I needed a “hard to find” part for my screen door, after spending copious amounts of time on line with the traditional retail stores getting no where, I decided to look local and found this company, and at 6:45 on a Saturday afternoon they answered the phone and had the part which I picked up the next morning! The right part for the right job, 20min later worked great! It’s nice to speak to a Mechanic who knows his stuff! Great customer service, I highly recommend!!!

I called bright and early; 0800 after snapping a metal piece on my sliding glass door. Immediately he asked me to send him a picture, so he could see the piece, and respond. I did and got an immediate response. He sent me a picture of my part, part number and a place I could call for a new one while he looked if he had one available. Within 5-10 min he contacted me back saying he had both a used part and a new part, it was up to me which I wanted. Even told me I didnt need someone to install it since I already took it apart on my own. He saved me time and money and I couldnt be more thankful for his help and references on where I can find one if its a problem again in the future. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!!! Our door was fixed within 2 hours.

This is THE place to go to find sliding glass door parts. I was able to find an obscure part that I couldnt find anywhere. They quickly identified it and got me a replacement. These guys are great!

I found a previous review basically fit perfectly to my experience. My door was getting harder and harder to slide and lock. Its one of those aggravating things that gets worse with time. I called, spoke to Terry & Tracy and explained my problem. They knew what it will take to fix it. Tracy and Terry came as promised, had the material needed to do the work. They got right to work, pulled the door out, put it on saw horses in the back yard, cleaned the track and put in new rollers. The whole thing took less then an hour. The door slides very easily. Very impressive work. Simi Valley Sliding Door Repair is a 5+ Star Company in my book!

Anther door company gave me the number for this company because they do not stock replacement parts for sliding glass doors. I spoke to Tracy and after some picture sending she said yes.they have them. I drove over and they have it, brand new even though the door is 35 years old. This saved me time and who knows what else because the handle was very hard to find.

I am on a fixed income and can not afford to buy a new door. The only problem I have with this one is the lock is broken. It is so old that replacements for my door are not made. Terry and Tracy have been looking for a used one for me. They came today and installed a perfectly fine used lock. I have been having to put a piece of wood in the track for months and needing to bend down to take it out every time I open the door. It is December 22 and I call this a Christmas Miracle. This is a very good company run by caring people.

Excellent service! They gave a one hour window that they would be here. They gave an accurate quote over the phone. They called and texted when they were on the way. Arrived in the hour window and when the text said they would be there. Our door was messed up and only 2 years old. The company that did the installation had gone out of business. We were saved by this company. He explained the issue and showed us options for repair. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. Really great service!

A company that only sells new doors told me to call here. These people really know what they are doing. Made my door slide like new in an hour. They came with all the parts they needed on the first and only trip here and charged what I was quoted on the phone. When does that happen with home repair people? This company really knows about sliding door repair. Cleaned up everything, even the mess of spray oil we had been putting on for months.

Airbnb wants me to buy and install a lock on the outside of my sliding door. Another Simi Valley glass company said I should call here. I spoke to Tracy, she asked for texted photos of the doors locks. Then we discovered I had 2 different brands of doors and I only need to 1 of them. Tracy figured out which one would be cheaper to do and set an appointment. They showed up on time, which I appreciate since I had to drive over and meet them there. Tracy saved me. We put in a dog door and I stupidly threw out the part that I needed to lock the door when the dog door is not in use. I texted her a few photos and she knew exactly what I needed. Tracy lives close to us and left the part on my porch. It works perfectly. Saved me from trying to guess what part I need.
