I have dealt with the folks at Taran Tactical Innovation a couple of times and am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. The quality of the products I have purchased is absolutely amazing and exceptionally user friendly. Taran has my business locked down, they are my first go to!

As a FFL and owner of a firearms business myself, this company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never do business or sell any of their products ever again. Almost two months of trying to get a defective base pad replaced or repaired, this is the answer I get. Now keep in mind I mailed it to them using their pre-paid shipping label from Sam, one of their customer service reps who has stop responding to my emails. This is the third rep I have now corresponded with and this is the response I get after sending him a screen shot of the defective item. Unbelievable!Hello,Unfortunately I cant find any details on this nor the package.How many items was it?Respectfully Matthew

Great work but terrible customer service! Worst in the business. Stippling services are awesome, magazine extensions will fail you, springs are a bust even after two replacements. It’s a shame because they do great custom works on glock’s but will never email or get back to you. Go a different route if you want honest work and accurate lead times.

Sad to see people giving this great company hate during the holiday season. I appreciate the email blast informing us of the odds stacked against this company just doing their best with their given circumstances. Covid is real and people should take caution and limit grouping up to save lives. I have lost loved ones this year due to covid. I am disappointed in the fact that I sent my Glock 34 handgun to TTI over 1 YEAR AGO on December 2019, and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED my gun back!!I ordered the TTI John Wick Combat Gun Package, and have called in within the first half of the process to add the custom red dot cut on my slide to fit the Leupold DPP Red Dot sight directly onto my handgun which ultimately became their reason for not having the gun fully ready and delivered to me after over 13 months of having my gun...The website clearly advertises up to 26 weeks for the WHOLE PROCESS, but clearly it takes more than TWICE AS LONG...I have tried calling for the past few days but nobody answers their customer service line with an endless dial tone.What is going on?My fellow active duty military and police officer buddies asked me if I should perhaps file a stolen gun report at this point?

Decent pistol mag extensions. However, retaining pin always slides up and down out of place.Also, I do not like recieving emails from TT, spreading that stay home stay safe bs. I thought you would be a right wing freedom loving company.Enjoy California.

This is a 3 star company that sells 3 star products. Average. There is nothing special about their product that makes it stand out above any other manufacturer on the American market today. If you give their products reviews that they are unsatisfied with they will not publish them. Honesty is clearly not one of their main concerns. I have two of their Benelli M4 products and I am averagely satisfied with them. Something that might improve the product to a four star review would be to include spare parts that are involved with the individual part upgrade. The prices they are charging are inflated to imply that this has-been competitive shooters name is worth something. I will not be a returning customer.

I called in, and honestly had to wait for a good minute before my call got answered. When my call did eventually get picked up, I could hear the line ringing like crazy in the background. Sam sounded completely calm and didnt make me feel rushed despite being clearly busy. Thank you for answering all of my dumb questions and helping me figure out the issue I had. Taran Tactical has always been such a great company. Taran really got a good thing going, and he knows how to keep it up. Every time I call in the customer service is outstanding. I always love talking with Landon, Paige, and Sam. They really do whatever it takes to make sure youre satisfied, not too many companies like that these days. Keep it up, Yall!

Placed an order, got a shipping confirmation & tracking # the following day. Waiting a couple of days, checked the tracking on USPS it stated the package hasnt even been taken to a postal facility. Sent a msg to them explaining I have not received my package & the info about the package on post office website. Waited a few more days, no response. Tried calling the number listed on their website, no one answers. Left a voice mail, have not received a call back. I guess the next step is calling my card company to reverse the charge.

Taran Tactical is an AMAZING company. It has always been my go to for gun parts and upgrades. Their customer service cant be beat, and their product is top notch. I am always pleased whenever I purchase from Taran Tactical. Couldn’t recommend a better place!

Since I am a local guide, I want to be fair with this review. And, it is based upon one experience. Ordered some Glock, Gen 5, competitive trigger parts. Almost immediately, I was provided with a tracking number. Periodically, I checked the number for movement progress and there was none. I contacted customer service a minimum of three times, but to no avail. There was no response! Finally, customer service replied and stated that actual shipment would occur between 2 and 6 days after the order is placed. Now the items are en route. However, in this era of shipment in the Amazon tradition, merchants MUST ship items as soon as possible. Amazon has set a standard that is hard to beat. True, Amazon does not carry the parts that I ordered.I have elevated my review based upon a change in customer service. The new agent went out of his way to assist me and to make up for past events. Consequently, through his actions, I will use Taran Tactical again. Looks as if you got rid of the dead wood.

Outstanding customer service. I was having some issues with the installation of a part I ordered from TTI. I sent them an email explaining the problem, and less than 24 hours later I got a phone call. Roman talked me through some troubleshooting ideas, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. He informed me that he would be shipping me a brand new replacement part at no cost. I was very impressed by the fact that I got a direct phone call so quickly after emailing them with a problem, and that Roman was genuinely concerned and eager to do whatever it took to resolve the issue. I feel like TTI went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I’m grateful for how well I was treated.

I ordered an 8 shot conversion magazine to make a Glock Model 43 an 8 & 1 instead of the stock 6 &1. The customer service has been outstanding! Helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, couldnt ask for more!I had a minor problem with the magazine at first (quite possibly user induced). Not a company youd want to do business with. Despite working on guns they often support Hollywood stars who are anti-2A. Professionalism from employees is non-existent. They are not open to public, wait times for firearm modification are unreal. Unless you are waving a suitcase full of cash in front of these guys, they dont care about you.
