This place is great especially their customer service. I ordered two items that took sometime to get from their manufacturer. I was able to contact customer service without any problem and the representative from Entertainment Earth was always helpful. One representative that really stood out was Donald. He was super helpful and I always felt like he went way out of his way to answer any questions I had. Thank you so much Donald and thank you so much Entertainment Earth.

Entertainment Earth popped up on a Google search I did while looking for a rare item I wanted. It was the lowest price and I took a chance a went ahead a made the purchase. It was the best choice I could have ever made. I was totally impressed with the amount of care that went into packing of the item. Going forward if, I ever need to get an item which I need in mint condition Entertainment Earth is the first place I will go to. Completely impressed and very happy.

I love this site, stumbled upon it by coincidence. I have placed approximately 3 orders thus far, and I have to say, all purchasing experiences have been great. Timely Shipping, packaging, products-Absolutely great. This morning, I had a chat with a rep named Sam, she was awesome, very professional. I checked to confirm, and she provided me with the information requested. I truly appreciate this kind of customer service. This will keep me as a customer. In fact - I already have new items in my cart... :) Highly recommend Entertainment Earth, especially for hard to find items.

Entertainment Earth used to be extremely helpful, but their customer service has gone downhill drastically in recent months. I already had one order that was messed up. And now I’ve been trying to contact them for days regarding an urgent cancellation, but I haven’t heard from anyone. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails, and at this point I’m not sure how else to get in touch with anyone. This is very unprofessional, and if this order doesn’t get cancelled in time, I have no doubt that they will blame me for this. They don’t seem to want to help their customers anymore, which is sad considering that they used to be the best around.

Previously left a one star review, but have upgraded it to three stars. I am seeing improvements in their service. Communication has gotten better and their damage claims process is much easier and understandable now. Will update again as things continue to get better. :)

Ordered the BTS Dynamite Funkos and got them in a very prompt and timely manner (despite the commercial release in North America being Sept./Oct. 2021. Even though one of the Pops box was damaged, I quickly called customer service and Garrett assisted my refund request without having the need to return the damaged item (will be donating the damaged item to charity). Really happy with the service and will order from them next time!

Pretty good experience especially with customer service. Packaging was excellent, but the shipping carrier really messed that up. This is not entertainment earths fault. Ill be in the market to buy something for myself in the future.

First and last time buyer here...I pre-ordered some toys for my collection and was assured multiple times via email and website, that ALL products are shipped in MINT CONDITION. What I received was a packaged boxed completely undented or damaged. Once opened the actual item package was badly damaged...meaning someone packaged this purposely knowingly that this package was unacceptable. I will not order from here again. Too much of a hassle for a return.

I placed a order for some pre-ordered funko pops a few months ago and when one of them came in it was damaged. I contacted them and they went above and beyond to help me about my experience with the pop and ordered me a new box for the pop and also credited my account due to the damage and excelled on customer service. Great Company to order from I would recommend people to check you guys out and ill be a customer in the future. Go Check them Out!

Horrible company stay away their shipping is very unorthodox they use a shipping system called Pitney Bowes instead of using a regular post office service which actually takes longer for you to get your items went in fact they give you an estimated delivery date, an item that supposed to only take less than 5 days actually takes 2 weeks for you to get. STAY AWAY get your stuff from somewhere else these guys are ridiculous you’ve been warned don’t understand how these guys are still in business…

I have been reading about Entertainment Earth for a while now. I finally decided to order an exclusive Funko Pop from them, and it arrived damaged. I was a bit upset, but Sam on their Customer Service team was solution oriented, and helped make the situation right. The fact that he showed me that EE has that kind of loyalty to their customers will keep me buying from Entertainment Earth in the future.

I had a great experience with Entertainment Earth. I was treated like a valued customer from the start. The Representative was very thorough and friendly. I had an issue with an order, a missing item. She identified the weight of the package was off over the phone with me. I was offered multiple options to make it right. I feel like it has been a long time since I was asked, as a customer, which way I would like to resolve a problem. This kind of customer service is getting rare in this world. This company is full of good folks.

I have only had positive experiences with Entertainment Earth. My packages have always been packed carefully and arrived in great condition. I find that when it comes to preordering collectibles, they ship earlier than other vendors. Last Summer, the economy shipping took longer than normal due to the impacts of the pandemic, but those issues seem to have been resolved now. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to order from them for accurate and reliable service. Thank you!

Had an issue with a pre-order. Called the company multiple times and was unable to get through. Emailed their support on January 27th and never heard back. The company just got back to me TODAY (May 4th) with a response. Thankfully I was able to cancel the order myself after doing much digging back in January.The fact that it took this company 3+ months to reply back is unacceptable and shows just how much they do not care about their customers.

Abysmal shipping and customer service. I had items arrive from China during a pandemic faster than they could send a single in stock item across the country. And they had the nerve to charge 20-30% more to ship than pretty much anyone else. On top of that, theyll spam your email with a million ads before they even think about answering customer questions. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, SHOP ELSEWHERE

I originally submitted an order without reading any reviews for this company. After my credit card had processed the purchase, I started reading the reviews, then became very worried. I basically, said f*** it, what am I to do?! If anything give this place bottom star based on poor shipping time. From the time the shipping label was created for my order, then going through a shipping partner, then finally in the possession of USPS and delivery, it took 6 days. It isnt horrible, but it also isnt the best turnaround. Covid19 doesnt effect shipping all that much nowadays. Ive shipped customers toys from southern CA to Arizona that had a delivery within 3-days, as well as to Massachusetts in a matter of 7-days. Ive shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS, all have met their estimated shipping dates / times. The item I received from Entertainment Earth, was the item as specified. The item was in mint condition (as specified by the company), and the packaging I found highly acceptable. I ship things on the regular and pride myself on item protection within the shipping box. Overall, I am very satisfied with this sale! If I had to recommend anything, its probably shipping options. Free via whatever method they have set up, and offer shipping options that the customer would like to go with if the customer does not wish to go with a something that may have delayed shipping. Entertainment Earth is an A+ in my book thus far.

NEVER PRE-ORDER with Entertainment Earth! I put in an order MONTHS ago, and jst today they told me they cancelled it because they didnt actually have it and were never going to get it. Now that I have waited MONTHS for entertainment earth to fulfill my order, all the other vendors I could have ordered are now out of stock. So, because entertainment earth is greedy and selfish, they kept me on the hook just long enough to prevent me from ever making a purchase or getting what I wanted. Good job guys, you prevented me from giving my money to a competitor. You also guaranteed I will NEVER shop with you again. I should have known better than to trust a company in Simi Valley. Im going back to BigBadToyStore, they have never cancelled a preorder.

Placed an online order for an item that was in stock on OCT 29TH. Finally shipped yesterday. Why does it take a week to process a simple one item order? Now its just sitting for DAYS with their shipping partner. Who knows when ill get my item. Other item that i pre-ordered in August keeps getting pushed back with no information on shipping date other than November. Was October. Wont be ordering from them again.Update: item left their shipping partner 3 days ago, but usps still has not received it, so no tracking info. Two weeks and still no item, for a local delivery of an in-stock item. This is dumb.

Trying to call EE for a particular order and cant get ahold of them on the phone number cause it says number cant be reached. Both phone numbers listed on their site and Google DO NOT WORK so dont try and call them cause it wont happen. Plus when you pay for shipping and they stick your simple figure in really really slow shipping and sits around for 5 days and still nothing moves. I REALLY cant stand when EE as a company to buy figures from do things like this with shipping but EE used to be a great company yrs ago but not any more. Please stop screwing me over and screwing around with shipping my small order of 1 thing. I REALLY HATE doing business with a company that treats your $6.95 in shipping as nothing cause Im sure EE is pocketing some of that shipping. I would rather see EE employees fired from their job for doing things like they are currently doing to my item. Ok 5 days and my package hasnt moved just a label created. Come on GameStop can do much better then this. If EE stays in business another 2 more yrs it will suprise me.

With COVID in mind, Im giving this honest review of EE Distributions. I placed a preorder of 2 different products I planned on testing for resale. I ordered a quantity of 20 of one item and 16 of the other. For a total order of $516 dollars. I dont remember picking any shipping method. I placed the order on 8/8/2020, The items said on the website that they would be in by the end of the month, half the order was shipped out on 9/18/2020. Not bad. However, it is 11/2/2020 and I still dont have the other half of the order and now... I am no longer allowed to resell the second item in my order. The good news, you never get charged for items until they ship. However, I have been unable to reach my account rep to cancel the items still on backorder.I was able to reach customer support, but they said they couldnt help me with canceling an item on backorder. Not sure if I want to plan to purchase from this company again.

I pre-ordered a few Friends items back in March for an April bday as the items were to be in available in stock in April, however as of mid May my order has STILL not shipped, and items are apparently not even in stock yet!! Not to mention I wasn’t sent an update regarding the status of my order or the delay... I was only made aware of the extended in stock date because I wondered where the heck my order was. Had I not checked on it or simply forgot about the order I placed TWO MONTHS ago, they still wouldn’t have reached out regarding my order! 🤨 At this point I’m just hoping my order will eventually show up! I definitely will NEVER shop here again. :(

Ordered several pre-order items that showed shipped over a month ago, was charged for and they never got further than their shipping partner and USPS awaiting item meanwhile since these were pre-orders, they are now sold out everywhere else. You cannot trust this merchant because not only will you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company, youll lose out on the item you trusted them to deliver which will no longer be available anywhere else. Plus you cannot trust the day they state the item will be in stock. Trust me, shop somewhere else
