Had the pleasure of meeting Dave. He was very friendly and professional! The staff was great too, they helped us with a guitar we needed to have strung asap.. I highly recommend this place. 10 stars!

5 stars my grandma was sick and i wanted to play her a song they let me borrow a guitar they are great at what they do also my uncle is a singer his name is Kota they gave him vocal lessons and he loved it thank you

I dont know about the school or the music store, but the repair is hit and miss. I dropped two bass guitars off for repair. One was completed quickly and very much to my satisfaction. It just needed new strings, a setup and a new output jack. The other took more than a month to complete for a nut replacement. When it was complete the job was less than quoted, not because of how long it took, because the requested setup had not been performed. Again, I dont know about the school or the store, but repair is iffy. My suggestion to Janssen, allow contact between your outside repair guy and the customer. Communication with the person actually performing the repair through your store was less than reliable.

This is a wonderful music school. My son has been studying cello for one year, and my daughter, guitar and viola, for three years. The teachers not only know their instruments but also know how to teach. I would recommend this school to anyone. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love it here! Dave Janssens is a great place for music lessons, instrument repair, instrument rentals and much more. Weve found the instructors to be very knowledgeable, have a positive attitude and great personalities. My daughter is learning guitar and piano, and is also in the band program. She has learned a great deal in just over a year, and she really enjoys coming to her lessons! I highly recommend this place if you or your child is interested in music!

Currently taking lessons there, everybody at the front desk and even the teachers are so friendly and are there to socialise!
