Excellent pharmacy staff. Don’t blame the pharmacy because your doctor doesn’t know or takes forever to respond to a refill request or prior authorization. That’s YOUR DOCTORS JOB.

Every time I come here there’s been a problem with getting my medication. The lines are slow, the pharmacist are slow and not personable. I’ve tried for a week now to come get my depression medication and there has been unnecessary problems each time. Very frustrating very hard on my mental. Do not recommend. Store is also a mess and there’s trash everywhere.

Went to get my covid vaccine, and the nurses were very nice :) however, while waiting in line to check in, the lady at checkout was rude to me because i didn’t hear her when she was trying to talk to me. I also purchased items after my vaccine, and was waiting behind a customer checking out and she was making small talk with the customer while i had my hands full with items. I didn’t appreciate it, and i felt like it was on purpose. In fact, the lady stopped scanning the customers items just to chat.

Clean, well organized and friendly

Friendly and always efficient. Im complicated because I have Medicare and private insurance .on top of that, some of my prescriptions are covered by workers compensation. The folks here make every effort to bill my stuff correctly. This, obviously is not easy. I am so grateful for their service.

Bought a gatorade earlier today. It was expired. I didnt even notice until i had left the area. I figured they rotate out but i guess not. This was just a drink, imagine food. (I figured it is vendors job to rotate it)

This pharmacy is the best. I now have kaiser so I can no longer go here. I wanted to say their system is far superior to kaiser Simi that I now deal with. CVS pharmacist Michelle is so personable and she is on top of it! Customer service was always wonderful. Brittney is fantastic, always says hello and a big smile. These people helped me thru a difficult time and I wanted to say thank you to them. 😀

I was having difficulty breathing due to my asthma and a cold and needed a different inhaler prescription filled ASAP as I had been wheezing for hours. We got a text that they (CVS pharmacy) are waiting for the doctor’s email. We talked to the doctor’s office and they requested that the pharmacy call them. My husband and I kept calling the pharmacy to relay this as I needed the medication ASAP but they were very unhelpful and kept placing us on hold. I once called while I was wheezing and before I could even complete my sentence, the pharmacy lady placed me on a 15 minute hold. I may have to visit the ER because these people have no compassion and do not understand the urgency of filling an inhaler prescription. Very unprofessional and no sense of empathy.

The pharmacy is fine but this is the worst CVS store I have ever been to. The staff is rude, checkers on face time with her son during checkout, one lady acts like its rude if you ask to find something. Been in this store approximately 10 times and rarely is there not some kind of issue.

I have found the staff to be very, very capable with the myriad of insurance and industry limitations/rules that they have to know in order to do their jobs. Their understanding of systemic errors and changes, and patience with my needs have saved my life. Literally. When I find that a doctor or hospital has misdirected a prescription to another CVS I always transfer it back.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and they have notoriously filled my prescriptions wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The entire process of picking up medications is beyond frustrating. I highly recommend that you go literally anywhere else but here.

I used to love this CVS pharmacy, but ever since these 20-something year olds started running it, customer service is horrible! They dont know what theyre talking about and they take their time laughing and joking while Im standing there waiting for an urgent prescription. One that I told them was very urgent. All of the original pharmacists are great but seems like they hired a bunch of high school kids to run things. After 6 years of being a loyal customer, I am switching to another pharmacy even though CVS is right next to my house.

Best pharmacy, the stuff is fast and accurate. The only pharmacy I will go to. 👍
