overnight.. They made it as easy as possible based on the situation. I did have to make a couple trips because they were unable to refund the cash or cut a check on Saturday..but all good overall.

Daniel fixed my truck quickly. I went to Shaver and they couldnt get the job done. Shaver over promised and couldnt deliver. Simi Dodge gave me a price and time frame and the work was done ahead of schedule and cost less then estimates.Great job to Simi Dodge

Walked around lot for 30 minutes looking at 3/4 ton trucks. Not one employee acknowledged us. Trucks in general were more expensive than other lots. No customer service = no sale.Update:Was contacted by management and we came back to Simi Valley Chrysler they took great care of us. They stayed open late to accommodate us and close the deal on our new truck. Came back the following weekend to get running boards installed they estimated half a day for the installation, They ended up banging the job out in about an hour. Thanks to Mark for the help in purchasing a truck.

Blake was awesome, made it a clear and easy purchase. 2 days in and love my vehicle. Couldnt leave 5 stars, reason being, after purchasing an expensive vehicle, leaving a sizeable downpayment, I found it tacky that I drove off with my gas light about to be on. I had to fill up the tank the next morning. After spending all that money was surprising they couldnt spend $40 to get some gas before I drove off with it.

I had my car towed in, they said It would be a week before they could get to my car due to being back logged. I was totally fine with that. Later that afternoon, they called saying my car would be available to pick up next day. Even offered to arrange transportation for me. I was in and out in less than 5 min.

Unfortunately had dual batteries on my Jeep go dead required warranty repair. Due to quarantine i was unable to dtive the car in. Car towed in for repair and was due for oil service as well. Car was repaired and returned to me the next day.Very helpful during this time when not having a vehicle just added to house hold stress.Great job. Thanks for making it easier for me.

Horrible experience with the service department at this dealership. Arrived shortly before 7 AM for a service appointment that I scheduled over a week ago. Neither the gentleman, who I later found out was Kevin, nor the gal in the office motioned or signaled to me that they were opening shortly. Instead they just looked at me and looked away. After the porter opened the door a few minutes past seven I was asked how I could be helped. After checking-in my vehicle I was informed that they would try to get to it today but there was no way of them to know what was scheduled ahead of time or what other work would exist. Rather than trying to figure out how to make the appointment work and address a customers’ needs it was already a matter of setting rather lackluster expectations.I received a text message a few hours later that said text if you need anything. A few hours (4) after sending an initial cordial thank you, I asked if there were any updates. No response so after an hour I called. They hadn’t even touched the truck after five hours. Within an hour I received a call back from Kevin explaining that they couldn’t find an issue and that within that time both a tech and manager had driven the truck 15 miles. The truck needs to be fixed so I made a comment that I’d have to take it somewhere else if they can’t diagnose the issue. More clarifying questions which could’ve been asked this morning or this afternoon. Rather than be understanding, Kevin wanted to be derogatory regarding another dealership in the area. Tasteless.I shouldn’t have expected much when my calls to initially buy a truck went unanswered by Simi Valley Dodge Chrysler and Jeep. I work in Simi and local service would’ve been a plus. Guess I should’ve believed the reviews that were posted by real customers versus those posted by their friends and relatives. This place has changed so much over the years. My two cents...Stay away!

I Made an appointment for an oil change over the phone. I showed up a little early, and they got me in and out in an hour and a half while I waited. There is free coffee and water available in the waiting area with comfortable chairs while you wait.

The service department could do a lot better about not wasting peoples time.

These guys went out of their way to help me find a car that they would not even get the sale, truly a great group of people.

I made an appointment here for a recall on my 2012 Wrangler, this time it was an ECU firmware update. Last time it was the airbags, I understand airbags require disassembly and that takes time. However working with computers since they were invented (I’m 71) I know exactly what a firmware update entails. It’s basically a ten minute job that’s probably stretched out to an hour. No big deal right?So I drop off my Jeep at 11:00AM as requested and inquired how long it might take. When I couldn’t get a straight answer it seemed wise to just go home and was told they would call when it was ready, also they would alert the driver and I should go to the waiting area. I struck up a conversation with another local guy who brought his truck in earlier for the same reason. We passed the time showing pictures of each other’s car projects until his truck was done and we parted ways.Twenty minutes later it became obvious my request was never related to the driver so I set out to find him on my own. Turns out the driver, Arnold, is probably one of most personable, professional, and nicest people working there, go figure!Fast forward to 4 hours later, my wife’s home and asking where my Jeep was, good question I said, they never called. She immediately called the dealer and after five minutes on hold was informed it’ll be ready in thirty minutes. In other words my “appointment” was pushed to the back of the line for at least 4.5 hours and likely longer had we not called.We arrive at the dealer and I tell my wife I’m good, you can head home in the crazy 118 traffic. She chose to stay until I was all set. Then I made the mistake of politely inquiring why, when I had an 11:00AM appointment was I standing here at almost 4:00PM. The response was rude, condescending, and highly threatening as he barked out his “IN A PERFECT WORLD….blah, blah, blah” speech. I picked my wife’s jaw off the floor and we left. This is the second time I’ve had a major problem at this service department and it will be the last.With all due respect to Arnold and the patrons of this dealership who tolerate this insulting level of service, we will never set foot in there again. The service people at Shaver are infinitely more worthy of your business despite the extra drive.Mike M.I must say, after reading Mac McKinleys many patronizing responses to any negative review its obvious theres virtually nothing being done about the serious management and attitude issues in the service department and probably elsewhere at this dealership. It quickly becomes self-evident that these problems filter down from the highest levels making them systemic in nature. I have seen this phenomenon several times in my career and ultimately these organizations fail because they tend to attract and retain the worst kinds of employees and in this case alienate their customer base. We prefer to not associate with that type of business model.

Great Service! Bought my mom a car at this dealership years ago and bring her car in for regular maintenance. Sam always helps my mom and is an amazing! Because my mom is older and he knows Im taking care of her, he always calls me and makes sure he lets me know what work needs to be done. Sam is fantastic! Everyone in the service department is great. From the moment I call to make the appointment, to the time of completion, they make sure my elderly mom is taken care of.

This place was great. Jeffrey and Sunshine to the salespeople there work hard into getting me into a decent vehicle. They want they did everything they could to make sure I could drive off the lot. Dont buy your car anywhere else!! The customer service here is unmatched. I cold called them from San Diego about a very specific minivan and from my first call with Kerrey to my personal car delivery from Sunshine they treated me like royalty. The sales team at Simi Valley Dodge could not have been any better. I came in thinking about buying a new Dodge Ram and when I approached the dealership I saw a 2014 ram with low mileage, in the color I wanted, on the lot. We compared the truck with the price of the newer ones and my wife and I found the pre-owned to be a perfect fit for us. I even told the sales team we were going to leave and look at another truck at another dealership that I saw advertised, and they said they go ahead, then welcomed me back and assured me they would make me the best deal possible. Their low pressure, professional approach had me wanting to make a deal with them and I returned feeling confident they were the best choice. I had a trade in to consider, an Audi A4 and they offered me the exact Kelly Blue Book value that I saw was fair right off the bat. I have excellent credit and they gave me the exact APR that I wanted, on what I financed. I recommend them highly. A really fine sales team.

First time calling to the parts department and its 3:55 they closed 4 min early! guy answered call from the parts department and says ooo sorry I just turned off all the computers like are you serious? I just had one question about a part and to see if you had it in stock but guy wanted to leave early. I get it but bro all you do all day is sit on a stool behind a computer and type and sell parts and pull parts too its not a hard job buddy! this would of taken only 2minutes just to look up a part and price just SAYING

A simple oil change under warranty takes a 4 day reservation.Love the vehicle, but would drive further to buy the same. This dealer is below acceptable. I give them a F grade.
